Elevator arrangement
The object of the invention is an elevator arrangement, which comprises at least an elevator car configured to move up and down in an elevator hoistway and at least two compensating weights, which are for their part connected to support the elevator car by the aid of their own support means, such as by the aid of ropes or belts and also e.g. diverting pulleys, and a hoisting machine provided with at least one traction sheave or corresponding, and at least one traction means such as a rope or belt, which is configured to transmit the rotational movement of the traction sheave into movement of the elevator car and of the compensating weights. Each compensating weight is connected by the aid of a traction means to the same hoisting machine.
ELEVATOR SYSTEM
An elevator system is provided including a hoistway having a plurality of landings including a top landing and a bottom landing. An elevator car including a car floor and a car roof is configured to move within the hoistway between the plurality of landings. A counterweight is configured to move within the hoistway. At least one tension member couples the elevator car and the counterweight. A support member is mounted within the hoistway. The support member includes a deflector sheave configured to receive the at least one tension member and prevent direct contact between the tension member and the support member. A machine assembly is mounted to the support member. When the elevator car is parked at a desired landing, the machine assembly is accessible from an interior of the elevator car.
MACHINE BASE ATTACHMENT DEVICE FOR ELEVATOR HOISTING MACHINE
A machine base attachment device for an elevator hoisting machine includes a reinforcing body attached to a forming rail that guides movement of an elevating body, and a machine base fixing member that is fixed to a machine base for supporting a hoisting machine, and attached to the forming rail. The forming rail includes a pair of flange portions and a rail projecting portion fixed between the pair of flange portions. A groove portion that opens between the pair of flange portions is formed in the rail projecting portion. The reinforcing body includes an insertion portion that is inserted into the groove portion. The machine base fixing member is attached to a part of the rail projecting portion in which the insertion portion is inserted.
MACHINE ROOM-LESS ELEVATOR
A machine room-less elevator includes a car (5) configured to ascend and descend in a hoistway of an architectural structure, a counter weight (14) configured to ascend and descend reversely to the car, a rope (7) configured to suspend the car and the counter weight, and a hoisting machine (6) configured to drive the rope. A support beam assembly, which is configured to bear not a load of the architectural structure but at least loads of the car, the counter weight, the rope, and the hoisting machine, is supported on a top-story floor beam assembly (4) of the architectural structure.
Elevator apparatus
In an elevator apparatus, a hoisting machine includes a driving sheave, and a motor portion that rotates the driving sheave, and is disposed in an upper portion inside a hoistway. A suspending unit is wound sequentially around a first car suspending sheave, a second car suspending sheave, the driving sheave, and a counterweight suspending sheave. The second car suspending sheave, the driving sheave, and the counterweight suspending sheave are disposed on a first side of a car guide rail center line that connects first and second car guide rails when viewed from directly above. A portion of the motor portion is disposed between a back surface of the second car guide rail and a hoistway wall. The driving sheave is disposed so as to overlap with the second car guide rail when viewed from a landing side.
Elevator traction machine installation apparatus and elevator traction machine installation method
An elevator traction machine installation apparatus includes a lifting mechanism having a base portion and a load-bearing portion adapted to place an elevator traction machine, the base and load-bearing portions are connected and can rise and lower relative to each other in a longitudinal direction of an elevator hoistway; and a support mechanism configured to be detachably connected with the lifting mechanism and a base for installation of a machine-room-less elevator traction machine in the elevator hoistway to support the lifting mechanism and the elevator traction machine, and having at least two positions at which the base portion is secured, a first position is lower than a second position in the longitudinal direction, and the load-bearing portion is lifted relative to the base portion after the base portion is secured at the first position, and continues to be lifted relative to the base portion.
Drive system for an elevator installation, elevator installation, and method for installing a drive on a support element of an elevator installation
A drive system for an elevator installation includes a drive and a drive suspension for fastening the drive to a support element of the elevator installation. The drive suspension has a rotary joint for tiltably mounting the drive on the support element and an adjustment device for setting a tilt of the drive about the rotary joint.
Suspension arrangement and guide shoe arrangement for an elevator
A suspension arrangement and guide shoe arrangement of an elevator, which arrangement comprises at least an elevator car and at least two compensating weights, which are for their part connected to support the elevator car by the aid of at least two suspension members, such as by the aid of ropes or belts, and also by the aid of diverting pulleys, and a hoisting machine provided with at least one traction sheave or corresponding, as well as at least two traction members, such as belts, ropes or chains, separate from the suspension members, which traction members are configured to transmit the rotational movement of the traction sheave into movement of the elevator car and of the compensating weights. There are at least four guide rails of the elevator car and they are fitted into an elevator hoistway symmetrically to each other in relation to the elevator car.
Apparatus for elevator drive assembly
An apparatus (10) for connecting a drive assembly (4) to a bedplate (2) of an elevator system. The apparatus (10) includes a first support (14) for mounting a motor (6) of the drive assembly (4) to the bedplate (2). The apparatus (10) further includes a second support (16) for mounting a brake unit (8) of the drive assembly (4) to the bedplate (2). The first support (14) and the second support (16) are separate parts.
ELEVATOR DEVICE
An elevator device includes a car, a hoisting machine, and a control panel that controls operation. The control panel has a regenerative resistance panel part, a main circuit panel part, a power receiving panel part, a signal panel part, and a battery panel part. The main circuit panel part and the power receiving panel part are arranged in parallel in a horizontal direction. The regenerative resistance panel part, the main circuit panel part and power receiving panel part, the signal panel part, and the battery panel part are arranged in an order of, from top to bottom, the regenerative resistance panel part, the main circuit panel part and power receiving panel part, the signal panel part, and the battery panel part.
