INTELLIGENT APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING WALNUT KERNELS AND RED COATS BY BELT CONVEYING AND HEAT RADIATION BASED ON THERMAL EXPANSION AND CONTRACTION PRINCIPLE
Disclosed is a continuous feeding mechanism including a transfer mechanism, wherein the transfer mechanism includes a rotatable indent roller circumferentially provided with a plurality of blanking grooves; a post pin is arranged in each blanking groove; the post pin is connected with a spring; the spring is arranged towards the interior of the indent roller; and the post pin can move along the blanking grooves; a feeding box, wherein the bottom of the feeding box is hollow, and the bottom is arranged above the indent roller or the bottom is fixedly connected with the indent roller; the continuous feeding mechanism is arranged above one side of the transfer mechanism; and an electromagnetic heating mechanism which includes a supporting frame, wherein the transfer mechanism is arranged in the supporting frame, and an electromagnetic coil is circumferentially arranged outside the supporting frame.
ENDLESS MACERATION CONVEYOR ASSEMBLY WITH JUICE DEFLECTOR
A maceration conveyor assembly feeding into a first mill of a milling tandem, where output from the mill is delivered onto another conveyor and carried to the next mill in the tandem. Low pol maceration liquid is returned to the conveyor via return lines to respective distribution weirs. Weirs include overflows which extend across the conveyor. The conveyor assembly includes an inlet end and an outlet end all supported on a supporting framework so that the assembly is inclined from the inlet end to the outlet end. The frame supports respective side walls of a conveyor trough between which travels an endless plate conveyor. The endless plate conveyor comprises interconnected perforated plates adapted to pivot relative to each other in chain like fashion so that the endless plate conveyor effectively functions as a belt conveyor having rigid plates interconnected in pivotal fashion.
Interchangeable hook-and-bracket system
An interchangeable hook-and-bracket system for a manufacturing process is disclosed. The interchangeable hook-and-bracket system may be configured to cooperate with a vertical conveying system of a food-processing system. Interchangeable hooks of the conveyor system may comprise hook portions and bracket portions that may be configured to releasably attach to one another. The bracket portions may be made substantially of a structurally robust material such as a metal and may be non-releasably attached to the conveyor system, and the hook portions may be made substantially of a flexible material such as a polymer-based material. More than one hook portion may correspond to a bracket portion, each hook portion having a configuration corresponding to a particular product, casing, throughput, and/or process condition.
Method for transversely positioning an article to be transported
In order to be able to shingle articles individual slices or partial portions of slices shingled in a longitudinal direction in a transverse direction relative to the running direction of conveyor units on which these articles are transported, the two conveyor units, on each of which one of the two articles is fully supported, are not brought to overlap in order to achieve the transverse shingling, but one of the articles is transported on its conveyor unit with a lateral overhang to the other conveyor unit, and the other article placed there on the edge side with such a height difference that the two articles can finally overlap and be placed on top of each other. However, the two conveyor units only have to be guided closely next to each other for this purpose without overlapping themselves. This simplifies the design of the overlapping unit and reduces its overall height.
Apparatus, methods and systems for dispensing an item from a dispensing apparatus
A system for dispensing an item from a dispensing apparatus is disclosed. The system is attached to a dispensing apparatus lower portion of the dispensing apparatus. The system includes a plate and a flap movably attached to the plate. The flap has a flap open position and a flap closed position. As stop extends outward from a flap first surface of a flap lower portion. A movable arm is in attachment with the flap and moves the flap between the flap open position and the flap closed position. A heating element at least proximate to the flap. An opening on the flap extends between the flap first surface and a flap second surface. A rod is substantially vertically arranged and in attachment with the plate and configured such that the rod passes through the opening when the flap moves between the flap open position and the flap closed position.
Sausage casing storage with filling level monitoring
A method and a device for separating shirred casing sticks, where a row R.sub.1 with a first number of consecutively disposed shined casing sticks in a shined casing stick storage is pushed in a first stroke cycle by a pusher along a sloped plane in the direction of a separation edge and one after the other over the separation edge and, once the last shined casing stick of the row has been pushed over the separation edge, the pusher moves back along the sloped plane and takes a row R.sub.2 with a second number of consecutively disposed shined casing sticks and pushes them in a further stroke cycle in the direction towards the separation edge, characterized in that a control device determines the filling level of shined casing sticks in the shined casing stick storage from the number of shined casing sticks pushed over the separation edge.
METHOD FOR ARRANGING AND DELIVERING CONVEYED OBJECTS
An arranging conveyor system has outlet conveyors in a plurality of lines, intermediate conveyors in the plurality of lines, and transferring/discharging conveyors in the plurality of lines. When a discharging interval has not passed from a previous discharging action and a predetermined clog condition in a specific line is fulfilled, a conveyed object which is present in the specific line at a stop position on the transferring/discharging conveyor is discharged outside of the arranging conveyor system.
Comestible Flattener Translation
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for a comestible loader with flatteners that pivot and translate. One of the methods includes receiving, by a comestible loader, a comestible through an opening defined in a loader frame of the comestible loader and onto a surface; and pivoting and translating a first flattener and a second flattener to a pre-press position to permit the first flattener and the second flattener to position the comestible approximately at a target position on the surface.
HANDLING DEVICE FOR A TRANSFER OF PRODUCTS, PRODUCTION MACHINE WITH SUCH A HANDLING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR A TRANSFER OF PRODUCTS
A handling device for a transfer of products, in particular food products, includes at least one transport unit, in particular a conveyor belt unit, with at least one electrodynamic conveying unit comprising at least one electrodynamically movable mover and at least one product receiving unit, which is arranged at the mover and has at least one sidewall extending transversally to a support surface of the product receiving unit and at least partially delimiting a product receiving space of the product receiving unit, and including at least one transfer unit for a product transfer of products between the transport unit and the mover, wherein viewed in a plane extending at least substantially perpendicularly to a main extension plane of the product receiving unit, the product receiving unit has at least one front face that is at least partially open.

A cartridge having a housing, an outer looped element affixed at least partially in a cavity that spans substantially all of a length of the housing. A movable inner looped element is mounted a roller and positioned inside the outer looped element. Panels are radially attached to the movable inner looped element such that each of the plurality of panels extends toward the outer looped element. Movable chambers defined by a space between the panels. A first opening that spans substantially all of a first side of the outer looped element. A second opening is disposed on the outer looped element proximate to a bottom end of the outer looped element providing access to outside the cartridge. A second movable door covers substantially all of the second opening and partially defining the outer looped element when the second movable door is in a second movable door closed position.
