First and second conveying parts are respectively provided in upper parts of the first and second circumferential walls. In the rotating disk and the first ring, the bottom wall is positioned lower than the first conveying part to form a retaining space for retaining preparations inside the first ring. The respective rotational axes are relatively inclined such that the preparations move from the bottom wall to the first conveying part at a first delivery position. In the first and second rings, the first conveying part is positioned lower than the second conveying part, and the respective rotational axes are relatively inclined such that the preparations move from the first conveying part to the second conveying part at a second delivery position.
AIR ASSISTED HOPPER SYSTEM FOR PELLET-SHAPED ARTICLES
An apparatus that conveys pellet-shaped articles may include a hopper that receives a quantity of the pellet-shaped articles. The hopper may include one or more openings to direct a flow of air into the hopper to dislodge jamming or bridging of pellet-shaped articles within the hopper.
Multiple compartments dispensing cartridge
The present invention is a medication dispensing system and device comprising a multiple compartment dispensing cartridge made of rigid and flexible materials. The cartridge is preloaded with dispensable contents and inserted into the housing of the dispensing device. A flexible ribbon with an opening run through a plurality of slits in the vertical walls in a closed loop manner resulting in formation of compartments. The ribbon is moved, by a motor, such that the opening reaches a specific compartment at a specific time, thereby releasing the contents of that compartment at that time. Other features, such as a microcontroller is provided to control the dispensing date and time of the contents based on pre-determined conditions.
Transfer system for soft gels
A transfer system for soft gels is disclosed. It comprises: a blower, having a first air inlet and a first air outlet, and generating an airflow by inhaling air from the first air inlet and discharging air out of the first air outlet; a hopper, having a top opening to catch soft gels manufactured and dropped directly from a soft gel machine and a bottom opening to drop the soft gels; a transfer hose, having a first opening connected to the first air outlet and a second opening, wherein a side-cut opening is formed to connect to the bottom opening, the airflow from the first opening blows the soft gels dropped at the side-cut opening to move the soft gels toward the second opening; a cooling module, having a second air inlet and a second air outlet, cooling down the external air from the second air inlet and discharging the cooled air from the second air outlet; and a connecting hose, connecting the second air outlet and the first air inlet.
Pharmaceutical formulation transporting device and pharmaceutical formulation printing device
Provided is a pharmaceutical formulation transporting device capable of easily ensuring a large exposed area of a solid pharmaceutical formulation during transport. A pharmaceutical formulation transporting device 10 comprises a first pulley 11, a second pulley 12, and a plurality of endless transport belts 13, 14 wound around the first pulley 11 and the second pulley 12, wherein the plurality of transport belts 13, 14 are disposed so as to be capable of holding a solid pharmaceutical formulation between respective first side surfaces.
Apparatus, System and Method for Facilitating Tracking of Consumable Pharmaceutical Articles
Embodiments of an apparatus, system and method for facilitating the tracking of consumable pharmaceutical articles are disclosed. A marking apparatus is configured to apply unique indelible identifiers to pharmaceutical articles at the point-of-sale. The indelible identifiers on the articles are visually or electronically readable to allow each respective article to be traced with respect to its manufacturer, prescribing physician, patient to whom it was prescribed, dispensing location, expiration date, dosage, or some combination thereof. An associated system and method may involve the provision of a remote database element configured to be in network communication between the marking apparatus, manufacturer, distributor, prescriber, dispensing location, scanning tool, or some combination thereof. The indelible identifier may initially be generated by the apparatus and then obtained and recorded by the remote database element. Alternative, the indelible identifier may initially be generated and recorded by the remote database element, then provided to the marking apparatus.
CLEANER ASSEMBLY FOR AN AUTOMATED DISPENSING DEVICE
The cleaner assembly is configured for cleaning an automated dispensing device is described herein. The cleaner assembly includes a pallet; a plurality of side walls enclosing an inner chamber; a blower configured to propel contaminants into said inner chamber; and at least one roller operably supported by and projecting above at least one of said side walls, said at least one roller being configured to scrape contaminants off of a base plate of the automated dispensing device and towards said blower.
AUTOMATIC PICKING MACHINE FOR FILLING A TRANSPORT CONTAINER
An automatic picking machine for pharmaceutical drug packages includes at least one storage rack, at least one storage and retrieval machine, a control apparatus for controlling the storage and retrieval machine, and a filling apparatus for successively filling each of a plurality of transport containers with a group of pharmaceutical drug packages corresponding to one order, wherein the filling apparatus includes a plurality of collection containers, first transport apparatuses, each having a transport channel for conveying the pharmaceutical drug packages towards the respective collection container, and a receiving apparatus for receiving a transport container to be filled at a filling location of the filing apparatus.
ALIGNING AND FEEDING DEVICE
