Rope guide apparatus
A rope guide apparatus to assist with mooring a vessel comprises an elongate pole and a length of rope. The length of rope is slidably retained by the elongate pole at a first point of retention adjacent a first end of the pole. The rope extends from the first point of retention towards a second end of the pole where it is slidably retained by the pole at a second point of retention adjacent the second end. The rope extends from the second end of the pole back towards the first end and is slidably retained at a third point of retention, with the rope extending freely from the pole. This apparatus allows easier one-person mooring of a vessel by looping the rope over a bollard and avoids the need for the individual to lean out of a vessel when attempting to moor at a distance.
PET TRACTION DEVICE
A kind of pet traction device, which relates to the field of traction devices. This includes: the first upper casing; the first lower casing integrally processed with the first upper casing; the second upper casing; the second lower casing integrally processed with the second upper casing; the first upper casing and the second upper casing are relatively fixed, and the first lower casing and the second lower casing are relatively fixed; button component and rotary fixing component mounted inside the first lower casing and the second lower casing; a traction leash entry and exit mechanism mounted on the sides of the first lower casing and the second lower casing. This provides a kind of pet traction device, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of damage, minimize the probability of leash breakage, improve the using quality of the user, and increase the service life of products.
Coiled tubing and slickline unit
A coiled tubing unit includes a coiled tubing assembly and a slickline assembly sharing an axis of rotation with the coiled tubing assembly. A shaft of the coiled tubing assembly is received by bearings on a slickline drum of the slickline assembly and extends through an interior of the slickline drum. A swivel joint connection is rotatably affixed on an end of the shaft as it exits the interior of the slickline drum, thus allowing for introduction of fluid or cabling into the shaft and into the coiled tubing. The coiled tubing drum and slickline drum can rotate independently and are powered independently of each other. The coiled tubing and slickline assemblies are preferably affixed to a removable module, the removable module being positioned on a skid having a power unit and appropriate controls.
Dual Retractable Badge and Key Holder Apparatus
A dual retractable badge and key holder apparatus for conveniently securing keys and a badge includes a spool housing having an outer wall, an inner wall, and a sidewall. A median wall is coupled to the sidewall and lies parallel with the outer wall and the inner wall to define an outer cavity and an inner cavity. An axle is coupled to the spool housing. A pair of retractors comprises an outer retractor and an inner retractor coupled to the axle within the outer cavity and the inner cavity, respectively. Each retractor comprises a spool having a spring and a cord wound around the spool. A key ring is coupled to the inner retractor and is configured to secure a plurality of keys. A badge clip is coupled to the outer retractor and configured to secure a badge. A clamp is coupled to the axle adjacent the inner wall.
Crossbow with built in cranking mechanism
A crossbow with a built in cranking mechanism preferably includes a crank shaft, a one way bearing, a clutch, a reel shaft, a driven gear and at least one reel. The clutch preferably includes a clutch housing, a clutch pack and a pressure washer installed in a frame or stock of the crossbow. The clutch housing includes a clutch pack housing and a drive gear. The one way bearing and the clutch are retained on the crank shaft. A hand knob is threaded on to the crank shaft to exert pressure on the clutch pack. The driven gear is pressed on to the reel shaft. The at least one reel is retained on at least one end of the reel shaft. The hand knob is tightened against the clutch pack to frictionally engage the crank shaft with the drive gear. The drive gear rotates the at least one reel.
Length control system and method
A retractable leash device (e.g., for pets, children, or the like) having a length control system for limiting the extendable length of a main line is provided. The device includes a cover plate mounted on a wind-up spool and having at least one ridged channel that interacts with a length control switch during line extension to control the extendable length of the main line while simultaneously maintaining the retractability of the main line.
Sequetial coiling of a rope by segments
A method for sequentially coiling a rope by segments, comprising the steps of attaching a first grab in a rope to the lower rim of a cylindrical mandrel; rotating the mandrel about a vertical axis and forming a plurality of coils including a last coil on the mandrel; stopping a rotation of the mandrel; releasing the first grab and the plurality of coils from the mandrel into a basket rotating under the mandrel. While releasing the first grab, holding a second or subsequent grab along a tail end of the last coil on the mandrel, and repeating the above steps of attaching; rotating; forming; stopping; releasing; holding and repeating, with the second or subsequent grab, until an entire length of the rope has been coiled in the basket. In another aspect, a step of working the rope is carried out between the step of stopping and the step of releasing.
Spring Casing and Starter Device with a Spring Casing
A spring casing of a starter device of an internal combustion engine has a base body provided with a spring receptacle. A cover plate is provided to cover at least partially the spring receptacle. A connecting device is provided that connects the cover plate and the base body to each other. The connecting device secures the cover plate against a movement relative to the base body in a direction of a center axis of the spring casing. The connecting device only has a first part that is a component of the base body and a second part that is a component of the cover plate and has no further parts. A starter device with such a spring casing is provided.
Retractable leash with integrated locking system
A retractable leash with integrated locking system includes a main body having a plurality of sides that define an interior space. An elongated leash cord extends through an aperture in the main body and is connected to a retractable mechanism that is positioned within the main body. A locking handle assembly is connected to the main body and transitions between an open position and a closed position. The handle assembly includes a fixed section and a movable section that is hingedly secured to the main body. An electronic lock is positioned within the handle assembly and is selectively activated by a biometric sensor. A location module is positioned within the main body, and a light and charging port are positioned along the main body.
Locking mechanism for pet retractor
A pet retractor includes a housing having an anchor, a rotary member rotatably engaged in the housing for engaging with a pet leash, a follower pivotally attached to the housing for engaging with the rotary member, a lever pivotally attached to the housing and having a knob engageable into and out of the housing, the lever includes a guide member engaged with the follower for pivoting the follower relative to the housing when the lever is pivoted relative to the housing and for actuating the hook of the follower to engage with and to be disengaged from the rotary member selectively, and a switch member is slidably engaged with the lever and engageable with the anchor for locking the lever and the follower and the switch member to the housing.
