Method and device for buffering containers
A method and a device for buffering containers grouped in a single row in a filling system are described. For this purpose, the containers are entered into storage on at least one infeed conveyor belt in the infeed direction, moved in a single row onto a transversely adjoining buffer area by rail-guided and individually driven shuttles with row pushers in a buffering direction running transverse to the infeed direction, and are removed from storage on at least one outfeed conveyor belt transversely adjoining in the buffering direction. Due to the fact that the row pushers receive the containers in a single row in a guide channel formed/defined by an anterior row guide leading in the buffering direction and by a trailing posterior row guide, the groups of containers can be moved in the buffering direction and positioned precisely, quickly and secured against falling over without back pressure.
Vacuum belt deburring assembly
A deburring apparatus includes (among other components) a frame and an elongated flat element connected to the frame. Rollers are adapted to support and rotate a vacuum belt around the apparatus. A perforation device is positioned and adapted to make perforations in the vacuum belt as the vacuum belt is rotated by the rollers. Making the perforations in the vacuum belt causes debris to remain in at least one of the perforations. The elongated flat element is positioned to contact the debris in the perforations.
CLEANING DEVICE FOR A CONVEYOR BELT CONTAMINATED WITH COATING AGENT RESIDUES, COATING DEVICE, METHOD FOR CLEANING A CONVEYOR BELT CONTAMINATED WITH COATING AGENT RESIDUES
A cleaning device for a residue contaminated conveyor belt includes a roller arranged below the conveyor belt such that the lateral surface thereof contacts a lower strand of the conveyor belt, and a cleaning belt is arranged below the roller. The lateral surface of the roller contacts an upper strand of the cleaning belt, which is tilted relative to a main conveying direction at the upper strand relative to a longitudinal roller axis. A dispensing device on and/or above the cleaning belt feeds a solvent thereon. The dispensing device and the cleaning belt are relatively arranged such that the solvent from the cleaning belt is conveyed by a conveying movement of the cleaning belt into a region in which the cleaning belt contacts the roller, which via a rotational movement, at least partially picks up the solvent located on the cleaning belt and dispenses it onto the conveyor belt.

Cleaning system for drum conveyor of apparatus for feeding filter segments to multi-segment filter manufacturing apparatus and method of cleaning of drum conveyor
The object of the application is a cleaning system of a drum conveyor of a filter segment feeding apparatus in the tobacco industry wherein a transport drum (3) comprises a plurality of discs (4) on the circumferential surface of which concavities (5) are formed whereas the concavities of the individual discs are positioned relative to one another so that together they form channels (6) receiving filter rods (1), where in the said channels (6) the filter rods (1) are transported during cutting, whereas the borders of adjacent discs (4) do not contact one another and in this way they form circumferential grooves (9). The discs (4) have passages (12) discharging the dirt, the circumferential grooves (9) have a connection with the passages (12) discharging the dirt, and the system comprises a vacuum channel (15) receiving the dirt having a connection with the passages (12) discharging the dirt in the discs (4).

CONVEYOR BELT CLEANING TOOL
A cleaning tool is provided. The cleaning tool has an absorbent material that is elongated, a container that defines a space for holding a fluid, and a holder that is elongated, handheld, and configured to hold the absorbent material. The holder is removable from the container. It is also moveable between a first position in which the absorbent material contacts the space, and a second position in which the holder is removed from the container and the absorbent material is free to clean. The cleaning tool can be used to clean a conveyor belt.

Conveyor belt cleaning device having modularity and real-time cleaning adjustments based on sensory input
A dynamic, reconfigurable, and modular cleaning device utilizes software, sensors, and modular components to provide a one-size-fits-all approach to cleaning conveyor belts. The cleaning device secures to a body or frame associated with a conveyor belt, in which an associated cleaning head cleans the conveyor belt's surface. The cleaning head has an arm that extends from its body and inserts into a corresponding opening on a connecting frame associated with the cleaning device. The cleaning head is then secured in place via a cylindrical pin that extends through aligned holes on the arm and the connecting plate. Insertion of the pin connects the components together, and removal of the pin enables a user to disconnect the cleaning head and swap a new one in its place, such as to provide a different cleaning action.
