A detachable snowboard and snowboard pole with a collapsible shaft divided into segments, a basket tip, and a handle. In exemplary embodiments, the pole affixes to a planar top surface of the snowboard using a mounting system comprising a plurality of clamps at staggered attachment points, each clamp adapted to form a friction fit with segments of the snowboard pole, each clamp oriented in parallel with one another.

In further embodiments, the cover is formed of two or more sections that may be arranged to at least partially overlap, wherein adjusting the overlap of the at least two sections changes the dimensions of an inner cavity within the cover or case. The case may be telescoping, in order to provide adjustable dimensions for a cavity within the case.

A ski carrier apparatus for manually carrying skis, the ski carrier apparatus includes a flexible bracket to hold skis together in the form of a C shaped channel including a planar base portion having a first end portion and an opposing second end portion, a first leg and a second leg that each extend in a same direction and parallel to one another, the first and second legs each terminate in a respective first and second hook sections. The ski carrier apparatus further includes a strap having a first strap end and a second strap end that are removably engageable to a cord, wherein the strap is looped around an upper torso of a user and the cord looped around a ski toe binding assembly to suspend the skis above the ground allowing the user to carry the skis via walking in a handsfree manner.

A ski tote is formed with a short strap having a snap clasp fastened to respective ends thereof. A long strap is fastened to the short strap just inside of the clasp parts. A novel security tether includes an intermediate flexible substrate, a first loop, and a second loop. The first loop is fixed to a first end of the intermediate flexible substrate and is switchable between a closed position and an open position. The first loop further includes a lock to retain the first loop in the closed position when engaged. The present invention provides a snowboard backpack, which includes a backpack with at least a storage pouch arranged therein, an under storage having a first hook and loop fastener provided thereon, and an upper storage having a second hook and loop fastener provided thereon, so as to allow the under storage and the upper storage to overlappingly and movably secure a snowboard therebetween through movably attaching the first hook and loop fastener with the second hook and loop fastener.
