An automated greeting card conveyance system is disclosed that includes a first conveyor configured to transport pre-decorated greeting cards along a first conveyance path and a second conveyor configured to transport envelopes along a second conveyance path. A control system controls customization of each greeting card and envelope by (a) determining a card identifier of the greeting card, (b) identifying customized content associated with an order for the greeting card having the card identifier, and (c) causing the customized content to be printed on the greeting card and envelope. A coupling system may also be used to automatically insert the greeting card into the envelope. In addition, a sealing system may be used to automatically seal envelope having a pointed envelope flap.

A method inserting a first portion of a workpiece material between an upper layer and a lower layer of a workpiece support material. The method also includes folding a second portion of the workpiece material over and on top of the upper layer of the workpiece support material. The second portion is coupled to the first portion. The method further includes inserting the workpiece material and the workpiece support material into an electronic cutting machine.

A sheet processing apparatus includes a plurality of casters, a processing unit, another caster and a support portion. The plurality of casters movably support the sheet processing apparatus. The processing unit is provided to be capable of being drawn out from and inserted into the sheet processing apparatus. Provided is a sheet folding apparatus including: a transport unit configured to transport a sheet bundle in a transport direction; a stopper arranged at a stop position, the front end of the sheet bundle being abutted against the stopper; a restriction part configured to restrict deformation in a height direction of the sheet bundle abutted against the stopper; a pushing roller configured to generate pushing force for pushing the front end of the sheet bundle against a transport face; and a roller motion mechanism configured to move the pushing roller between a protruding position upstream of the stop position and a retracted position spaced apart from the protruding position, and the roller motion mechanism moves the pushing roller from the protruding position to the retracted position after the front end of the sheet bundle transported by the transport unit reaches the pushing roller.

A medium processing apparatus includes a first conveyor and a second conveyor. The first conveyor is disposed in a conveyance path to convey a medium or multiple media including the medium in a conveyance direction. The second conveyor is disposed in a circulation path that is branched from the conveyance path at a branching point and is merged at a merging point upstream from the branching point in the circulation path in the conveyance direction to circulate the medium. The second conveyor includes a correction roller pair to correct a displacement of the multiple media that are overlaid on each other and circulate together in the circulation path.

The controller changes, in a case that directions of a front surface and a back surface of a recording material inputting portion and different from the directions of the front surface and the back surface in which a pressure-bonding printed matter is capable of being properly prepared, an image formation order of image forming data to an order in which the pressure-bonding printed matter is capable of being properly prepared in the directions of the front surface and the back surface of the recording material inputted by the inputting portion.
