The foldable conveyor is movable between a transport position and an operating position. The foldable conveyor includes a loading block arranged at the loading end, and a discharge block extending from the loading block towards a discharge end. The discharge block is pivotally coupled to the loading block along a first axis being perpendicular to a transport path of the foldable conveyor and parallel with a carrying surface of the foldable conveyor. The loading block is pivotally coupled to a support structure of the movable material processing apparatus along a second axis being parallel to the transport path.

Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are disclosed for multimodal asynchronous transportation. In one embodiment, an example system may include a portable conveyor assembly configured to receive one or more items, the portable conveyor assembly including a conveyor belt, a drive motor, and a magnet. The portable conveyor assembly may be configured to couple to an item sortation system to receive sorted items, and to couple to a vehicle for transportation of the portable conveyor assembly from the item sortation system to a different system of a fulfillment center.

Embodiments of the present invention generally relate to a vehicle-mounted conveyor system, and more specifically a conveyor system that can be mounted on a short-length, non-CDL truck. The conveyor can convey a wide range of materials, including shingles, shakes (e.g., loose dirt, gravel, and rocks), tiles, underlayment, solar panels, siding, bricks, fasteners, etc. In some embodiments, the conveyor system includes a frame with a four-sided FRP tube, a belt positioned on top of the tube, cleats interconnected to the belt, belt pulleys, a motor, a material backstop, and conveyor positioning features. Conveyor positioning features include a tilting hinge a conveyor carriage, a telescopic vertical post, and a slewing drive. In some embodiments, the conveyor frame is a fiber-reinforced plastic material.

One or more additional conveyors each are positioned alongside the tractor with the discharge of the conveyor(s) feeding into the feed auger, and with the conveyor hopper positioned longitudinally forward of the tractor under the bottom discharge of the trailer or other source receptacle. A stabilizing device for the main auger doubles as a lift arm for elevating the conveyor in a transport position, and may be installed with a tandem axle that compensates for angular frame variation in the working position of the main auger. Alternatively, a novel auger frame is pivotally coupled to the inlet end of the man auger, remains parallel to the ground regardless of the main auger's position, and is equipped with a hitch connector and rear stabilizer arms.

The mining system further includes a flexible conveyor system for receiving the mined material from the continuous miner. The flexible conveyor system includes a conveyor navigation system. The mining system further includes control means for controlling the miner navigation system and the conveyor navigation system so that the flexible conveyor system receives the mined material from the continuous miner. Preferably, the flexible conveyor system need not be coupled to the continuous miner, and can be extracted separately in the event of a cave-in on the miner.

The pneumatic delivery system is configured to deliver material from the storage container to an off-system destination (e.g., a silo or the like), pneumatically. In a typical implementation, the storage container, the mechanical conveyor system, and the pneumatic conveyor system are all on, or connected to, or supported by one common chassis.

The device has a trailer chassis, with at least one wheeled axle at a first end thereof and, at a second end thereof, means provided for attaching the chassis to a tractor in a mobile condition and for fixed mounting in an operational condition. A stacking conveyor is mounted near the first end of the chassis. A power unit for generating electrical and hydraulic power is positioned on the chassis. A feed system is mounted to the chassis and extends generally along the length thereof from the second end to the first end, to receive the solid material at the second end and transport the solid material to the stacking conveyor.

Embodiments disclosed herein include a portable radial stacker for stockpiling bulk material. The stacker may include a linear conveyor having a rear portion including a hopper, and a front portion, the conveyor being designed to carry bulk material along an elevating path from a low position adjacent the rear portion to a higher position adjacent the front portion. The hopper may be pivotally mounted to the conveyor at a pivot point, with at least one hopper arm extending between the hopper and the conveyor rearward of the pivot point. The at least one hopper arm may include at least one hopper hydraulic cylinder to extend and retract the effective length of the hopper arm to raise and lower a rear end of the hopper to modify a degree of elevation of the hopper.

A loading workstation comprises a docking station including a first transmission device adapted to transmit a carrier for loading components, and a mobile vehicle. The mobile vehicle includes a second transmission device, a feeding device and a loading device. The second transmission device is adapted to dock with the first transmission device to allow the carrier to be continuously transmitted on the first transmission device and the second transmission device. The feeding device is adapted to supply components to be loaded. The loading device is adapted to load the supplied components onto the carrier that has been transferred to the second transmission device.

The belt conveyor can include an intake end having a hopper, a discharge end, a body extending between the intake end and the discharge end and a belt. The belt travels along a travel path in the belt conveyor; the belt traveling through the hopper, up an upper run in the body to the discharge end, down a return run in the body, and back through the hopper. The belt can have a top surface having pairs of adjacent ridges provided on the top surface, each ridge having a pair of arms extending from a point, in a travel direction of the belt, wherein each pair of adjacent ridges define a v-channel on the top surface of the belt.
