MACHINE ASSEMBLY AND ELEVATOR
20180339883 · 2018-11-29 ·

The present invention provides a tractor assembly and an elevator. The tractor assembly includes: a rack; multiple tractors; and multiple traction parts connected to an elevator car and an elevator counterweight respectively via the tractors; wherein the multiple tractors are mounted on the rack respectively, and are staggered along a horizontal direction; the vertical direction extends along an elevator hoistway, and the horizontal direction transects the elevator hoistway to extend. With such arrangement, on the one hand, arrangement of two tractors is implemented without making too many changes to an existing structure space; on the other hand, compared with a unit that uses a heavy load tractor, the product cost can be reduced significantly while achieving basically the same technical effect. In addition, the use of two tractors of a relatively small size also implements machine room-free or small machine room arrangement.

FLEXIBLE MACHINE FRAME

A flexible elevator machine frame is provided. The flexible elevator machine frame includes a first end supportive of a motor, a second end supportive of a brake, a central portion and an adapter assembly. The central portion is interposable between the first and second ends and is configured to accommodate a base traction assembly between the motor and the brake. The central portion includes first and second end sides which are associated with the first and second ends, respectively, and which are configured to be fastened together. The adapter assembly is configured to be fastened between the first and second end sides to accommodate the base and an additional traction assembly between the motor and the brake.

ELEVATOR

The elevator comprises a car moving upwards and downwards in an elevator shaft by a lifting machinery comprising a drive unit, an electric motor having an axis of rotation forming an axial direction (X-X), and a drive pulley, the drive unit being connected to an electrical power source and providing a controllable source of power to the electric motor, and transmission means passing over the drive pulley and being connected to the car. The drive unit comprises a first end surface and the electric motor comprises a first end surface, the drive unit being attached to the electric motor so that a predetermined axial distance (X1) remains between the first end surface of the drive unit and the first end surface of the electric motor, said first end surfaces being opposite to each other.

TENSIONING ARRANGEMENT FOR AN ELEVATOR

The invention relates to a tension arrangement for an elevator, which elevator comprises at least an elevator car arranged to run in an elevator shaft along guide rails, a counterweight or balance weight connected to the elevator car with a traction member from below and suspension ropes from above, and a hoisting machinery equipped with a drive wheel and an elevator motor in the lower part of the elevator shaft. The drive wheel and elevator motor are supported by a lever mechanism which is arranged to allow the drive wheel and elevator motor to move up and down.

MACHINE MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR ELEVATOR SYSTEM
20180327229 · 2018-11-15 ·

A machine assembly for use in an elevator system includes a support structure having a first end connected to an adjacent support member and a second end supported by at least one car guide rail. The support structure is arranged generally perpendicular to the support member and is configured to receive at least one component of the elevator system.

ELEVATOR ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD

The invention relates to a construction time elevator arrangement comprising a hoistway; a protection deck mounted within the hoistway for protecting the portion of the hoistway below it from falling objects; the protection deck comprising a roof member extending diagonally across the hoistway and covering the hoistway such that it blocks objects and/or water from falling into the hoistway below it; and a cross member extending in horizontal direction across the hoistway below the roof member. The cross member is pivotally connected with the roof member, the protection deck being collapsible into a transport state by pivoting the cross member and the roof member towards each other. The invention relates to a method implementing the construction time elevator arrangement.

Construction arrangement of an elevator and method

The invention relates to a construction arrangement of an elevator, comprising a hoistway in a building, the hoistway comprising a hoistway opening, the opening delimited by lower and upper edge structures; a load in the hoistway lower than said opening; a hoisting arrangement for hoisting said load, said hoisting arrangement comprising a support structure higher than said load; a hoisting device; and flexible tension member connected to said load; the flexible tension member being movable with said hoisting device to hoist the load by a hoisting force. Said support structure comprises an anchoring beam structure comprising a lower end engaging the lower edge structure, and an upper end engaging the upper edge structure; and a support beam structure connected to the anchoring beam structure, protruding from the anchoring beam structure into the hoistway; said flexible tension member hanging in the hoistway supported by the support beam structure.
