Slide mechanism for stacker
A system for eliminating the need to reposition a tracked/wheeled radial stacker during stacking operations is provided, the stacker having a linear conveyor having front and rear portions, the front and rear portions being displaceable between raised and lowered positions, a bogie having a pair of continuous tracks that are selectively elevated off the ground, a pair of wheels mounted to the bogie that are displaced upwardly and downwardly, the wheels defining axes that may be shifted to position the wheels in either a substantially radial or substantially longitudinal direction, and a hydraulic cylinder system mounted to the wheels for displacing the wheels upwardly to lower the tracks to the ground or downwardly to elevate the tracks off the ground. A pair of hydraulically driven, telescoping frame members may extend rearwardly from the bogie to a mounting system that mounts the frame members to the conveyor, the mounting system defining a longitudinally extending slot with a trolley slidably mounted to the slot, the telescoping frame members being mounted to the trolley at spaced mounting points so that by extending and retracting the frame members, the rear portion of the conveyor can be raised and lowered, thereby changing inclination of the conveyor, wherein the trolley moving longitudinally in the slot takes up longitudinal movement of the conveyor as the inclination of the conveyor is changed.

SYSTEM FOR THE PREPARATION OF A MIXTURE
A mixing system includes a mixing machine and a device for collecting material of the mixture that remains adherent to the implement of the machine, at the end of a mixing step. The collecting device has a collecting surface that is associated to movement means designed to guide the surface in a first direction and a second direction, so that this can pass, as a result of the movement in both directions, from a first condition, where the surface extends at least prevalently in the first direction, to a second condition, where the surface extends at least prevalently in the second direction.
System with telescopic conveyor and method therefor
A system has a telescopic conveyor 20 and at least one guiding element 40. The at least one guiding element 40 may be fixed at a location by means of securing components 43. The telescopic conveyor 20 can be moved in or counter to the conveying direction of the telescopic conveyor 20 from a parking position into an operating position, with the telescopic conveyor 20 being guided by the at least one guiding element 40, in order to allow operation of the telescopic conveyor 20. The telescopic conveyor 20 can be moved in or counter to the conveying direction of the telescopic conveyor 20, with the telescopic conveyor 20 being guided by the at least one guiding element 40, from an operating position into a parking position in order to clear a space which is occupied by the telescopic conveyor 20 in the operating position.

Segmented articulating conveyor
A segmented articulating conveyor is provided that is articulable between a straight configuration and an articulated configuration. The segmented articulating conveyor has a plurality of conveyor segments forming a conveyor system. The conveyor segments are pivotally connected to one another to permit manual articulation of the conveyor system between straight and articulated configurations. A belt is operably engaged with the conveyor segments, the belt being configured to accommodate an arc of the conveyor system when in the articulated configuration. A motor is operatively engaged with the belt and configured to move the belt. An associated method is also provided.
TELESCOPIC CONVEYOR WITH INTEGRATED INDEXING AND MEASURING CONVEYING MEANS
Telescopic conveyor with integrated indexing and measuring conveyor is described, the telescopic conveyor having a frame, at least one telescopic segment mounted so as to be extendable with respect to the frame and a transport conveyor, the transport conveyor is driven at a first conveying speed (v.sub.1) and is supported on the at least one telescopic segment and on the frame and wherein the indexing and measuring conveyor is arranged on a delivery side of the transport conveyor. The telescopic conveyor enables the packet items located thereon to be automatically separated while taking up as little space as possible. The indexing and measuring conveyor is mounted on the same frame and is driven at a second conveying speed (v.sub.2), the second conveying speed (v.sub.2) being greater than the first conveying speed (v.sub.1).
