FORMATION OF SHEET STACKS BY MEANS OF A SHEET-PROCESSING APPARATUS
A method for forming sheet stacks in a dispensing region of a sheet processing apparatus, involves: a) stacking sheets by a stacker wheel onto a sheet stack located on a lifting platform, b) introducing a deposition platform into the dispensing region, c) stacking further sheets by the stacker wheel onto the deposition platform arranged underneath the stacker wheel, d) introducing a gripping device into the dispensing region to take up, by the gripping device, the sheet stack formed on the lifting platform, e) removing the sheet stack formed on the lifting platform from the dispensing region, and, after the removal of the sheet stack, f) raising the lifting platform up to the deposition platform, and g) transferring the further sheet stack formed on the deposition platform onto the lifting platform and moving the deposition platform away out of the dispensing region.
FILLING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FILLING CONTAINERS WITH DOCUMENTS OF VALUE
A filling apparatus and to a method are for filling containers with document-of-value stacks, and to a document-of-value processing apparatus. The filling apparatus is designed for filling containers with document-of-value stacks, for example document-of-value stacks that are set down by a document-of-value processing machine in a delivery region of the document-of-value processing machine. The filling apparatus has a feed interface, a delivery interface and a transport path along which the containers can be transported from the feed interface to the delivery interface, and a filling region in which in each case one container that has been fed to the filling apparatus can be positioned in order to be filled with document-of-value stacks by means of a gripping device.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING ACCUMULATORS AND CORRESPONDING STACKING DEVICE FOR PRODUCING ACCUMULATORS
A method for producing accumulators which each have at least one cell stack, wherein to produce the cell stack, individual sheets are stacked via a stacking device in that the individual sheets are fed one after the other via a conveying line of the stacking device to a stacking wheel arrangement of the stacking device. The stacking wheel arrangement has two stacking wheels which are arranged in two planes one above the other. A predefined number of successive individual sheets are fed to one of the two stacking wheels. The predefined number corresponds to the number of individual sheets in a finished cell stack. A plurality of the individual sheets following the predefined number of individual sheets are fed to the other of the two stacking wheels.
ARRANGEMENT FOR HANDLING STACKS OF SHEETS
There is disclosed herein an arrangement for handling one or more stacks of sheets. The arrangement comprises a support surface being provided with a plurality of openings for supplying a gas underneath said one or more stacks of sheets, a maneuver unit being moveable relative to the support surface and comprising two side clamping devices, the two side clamping devices being arranged at a distance from each other. The arrangement further comprises at least one top clamping device configured to exert a downward pressure onto said one or more stacks of sheets. The two side clamping devices and said at least one top clamping device are at least partly independently maneuverable thereby allowing the arrangement to maneuver one stack of sheets and also to maneuver a plurality of stacks of sheets arranged in a row one after the other.
Bill handling system
There is provided a bill handling system (1) including a camera (440), a grasping unit (430), and a control unit (100) for photographing the inside of the cashbox (10) by the camera (440) after a bill (B) in the cash box (10) is taken out by the grasping unit (430), determining whether or not a bill (B) remains in the cash box (10) based on the photographed image, and performing error processing when the bill (B) remains in the cash box (10).
