HANDLING SYSTEM COMPRISING TUBE LIFTER AND MANIPULATOR WITH GEARBOX
The invention relates to a handling system comprising a tube lifter with a lifting tube which has a tube interior, and with an end effector, which is mounted on the lifting tube so as to be rotatable about an end effector axis of rotation, a manipulator for displacing the end effector, a coupling device for coupling the tube lifter to the manipulator, wherein the coupling device has a first tube lifter coupling portion and a second manipulator coupling portion, wherein the first and second coupling portions can be connected to one another by means of a connecting device, wherein the manipulator has a driven rotary element which is rotatable about a manipulator axis of rotation, wherein the coupling device comprises a gearbox which is designed to translate a rotary movement of the rotary element about the manipulator axis of rotation into a rotary movement of the end effector about the end effector axis of rotation in the connected state of the first and second coupling portions.
HANDLING SYSTEM COMPRISING TUBE LIFTER AND MANIPULATOR WITH CONTROL LEVER
The invention relates to a handling system comprising a tube lifter, having a lifting tube, an end effector and a valve device, a manipulator, and a coupling device for coupling the tube lifter to the manipulator, wherein the coupling device has a first coupling portion on the tube lifter side and a second coupling portion on the manipulator side, wherein the first coupling portion is mounted on the lifting tube so as to be axially displaceable along a control axis, wherein the first coupling portion interacts with the valve device in such a way that the valve device can be actuated by displacing the first coupling portion along the control axis.
Multi-port vacuum lifting attachment with remote controlling release
A multi-port vacuum lifting attachment, with remote controlled release, including a dual port vacuum lifting attachment for use in the concrete and steel industries, the attachment includes flexible seals for each of its suction ports, that creates a tight vacuum seal on smooth steal, and also upon roughened surfaces such as concrete, allowing for the suction attachment of the device to these panels, to attain their lifting, transporting, and releasing, with the aid of the remote controlled release mechanism.
END EFFECTOR DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR SUCTION-BASED GRASPING OF BAGGED OBJECTS
An end effector device and system for suction-based grasping of bagged objects that can include a body structure with a vacuum line opening and an object engagement region, the vacuum line opening being configured to couple at least one pressure line of a vacuum pressure system to a defined internal channel of the body structure; the body structure comprising an internal structure that defines a concave inner chamber with a chamber opening at the object engagement region; and the internal structure comprising an array of inlets positioned along at least one wall of the concave inner chamber, wherein each inlet defines an opening in the body to the defined internal channel. The body structure may additionally include a suction cup system that comprises a flexible sealing lip at the object engagement region; wherein the chamber opening being positioned within a grasping region of the sealing lip.
SUCTION CUP COMPRISING A LIP HAVING IN A RIM PORTION A POLYMERIC MATERIAL OF REDUCED HARDNESS
Described is a suction cup for automated gripping operations, such as for lifting of objects, is disclosed, wherein a rim portion of a lip of the suction cup is made of a first polymeric material having a first lower hardness as compared to a second hardness of a second polymeric material of an inner, central portion of the lip. The first and second polymeric materials of the lip of the suction cup disclosed are bonded to each other with an overlap. The bonding can be accomplished by injection moulding of the suction cup.
Systems, methods and devices for processing and handling plasterboard
