SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROCESSING OBJECTS PROVIDED IN VEHICLES
An object processing system is disclosed for unloading objects from a trailer of a tractor trailer. The object processing system includes an engagement system including a truck entry portion for entering the trailer and for indiscriminately engaging unidentified objects within the trailer, and a conveyance system for conveying objects engaged by the engagement system toward an unloading portion of the trailer.
Feed apparatus for a slurry
An apparatus is provided for feeding slurry to a recycling or slurry treatment process at an elevated location. The apparatus includes a reception hopper for receiving the slurry from a transport vehicle, and a bucket elevator for conveying the slurry from a loading zone, in communication with the reception hopper, to a discharge zone at an elevated location. The reception hopper includes a trough having parallel side walls and a bottom wall. The loading zone of the bucket elevator communicates with a first end of the trough, the trough including a movable wall extending perpendicular to the side walls of the reception hopper and being movable towards the first end of the trough to urge slurry towards the loading zone of the bucket elevator.

SELF-PROPELLED MILLING MACHINE, METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY LOADING A MEANS OF TRANSPORT WITH MILLING MATERIAL, AS WELL AS ROAD OR GROUND WORKING UNIT
A self-propelled milling machine includes a controller which continuously locates an alterable position of a loading surface and of a slewable transport conveyor relative to a machine frame, or the position of the loading surface relative to the transport conveyor, and automatically controls one or more of the slewing angle, the elevation angle and the conveying speed of the transport conveyor, wherein discharged milling material impinges on pre-calculated points of impingement within the loading surface. The controller determines correction factors for the control parameter(s) as a function of a transverse inclination about the longitudinal central axis of the loading surface, a position angle between the longitudinal central axis of the loading surface and the longitudinal central axis of the transport conveyor or that of the machine frame, and/or the position of the pre-calculated point of impingement relative to an end of the loading surface lying on the longitudinal central axis.
U reclaimer utility device apparatus
The present invention is a new apparatus to efficiently reclaim cement from a horizontal warehouse. This new reclaiming apparatus combines a mechanical cement reclaiming machine, a U Reclaimer Utility Device Apparatus, together with a reduced amount of open air slides, cement is pushed by a rotating chain with rakes on said reclaiming machine, cement is further fluidized through a porous media with low pressure air, cement flow is achieved by sloping said air slides to match the fluidized angle of repose of the powdered material. Further, the present invention introduces a conveying system, composed by a cascade of enclosed air slides and elevator machines, to convey the cement from the reclaiming area to the dispatch hopper. The introduction of these components, together with traditional cement stacking methods and dispatch systems, provides for a highly efficient manner of storing and reclaiming material from a horizontal storage facility.
Portable Drive-Over Conveyor for Discharging Particulate Material at a Height Suitable for Filling a Silo
A portable drive-over conveyor for unloading particulate material from trucks features a towable trailer supporting a conveyor system having two stages, each transferring the unloaded material in opposite directions along a length of the trailer so as to progressively elevate the particulate material to a suitable height above the ground for discharging from the portable drive-over conveyor. A first stage of the conveyor system transfers the material in one direction from an inlet of the conveyor system to a transfer discharge, whereat the unloaded material is transferred to the second stage transferring the material in an opposite direction to a discharge of the overall conveyor system which is located at a higher elevation than the transfer discharge.
MATERIAL PLACER
A material placer includes conveyors on a frame for receiving material from a side dump trailer and conveying the material to a placing location. The conveyors can include a receiving conveyor for receiving material from the side dump trailer through an opening in a side of the placer, a funneling auger for funneling the material so it flows along a narrow flow path, a transfer conveyor for lifting the material after it is dumped from the side dump trailer, and/or a placing conveyor for placing the material at the placing location. The placing conveyor can be movable between a stowed position and a conveying position. A drive system for the conveyor may be located within a conveyor pulley to reduce the envelope of the material placer.
Stockyard Joint Reclaiming System and Method
A stockyard joint reclaiming system includes an outer output conveyor, a scraper reclaimer provided with a scraper mechanism, an inner feeder, and an inner output conveyor arranged below a stockpile. The scraper mechanism includes a chain and a scraper installed on a chain. The chain moves forwards or backwards under the action of a driving device to drive the scraper to push materials to a corresponding discharging port. The scraper mechanism drives the scraper through forward or reverse operation of the chain for pushing the materials to the output conveyor and a reclaiming line can be selected. A reclaiming mode is flexible and more output lines are available. When the material level is lower than a horizontal position, the scraper is driven to move through a reverse operation of the chain to push the materials to an upper part of the inner feeder for realizing reclaiming, thereby reducing unnecessary energy consumption and effectively guaranteeing the reclaiming capability of the scraper reclaimer.

Portable drive-over conveyor for unloading trucks
A drive-over conveyor for unloading fracking sand is designed to be towed as a highway semi-trailer includes a center frame structure containing a conveyor belt with two pivotal ramps on each side to be moved to a raised position standing upwardly and a lowered position extending outwardly. The ramps have sufficient length and the center structure has a low height to allow a highway semi-trailer to pass over a grate in the center structure. A platform is attached at the forward end with a king pin on the underside for engaging a towing platform of a highway tractor. A wheel and axle assembly including suspension of the axle for highway travel is mounted on a sub-frame pivotal relative to main rear frame for movement relative to the center frame structure from a lowered road position to a raised position allowing the center frame structure to rest on the ground.
