CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LOCATION OF A ROBOT PASSENGER WHEN WAITING FOR AN ELEVATOR
A control system and method for elevator-waiting position of a robotic passenger. A control system for elevator-waiting position of a robotic passenger includes: a detection device configured to detect whether a first-choice elevator-waiting position has been occupied; and a position allocation unit configured to if the first-choice elevator-waiting position is not occupied, determine the first-choice elevator-waiting position as a target elevator-waiting position; and if the first-choice elevator-waiting position has been occupied, determine a candidate elevator-waiting position as the target elevator-waiting position or issue a prompt.
ELEVATOR CALLING COORDINATION FOR ROBOTS AND INDIVIDUALS
A method of controlling a first elevator system comprising a first elevator car is including: receiving a first elevator call from a first robot for the first elevator system to transport the first robot from a first elevator bank on a landing to a destination landing; and adjusting operation of at least one of the first robot and the first elevator system.
CONTROL FOR INTERACTIVE SAFETY BETWEEN ELEVATOR SYSTEM AND MACHINE PASSENGER
An interaction safety control between an elevator system and a machine passenger. An interaction safety control method between an elevator system and a machine passenger, which includes: receiving a command from the machine passenger; based on a received command, determining the safety of the command with respect to the elevator system; and in case that the command is determined to be unsafe with respect to the elevator system, not sending the command to an elevator control device of the elevator system.
ROBOT CONCIERGE
A method of assisting an individual using a robot concierge system including: determining that the individual is in need of assistance using a sensor system of a robot assigned to the conveyance system; and assisting the individual through the robot.
Passenger transport system
A passenger transport system includes a plurality of passenger transporters controlled by a transport system control, and further comprises at least one parameter memory configured to store at least one parameter or parameter set for the function of at least one transport system component, which transport system comprises a first wireless interface. The first interface may input data regarding at least one stored parameter or parameter set for the function of the related transport system component(s). The passenger transport system comprises mobile devices carried by users, which mobile devices may communicate wirelessly with the first interface, which communication is based on a short range transmission. The mobile devices may be prompted by the first interface to transmit data regarding the parameter or parameter set of the correlated transport system component. A passenger system interaction with a user to individual user requirements may be customized.
STAIR LIFT AND METHOD OF OPERATING A STAIR LIFT
A stair lift includes a movable user carrier, an authentication device comprising a signal receiver and at least two signal emitters, wherein each emitter is assigned to a different user of the stairlift, operation adjustment means, for generating a behavioral profile of the stair lift, and a control unit for controlling the stairlift. A method of operating a stair lift includes authenticating one of at least two signal emitters assigned to a first user, and adjusting the behavioral profile of the stair lift according to a stored operation profile associated with the authenticated signal emitter.
PASSENGER INTERFACE FOR SHUTTLE ELEVATOR SYSTEM
A shuttle elevator loading system includes a plurality of shuttle elevators configured to service a building lobby. At least one sensor is configured to detect at least one passenger and at least one display unit is located at a display zone of the lobby. An elevator system controller is in signal communication with the at least one sensor and the at least one display unit. The elevator system controller determines a number of allocated passengers corresponding to each shuttle elevator and generates assignment information that directs a non-allocated passenger to an available shuttle elevator.
ELEVATOR SYSTEM
A method of controlling operation of an elevator system (2), the elevator system (2) including a hoistway (4) extending between a plurality of landings (8) situated on different floors (9), and at least one elevator car (6) configured for moving along the hoistway (4) between the plurality of landings (8). The method includes receiving a control input indicating a passenger transport request, wherein the control input comprises at least one passenger transport request parameter; monitoring passengers (30) within or outside the elevator car (6) and determining at least one passenger parameter associated with the passengers (30); comparing the at least one passenger transport request parameter with the at least one passenger parameter; and controlling further operation of the elevator system (2) based on the result of said comparison.
METHOD FOR INTELLIGENT CONTROL OF AN ELEVATOR AND DEVICE USING THE SAME
A method for intelligent control of an elevator to give priority to a floor containing the total highest priority of passengers acquires first images taken by first cameras, identifies targets in the first images, and determines priority levels of the targets. In response to receiving a plurality of first service signals from a number of floors in a building, the method controls a driving unit to drive an elevator to move to service the passengers as targets with a highest total priority level according to individual priority levels of the targets within a group of passengers waiting on each floor of the building.
