Method and apparatus for producing and drawing-off a web-shaped product (2) with a production machine (1) and two clamp carriers (7.1, 7.2) with clamps (10.1, 10.2). The clamp carriers (7.1, 7.2) are driven moving back and forth parallel to a drawing-off direction of the web-shaped product (2). The clamp carriers (7.1, 7.2) are respectively drivable with a pair of drive spindles (14.1, 14.2), which are arranged in such a manner so that the web center of the web-shaped product (2) within the apparatus (6) extends in an area between the two drive spindles (14.1, 14.2) of the respective clamp carrier (7.1, 7.2). The method is characterized in that the web-shaped product (2) is produced with successive main sections (4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4) and auxiliary sections (3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5), and that the clamps (10) are actuated in such a manner so that the opening and closing of the clamps (10) takes place only in the time segments of the production in which an auxiliary section (3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5) of the web-shaped product (2) is being produced.

ROLLER LOCKS

In an example, a roller lock may include a lock to engage with a roller of a feed system, and a leadscrew to engage with the lock. The lock may include a coupling to operably engage with a complementary coupling of the roller. The leadscrew may include an advancer to engage with the lock such that the advancer may translate the lock along a longitudinal axis of the roller so that the lock may engage and disengage with the roller to intermittently prevent the roller from rotating in a forward direction.

VACUUM SYSTEM FOR SECURING ITEMS IN PRINTING MACHINES

The invention relates to a vacuum system for securing items in printing machines, comprising a printing table (2) with a perforated surface and, in relation thereto, a vacuum system for securing the items to be printed, which comprises a box structure (8) connected to a suction system and provided with a perforated wall in relation to the surface of the printing table (2), said box structure (8) having lateral panels that vertically close the interior thereof, which panels can be moved in order to adjust the gap between them in relation to the width of the items to be printed.

ACCUMULATION DEVICE

An accumulation device is provided with a loading unit, a tensioning unit, an accumulation unit, and unloading unit and a controller. The tensioning unit comprises multiple fixed rollers capable of rolling, and movable rollers capable of rolling and arranged so as to be capable of moving with respect to the fixed rollers. Substrates are conveyed so as to move back and forth alternately between the fixed rollers and the movable rollers in a wrapped state, and a prescribed tensile force is applied to the substrates by a force acting on the moveable rollers in the direction away from the fixed rollers. The controller performs control so as to maintain the positions of the movable rollers in the tensioning unit constant.

MACHINE FOR PACKAGING ARTICLES INTO BAGS MADE OF FLEXIBLE MATERIAL
20180079543 · 2018-03-22 · ·

A machine for packaging articles into bags made of heat-sealable flexible material starting from a reel of a continuous web having two superimposed flat layers mutually permanently joined along one side and providedalong the other sidewith an openable closure. The machine includes a device for supplying the web having a pair of superimposed parallel guide rollers arranged transversely on opposite sides with respect to the web and whose angular position with respect to the advancement direction of the web is adjustable. The two guide rollers have a superficial shape suitable to avoid both the formation of irregularities of the websuch as folds and creasesas well as the damaging of the openable closure.

ACCUMULATION DEVICE

An accumulation device is provided with a first roller group which comprises multiple first rollers that can rotate, and a second roller group which comprises multiple second rollers that can rotate and that can move in the direction towards or away from the first roller group. Substrates are conveyed alternately between the first rollers and the second rollers so as to go back and forth in a wound state, and the substrates are accumulated by relative movement of the first roller group and the second roller group in the direction away from each other. The second rollers are supported by a support member which is capable of moving relative to the first roller group, and are independently biased in the direction away from the first roller group by elastic members which are provided on the support member corresponding to each of the second rollers.

SHEET-MEMBER SEPARATION DEVICE, SHEET-MEMBER SEPARATION METHOD, PROGRAM, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

A sheet-member separation device includes a first air blower, an attractor, a conveyor, a second air blower, and an adjuster. The first air blower blows air onto a front side of a stack of sheet members in a sheet-member conveyance direction. The attractor attracts an uppermost sheet member floated from the stack of sheet members by the air blown from the first air blower. The conveyor conveys, in the sheet-member conveyance direction, the sheet member attracted by the attractor. The second air blower blows air toward a lateral side of the sheet member. The adjuster moves the second air blower and the attractor together to adjust positions of the second air blower and the attractor in the sheet-member conveyance direction.

Support device and date management method

A support device for supporting a cylindrical member around which is wound an elongated body has: a support shaft for supporting the cylindrical member that is fitted to an external surface of the support shaft from an opening on one end in a longitudinal direction of the cylindrical member; an anchoring plates, built into the support shaft, for anchoring the cylindrical member from an inner circumferential side of the cylindrical member; and an operating means having an operation shaft of a smaller diameter than the support shaft, the operation shaft protruding forward from a distal end of the support shaft in order to operate the anchoring plates. Further, the support device has a protecting member which is attached to the distal end of the support shaft and through which is inserted the operation shaft. The protecting member further has a reduced-diameter section smaller in diameter than the support shaft.

Clamping device for film rolls

A clamping device (1) for receiving and clamping a film roll (2) is described, comprising a winding core (21) and a film reel (22) arranged on the winding core (21), wherein the clamping device (1) can be moved from an open position, in which the film roll (2) can be inserted into the clamping device (1) or removed from the clamping device (1), into a clamping position, in which the film roll (2) is clamped in the clamping device (1). The clamping device (1) comprises a grooved shaft (11) with receiving grooves (11n) arranged in the longitudinal direction offset at the same angular distance, a screw gear formed from a ring nut (12) and a lock nut (14), and clamping levers (16) arranged radially offset at the same angular distance. An output member of the screw gear interacts with the clamping levers (16) such that, when the clamping device (1) is in the clamping position, the clamping levers (16) bear on the base of the grooves (11n) of the grooved shaft (11) and on the inner wall of the winding core (21), forming a clamping force.
