CYCLIC-FORCE BRAKE CASTER ASSEMBLY
A brake mechanism for a brake caster is disclosed. In various embodiments, the brake mechanism includes a shaft; a guide plate having a roller; and a slider plate having a first axial facing surface with a slider plate trough and a slider plate peak, the slider plate configured to slide on the shaft in response to the roller interacting with the slider plate trough and the slider plate peak.
BALL TRANSFER AND SEAL MEMBER FOR BALL TRANSFER EMPLOYING PILE SEAL MEMBER
To provide a ball transfer and a seal member for a ball transfer, a seal member is employed which is characterized in that it has a seal member employing pile fiber that, at a ball transfer having a main body which has a socket, an inner surface of which is a hemispherical concave surface, a plurality of ball bearings arranged at the main exterior socket, a primary ball, diameter of which is greater than that of said ball bearings and which is rotatably supported by the socket by way of the ball bearings, and a housing-like case which surrounds the main body socket and rotatably supports the ball bearings and the primary ball at a bearing portion thereof and which has a hole from which a portion of the primary ball is made to protrude at an upper surface of the primary ball socket.
Apparatus for treating containers with linear drive, as well as linear drive
Provided is an apparatus for treating containers, having a treatment device for treating the containers, and a carrier which is arranged such that it can move linearly with respect to a holder, wherein a plurality of rolling elements being arranged between the carrier and the holder and guiding the movement of the treatment device, wherein these rolling elements at least temporarily contact both a running surface of the carrier and a running surface of the holder, wherein the rolling elements are arranged in a rolling elements cage and move in the direction of movement, wherein this rolling element cage extends in the direction of movement and has a greater length than the holder.
Modular transfer units, systems, and methods
A modular transfer system with a primary flow system and a diverter system. The primary flow system includes a primary flow belt for conveying an article along a primary flow path from an infeed side of the modular transfer system to a pass-through side of the modular transfer system. The diverter system includes one or more diverter belts for diverting an article from the primary flow path towards a divert side of the modular transfer system. The primary flow belt includes multiple movable components contacting the diverter belt. The movable components can have one or more rotational degrees of freedom.
CONVEYOR DEVICE AND CONVEYING-DIRECTION CHANGING DEVICE
An objective is to develop a conveyor device capable of conveying a conveyance object in a plurality of directions. The conveyor device includes a roller portion (rotating body) 30 and a driving body 50. The rotating body 30 is rotatable around at least a first rotation axis 60, and the rotating body is rotatable around a second rotation axis 61 in a direction intersecting with the first rotation axis 60, and changes an attitude by rotating to change a direction of the first rotation axis 60. The driving body 50 is rotated by power around a third rotation axis 62, and the third rotation axis 62 extends in a direction intersecting with the first rotation axis 60. The driving body 50 is in contact with the rotating body at a position eccentric to one end in the direction of the first rotation axis 60 relative to the second rotation axis 61 regardless of attitude-changing of the rotating body.
SLIDING STRUCTURE
A support for a vessel such as a kayak or canoe comprises a support structure such as a kayak rack supported by the ground, the support structure comprising a beam for supporting the vessel, the beam generally parallel to the ground. A sliding structure is on the beam. The sliding structure comprises a bracket having an upwardly facing surface; and roller bearings on the upwardly facing surface of the bracket for ease in slidingly placing and removing the vessel from the support structure. A fastener fastens the sliding structure to the beam.
Guide module for making a movement plane
A guide module (1) for making a movement plane including: a rotation unit (20) rotatable about a longitudinal axis (Z); a ball (30) mounted on the rotation unit (20) a respective actuation pin (31) rotatable relative to the rotation unit (20) about a transversal axis (X), perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (Z), the transversal axis (X) being fixed relative to the rotation unit (20); a first actuator (52) acting on the rotation unit (20) for moving in an adjustable fashion the rotation unit (20) about the longitudinal axis (Z); and a second actuator (54) acting on the actuation pin (31) of the ball (30) for moving the ball (30) about the transversal axis (X).
Hygienic low-friction magnetic tray and conveyor
A hygienic magnetic tray and conveyor. The low-profile tray includes a forcer sandwiched between an article-supporting top and an opposite bottom. The top is made of hygienic material, and the bottom can be made of a low-friction material. The tray is propelled along a guide surface on an enclosure housing stator coils supported in a conveyor frame. The stator forms a linear motor with the forcer in the tray. Roller balls protruding from the bottom of one version of the tray provide low-friction rolling contact with the guide surface. Various disposal systems provide escape routes for removing fluids and debris from the guide surface of the stator enclosure.
Conveying table and module
Apparatuses, systems, and methods of manufacturing are described that provide a conveying module and conveying table for item transport. An example conveying module include a frame and an item transport plate that supports one or more items received thereon. The conveying module further includes a conveying drive motor supported by the frame and operably coupled to the item transport plate. The conveying drive motor causes rotation of the item transport plate about the conveying drive motor. The conveying module further includes a tilt adjustment mechanism that adjusts a tilt direction of the item transport plate relative to the frame. The conveying module also includes, in some instance, a tilt drive mechanism that controls operation of the tilt adjustment mechanism.
Universal sorter transfer module
A transfer module for a universal sorting conveyor has a ball belt looped around two pulley assemblies mounted to a frame and driven in a machine direction. Two bi-directional cross-belt assemblies are mounted to the frame to provide two smooth surfaced belts each supported on a roller bed. The belts extend beneath and engage the ball belt to advance a conveyed parcel in the cross direction. Each cross belt assembly has drive rollers at the ends and a multiplicity of closely spaced idler rollers of smaller diameter than the drive rollers which define the roller bed.
