Sanitary Sleeve Applicator for Hoses
The conceived invention provides both a film applicator and a method for placing a continuous film sleeve around a hose, or a grouping of a plurality of hoses. The sleeve thickness is approximately mil to 20 mils thick, which is suitable for cleanliness protection and reducing the possibility of ripping when the hoses are dragged across a floor. The embodied invention includes a plastic sleeve payout tube, that surrounds and encompasses the hose/hoses. The hoses are routed through the sleeve payout tube when they are hauled into a building to be cleaned. The payout tube stores a compacted length of an enclosing plastic sleeve, and the sleeve pays off as the hoses are dragged into the facility to be cleaned. The initial attachment of the plastic sleeve and hoses is by use of an adhesive tape or an outer clamping strap.
FILAMENT WINDING APPARATUS
A helical winding unit of a filament winding apparatus includes guide members guiding fiber bundles F to a liner, a movement mechanism moving the guide members, and a rotation mechanism rotating the guide members. Each of the guide members includes two side walls and guide portions fixed between the two side walls. As the guide portions, a first guide portion having a first guide surface and a second guide portion having a second guide surface and provided downstream of the first guide portion are provided. In the height direction, the first guide surface is oriented to one side. The second guide surface is oriented to the other side in the height direction and provided on the other side of the first guide surface.
FILAMENT WINDING APPARATUS
A filament winding apparatus winds, around a workpiece, a fiber bundle formed by bundling a plurality of fibers. The filament winding apparatus includes a widening roller that rotates while making contact with the fiber bundle that is being conveyed. The widening roller has, provided on the peripheral surface, a plurality of projecting ridges extending in the axial direction, the projecting ridges being arranged side by side in the circumferential direction. The projecting ridges make contact with the fiber bundle to thereby widen the fiber bundle.
Winding apparatus
A winding apparatus includes a first rotation body, and a wire position support, inserted in an insertion hole outside a center axis of the first rotation body, and including first and second wire route holes in which first and second wires are inserted, respectively. The winding apparatus further includes a second rotation body having a center axis and separated from the first rotation body, a shaft body outside the center axis, a synchronous rotation component coupling the wire position support and the shaft body while unrotatably fixed to the wire position support, a winding driver that synchronously rotates the first and second rotation bodies, and inner bearings disposed between the wire position support in the insertion hole and the first rotation body, in which the wire position support is journaled with respect to the first rotation body. Thus, the wire position support revolves orbitally about a core without rotating.
Winding apparatus
A winding apparatus includes a wire position support including a first feeder including a first wire route hole in which a first wire is inserted and a second feeder including a second wire route hole in which a second wire is inserted, and a winding driver that orbitally revolves the wire position support around a core. The wire position support includes a regulator that regulates movement of the first wire and the second wire such that, when the wire position support revolves orbitally around the core, such that the first wire passes on an opening end surface from which the second wire is fed in the second wire route hole while the second wire passes on an opening end surface from which the first wire is fed in the first wire route hole. Accordingly, the wires are prevented from being entangled in the wire position support.
Method for manufacturing coil component and winding device
A method for manufacturing a coil component that can contribute to prevention of durability degradation of a wire. The method includes winding a plurality of wires, that are supplied from a wire supply source to a nozzle through a tensioner, around a core by revolving the core around the nozzle. Also, during the winding, the core is rotated in a direction same as or opposite to a revolution direction of the core.
LOW TENSION APPLICATION COILER
The present invention is an apparatus, system, and method for a low tension application spooler and or coiler system that positively drives the material into the coil and or reel so that the tension is minimum during the winding process.
Rotorcraft-assisted system and method for launching and retrieving a fixed-wing aircraft into and from free flight
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a rotorcraft-assisted system and method for launching and retrieving a fixed-wing aircraft into and from free flight. The launch and retrieval system includes a modular multicopter, a storage and launch system, an anchor system, a flexible capture member, and an aircraft-landing structure. The multicopter is attachable to the fixed-wing aircraft to facilitate launching the fixed-wing aircraft into free, wing-borne flight. The storage and launch system is usable to store the multicopter (when disassembled) and to act as a launch mount for the fixed-wing aircraft by retaining the fixed-wing aircraft in a desired launch orientation. The anchor system is usable with the multicopter, the flexible capture member, and the aircraft-landing structure to retrieve the fixed-wing aircraft from free, wing-borne flight.

PAPER SHEET STORING APPARATUS
A paper sheet storing apparatus includes: a supply reel that supplies a wound threadlike material; a winding drum around which a paper sheet is wound around together with the threadlike material supplied from the supply reel; and a guide mechanism that guides the threadlike material through a conveyance path between the supply reel and the winding drum.
