BAG SUPPLY SYSTEM AND BAG SUPPLY METHOD
A bag supply system includes a bag accommodating unit having a holding member to externally support a bag bundle; and a bag supply device to which bags are supplied from the bag accommodating unit. The bag supply device includes a taking-out unit that takes the bag bundle out of the bag accommodating unit and carries the bag bundle to a depositing unit. The holding member supports the bag bundle in the state of exposing a part of one of a front surface and a back surface of each of a bag arranged on a frontmost side and a bag arranged on a backmost side of two or more bags included in the bag bundle. The taking-out unit takes the bag bundle out of the bag accommodating unit while holding the exposed part of the bag bundle supported by the holding member.
Device for handling single sheets, for introducing and distributing rectangular single sheets, especially bank notes, respectively into and out of a container
A single sheet handling device (14a to 14d, 30, 200, 252, 270, 350) for the input and the output of rectangular single sheets (38) respectively into and out of a container (12a to 12d). These rectangular single sheets can in particular be banknotes (38). The single sheet handling device (14a to 14d, 30, 200, 252, 270, 350) has a feeding device with feeding elements for the sheet-by-sheet feeding of single sheets (38) and for storing these single sheets (38) in a stack (36) of single sheets in the container (12a to 12d). Further, the single sheet handling device has a separating device with separating elements for the sheet-by-sheet removal of single sheets (38) of the stack (36) from the container (12a to 12d). The feeding elements and the separating elements are arranged separately from the container (12a to 12d).
SYSTEM FOR TRANSFERRING ARTICLES FROM A CONTAINER
An automated system for transferring articles from a container. An item transfer system includes retainers configured to secure a first tray and a second tray, a movable paddle assembly, a frame, and a plurality of actuators. The system is configured to transfer articles from the first tray to the second tray by an automated process including securing the articles within the first tray with the paddle assembly, rotating the frame by approximately 90 to 100, moving the paddle assembly in a series of linear translations to remove the items from the first tray and place the items into the second tray, rotating the frame back to its initial orientation, and releasing the items into the second tray.
SHEET STACKING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet stacking apparatus includes a sheet stacking portion to be mounted into and drawn out of a mounting portion and provided with a side plate including a grip portion by which the sheet stacking portion can be drawn out in the draw-out direction. The sheet stacking portion is supported to be slidable in a draw-out direction by a rail, and the rail is supported to be slidable in the draw-out direction by a rail supporting portion provided in the mounting portion. A rotator is provided on either the rail supporting portion or the rail and disposed in contact with the other of the rail supporting portion and the rail. The rail, the rail supporting portion and the rotator are disposed on one side in the width direction of the sheet stacking portion, and the grip portion is disposed on the other side in the width direction.
PROCESSING APPARATUS AND FEED UNIT
There is provided a processing apparatus including: a processing unit that performs a predetermined process on a medium; a placement unit on which the medium is placed in a first posture; a medium feeding unit that feeds the medium from the placement unit toward the processing unit; and a feed unit that is detachably disposed on the placement unit. The feed unit causes the medium to be placed in a second posture which is different from the first posture. The first posture is a posture in which a surface of the medium is placed along a placement surface of the placement unit, and the second posture is a posture in which sides of a plurality of media are brought into contact with the placement surface of the feed unit.
RECORDING APPARATUS
There is provided a recording apparatus including: a recording unit that performs recording on a medium transported in a first direction; a medium feeding unit that is positioned in a second direction opposite to the first direction of the recording unit, includes a medium supporting unit; and a medium reversing unit that reverses the medium transmitted in the second direction after the recording of the recording unit, and transmits the medium to the first direction, in which the medium feeding unit includes a first guide unit and forms a first guide surface in the downward slope toward the first direction, and a power transmission unit that transmits a driving power from a power source of the medium reversing unit to the medium reversing unit, and at least a part of the first guide unit in a vertical direction overlaps with the power transmission unit.
Feeding device
A feeding device includes a detection unit, a control unit, a first plate on which a recording material is placed, a second plate located above the first plate in vertical direction, and an uplift unit to uplift a recording material placed on the first plate. The detection unit changes a detection result when an uplifted recording material arrives at a feeding position. The recording material placed on the first plate is uplifted by the uplift unit until the detection result is changed. The detection result is changed when a recording material fed from the second plate passes the detection unit while the recording material placed on the first plate is not in the feeding position. The control unit causes recording material to be sequentially fed from the second plate, and causes the uplift unit to uplift the recording material placed on the first plate in an interval time.
RECORDING APPARATUS
A recording apparatus includes a return member switchable between a first orientation in which a portion of the return member overlaps a feed roller in a side view of a medium feeding path and a second orientation in which the return member is turned toward a downstream side in a medium feeding direction and does not overlap the feed roller. The return member changes an orientation thereof from the second orientation to the first orientation, thereby returning a medium to an upstream side in the medium feeding direction. When a transport roller disposed downstream of the feed roller is driven in reverse to return the medium to the upstream side and position the medium at a recording start position, the return member takes a third orientation in which the return member is raised toward the upstream side further than in the first orientation.
MEDIUM HANDLING APPARATUS AND MEDIUM HANDLING METHOD
Provided are a medium handling apparatus and method for, by using a temporary storage unit, performing a tallying task in an automated teller machine. The medium handling apparatus includes a deposit/withdrawal unit configured to separate each individual medium and accumulate the medium, a discrimination unit configured to discriminate whether the media are abnormal and types of the media, a medium storage unit including a plurality of recycling cassettes, a temporary storage unit configured to temporarily store media discriminated as normal media, and a conveyance path configured to convey the media. Media in each of the recycling cassettes are temporarily stored in the temporary storage unit to confirm the number of media remaining in the recycling cassette, and the media in the temporary storage unit are conveyed back to and stored in the recycling cassette when the number of remaining media is sensed.
SHEET ACCOMMODATING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet accommodating device includes a housing; a sheet accommodating portion configured to accommodate a sheet and detachably mountable in the housing, the accommodating portion including, a supporting member supporting the accommodating portion so as to be rotatable relative to the housing, a movable member movable relative to the supporting member along the supporting member, a first urging member urging the movable member in a moving direction of the supporting member, a regulating member movable in a direction crossing with the moving direction of the movable member, and a second urging member urging the regulating member so as to protrude it from the movable member. The housing is provided with an engageable member engaged with the regulating member.
