YARN CARRIER DEVICE WITH YARN TENSION CONTROL FUNCTION FOR FLAT KNITTING MACHINE, AND YARN TENSION CONTROL METHOD
A yarn tension control method includes a bobbin ascending or descending on sliding rails on a yarn carrier module. When the pattern is designed, the ascending or descending speed, time and distance of the fixing frame is calculated directly according to a yarn carrier stop, the quantity of redundant yarn and the speed of the carriage. When the carriage contacts a yarn carrier, a contact sensor feeds a signal back to the carriage, a signal emitter emits an instruction, and when a signal receiver receives the instruction, the fixing frame is controlled to ascend along the sliding rails. When the carriage drives the yarn carrier to enter a knitting area, needles are elected by a needle selection electromagnetic valve, knitting motion information is fed back to the carriage, the signal emitter emits an instruction, and when the signal receiver receives the instruction, the fixing frame is controlled to descend.
Method and device for monitoring a texturing process
A method for monitoring a texturing process for producing crimped threads is presented, in which a thread tension is measured continuously on the textured thread and in which the thread tension measuring signals are captured and analyzed continuously, at least in one time interval, characterized in that a sequence of the thread tension measuring signals occurring in the time interval is analyzed with a machine learning program for the early diagnosis of one of a plurality of fault sources.
METHOD FOR OPERATING A TEXTILE MACHINE PRODUCING CROSS-WOUND PACKAGES, AND A TEXTILE MACHINE PRODUCING CROSS-WOUND PACKAGES
A method for operating a textile machine producing cross-wound packages has a multiplicity of autonomous work stations that each have a spinning apparatus and a winding apparatus and are equipped with a suction nozzle, connected to the vacuum network of the textile machine, for receiving a thread from the surface of a cross-wound package, and also a storage nozzle, likewise connected to the vacuum network, for temporarily storing excess thread length, and which is operated at least by one service unit that exchanges full cross-wound packages for empty tubes as required. The invention provides for the actuation of a cross-wound package/empty tube exchange by one of the service units to be prevented during the operations of restarting of the work stations, thereby ensuring that, during the restarting of the autonomous work stations, the maximum number of work stations always starts up again at the same time.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR KNOTTING A STRING END
The present invention relates to a device for knotting a thread end so that a loop is formed. The device 1 comprises a knotter assembly 3 for knotting two thread sections of the thread end, as well as a driver 5 for feeding the thread sections to the knotter assembly 3. It further comprises an orbital path 4 along which the driver and the knotter assembly 3 are guided. The orbital path has a knotting region and a turnover region and is designed to guide the driver at different speeds in the knotting region and turnover region. The present invention further relates to a method for knotting a thread end, and to a device for producing tampons having a proximal retrieval thread.
AUTOMATED YARN PACKAGE HANDLING SYSTEM AND METHOD
An apparatus and method of automatically moving yarn packages between yarn processing stations in a textile environment that includes the steps of providing a yarn package elevator, transporting a yarn package on the yarn package elevator from a textile machine position to a common transfer location, and holding the package in a stationary position on an elevator tray. A label is applied to a surface of the package and the elevator tray and package is moved to a knot-tying location, the package is removed from the elevator tray to a knotting head apparatus at the knot-tying location and a knot is tied in a package yarn tail of the package to secure the package tail from unraveling in subsequent package handling steps. Correct application of the knot to the yarn tail is either validated, or in the alternative, if the knot is not validated, the package is forwarded to a location for manual reworking to apply a correct knot to the yarn tail.
Method and device for texturing a synthetic thread
Techniques involve texturing a synthetic thread. The thread is pulled off a feed bobbin, which is connected via the thread end thereof to a beginning of a thread of a reserve bobbin by way of a thread knot. In order to monitor the texturing, a thread tension of the thread is measured and analyzed in a measuring point. Additionally, measuring signals of the thread tension are analyzed at the measuring point using a machine learning program, in order to identify the thread knot. To this end, a device has a diagnostic unit, which interacts with the thread tension measuring device in such a way that the measuring signals of the thread tension can be analyzed by way of a machine learning program for identifying a thread knot.
Filament winding apparatus
In a filament winding apparatus, a supplying device supplies fiber bundles to a surface of a core material. A moving part is movable relative to the core material, and rotatable around a rotational axis extending in a vertical direction. A small diameter aligning guide part is placed at the moving part and has an opening portion through which the core material can pass. The small diameter aligning guide part guides fiber bundles to an outer peripheral surface of the core material such that the fiber bundles are arranged side by side in a circumferential direction of the core material. The tightening fiber bobbin supporting part is placed at the moving part and rotates around a center of the opening portion. A winding guide rotates with the tightening fiber bobbin supporting part and guides a tightening fiber bundle drawn from a tightening fiber bobbin toward the surface of the core material.
