A highly-efficient components supplying system for transporting and feeding multiple components includes a platform unit which has a placement surface, a vibration generating unit including a plurality of vibration actuating members which are spaced apart from each other to be operative to vibrate the placement surface, and a centrifugal actuating unit operative to make synchronous rotation of the base seat, the vibration generating unit and the platform unit. When the vibration actuating members vibrate the placement surface, the components are moved upwardly away from the placement surface. With the rotation of the platform unit by the centrifugal actuating unit, the components falling on the placement surface are moved again and turned to facilitate further disentangling and separation thereof and to have a required posture for feeding processes. An optimized operation can be selected according to the characteristics and distribution of the components.

A swing arm changes a position of a placement surface of a placement body between a horizontal position and a tilted position by swinging between a reference position at which the swing arm extends along an opposing surface facing a lower surface of the placement body and a standing position at which the swing arm is tilted relative to the opposing surface. The opposing surface is provided with a guide member configured to guide swinging movement of the swing arm, and the guide member is configured to support the swing arm by sandwiching the swing arm from both sides in an axial direction within a prescribed guide range including the reference position in a total swing range of the swing arm.

A method for order-picking goods in which individual goods are removed from store from a goods collection, are combined in accordance with stipulations to form goods groups and, in the form of these goods groups, are output for further processing. A simple and flexible type of order picking is achieved in that the combining of goods to form goods groups is carried out in pockets suspended on a suspension conveyor.

A transfer device for transferring items to be conveyed, such as flat goods, from a feed conveyor to conveyor spaces of an onward conveyor. The transfer device forms a stationary receiving space for at least one item to be conveyed, the receiving space being delimited at the bottom by a movable support element. The support element is movable via a displacing device between a support position, in which the at least one item to be conveyed lies flat on the support element, and a delivery position, in which the item to be conveyed falls, under the influence of gravity through a released transfer opening downwards, and onto a conveyor space of the onward conveyor that is displaced past below the receiving space.

METHOD FOR FILLING THE POCKETS OF A TRANSPORT DEVICE IN THE FORM OF A SUSPENSION CONVEYOR AND DEVICE FOR CARRYING OUT SAID METHOD
A method for filling the pockets of a transport device in the form of a suspension conveyor that includes one or more trolleys which are movably mounted on a trolley track in a trolley track direction and on each of which a pocket hanging downwards for receiving transported goods is arranged, the pocket being formed by at least one flexible material web that is planar when open and that is fastened at both ends to the trolley, forming a carrying loop or transport loop hanging downwards. The material web is releasably fastened by at least one end to the trolley. The method further includes the steps: a) advancing a closed pocket, b) opening the pocket by releasing the fastening of the at least one end of the material web to the trolley, c) filling the opened pocket with goods to be transported closing the pocket by fastening the at least one end of the material web to the trolley, and e) transporting away the filled and closed pocket.
