DOUBLE AUGER METERING APPARATUS
An apparatus comprises a hopper housing, a first auger, a second auger, a dividing panel, and a motor. The hopper housing holds a bulk material, with the hopper housing including a first end at which the bulk material is added to the hopper housing and a second end comprising a discharge opening at which the bulk material exits the hopper housing. The first auger is disposed proximate to the discharge opening. The second auger is disposed between the first end of the hopper housing and the first auger. The dividing panel is disposed between the first auger and the second auger and the dividing panel is coupled to the hopper housing at the first side thereof and forming a panel opening between the hopper housing and the second side thereof. The motor rotates the first auger and the second auger to move the bulk material into the discharge opening.

The first auger is disposed proximate to the discharge opening. The second auger is disposed between the first end of the hopper housing and the first auger. The dividing panel is disposed between the first auger and the second auger and the dividing panel is coupled to the hopper housing at the first side thereof and forming a panel opening between the hopper housing and the second side thereof. The motor rotates the first auger and the second auger to move the bulk material into the discharge opening.
Apparatuses and Methods for Unloading Particulate Material from a Bottom Discharge Chute of a Source Receptacle to an Elevated Inlet of a Destination Receptacle
A swing auger towable by a tractor features a main auger, and a feed auger pivotally coupled to the main auger and reaching transversely outward therefrom. One or more additional conveyors each are positioned alongside the tractor with the discharge of the conveyor(s) feeding into the feed auger, and with the conveyor hopper positioned longitudinally forward of the tractor under the bottom discharge of the trailer or other source receptacle. A stabilizing device for the main auger doubles as a lift arm for elevating the conveyor in a transport position, and may be installed with a tandem axle that compensates for angular frame variation in the working position of the main auger. Alternatively, a novel auger frame is pivotally coupled to the inlet end of the man auger, remains parallel to the ground regardless of the main auger's position, and is equipped with a hitch connector and rear stabilizer arms.
AUGER ASSEMBLY
An auger assembly for conveying a material includes an auger including a conveyor for transporting the material from a storage bin to a transport vehicle. The auger assembly also includes a power source operatively coupled to the conveyor to operate the conveyor. The auger assembly includes a first sensor, a second sensor, and a controller. The first sensor is engaged to the auger and configured to detect a flow of the material from an outlet of the auger. The second sensor is configured to detect a filling of the material inside the transport vehicle to a desired level. The controller is in communication with the first sensor, the second sensor, the power source and the auger, and is configured to control the power source based on inputs from at least one of the first sensor or the second sensor.

A harvesting machine has a crop tank and a conveyor screw inside the tank which extends from a material inlet opening on a wall of the crop tank into the interior of the crop tank. The conveyor screw comprises at least one proximal portion adjacent to the material inlet opening and one distal portion spaced apart from the material inlet opening at least by the proximal portion. The proximal portion and distal portion are rotatable around conveying axes running in different directions. The conveyor screw can be operated in a work position in which the conveying axis of the distal portion is oriented to be steeper than the conveying axis of the proximal portion.

A harvesting machine has a crop tank and a conveyor screw inside the tank which extends from a material inlet opening on a wall of the crop tank into the interior of the crop tank. A molding apparatus, a cigarette filter rod and a preparation method thereof are disclosed. The molding apparatus comprises a single-screw extrusion system and a cooling setting system. The single-screw extrusion system comprises a feeder and an extruder. The feeder is arranged on the extruder. The extruder comprises a cylinder. A heater is arranged outside the cylinder. A screw is arranged inside the cylinder, and a mouth mold is arranged at one end of the cylinder. The cooling setting system comprises a round tube and a cooler. The cooler (6) is arranged outside the round tube. One end of the round tube is butted with the mouth mold of the extruder; and multiple groups of grooves are formed on threads of the head of the screw.
