The motorized wheel includes a boss configured to engage the end of the axle when the motorized wheel is mounted on the axle, an electric motor, a tire mounted on the rotor, and a plug positioned within the boss, the plug configured to engage with the socket when the motorized wheel is mounted on the axle. The electric motor includes a stator fixed to the boss and a rotor surrounding the stator, the rotor configured to rotate relative to the stator. The electric motor is configured to cause the rotor to rotate relative to the stator to cause the tire to rotate.
ELECTRICALLY POWERED RIDE-ON VEHICLE WITH INTUITIVE CONTROL
In an aspect, a powered vehicle is provided, and includes a body to support a rider. At least one wheel is rotatably coupled to the body to enable travel of the body over a travel surface. At least one motor is coupled to at least one of the at least one wheel to drive rotation thereof. A power source is coupled to the at least one motor to power the at least one motor. A remote sensor unit is wearable by the rider and configured to detect at least one of an orientation, a position, and movement of the rider and transmit sensor data generated therefrom. A motor control unit is coupled to the at least one motor and is configured to receive the sensor data and control the operation of the at least one motor based at least in part on the sensor data.
Skateboard
Skateboard having a board with a first platform and a second platform, fastenings fixed to the board, wheels rotatably mounted in the fastenings in order to move the board, a first frame-fixed to the first platform and a second frame fixed to the second platform, and connection means rotatably connecting the first frame to the second frame in such manner that the skateboard can be in an open position, in which the first platform and the second platform are aligned and coplanar, and in a closed position, in which the first platform and the second platform are parallel and disposed on different planes.
PORTABLE GYROSCOPIC DEVICE FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF OBJECTS OR INDIVIDUALS AND SET OF PORTABLE GYROSCOPIC DEVICE AND ACCESSORIES FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF OBJECTS OR INDIVIDUALS COMPRISING IT
The present invention provides a portable gyroscopic device for the transportation of objects or individuals which comprises: a portable receptacle (A) which comprises: a frame (1) on which an axis (3) of a gyroscopic element comprising one or more masses or flywheel units (2) is mounted; at least one electric motor (8) which actuates at least one mass or flywheel unit of said gyroscopic element mentioned, a source of electric power (5); and electronic control means (6) to operate: said electric motor.
Besides, the invention provides a set of portable gyroscopic device and accessories for the transportation of objects or individuals which comprises the portable gyroscopic device according to claims 1 to 1 and a transportation platform (11) which comprises elements for the transportation of said platform which are selected between mechanical bearings, drones, an air cushion and an electromagnetic field.
ELECTRICAL ASSISTANCE FOR A ROLLER SKATING DEVICE
A wheeled sliding device with electric assistance (400), comprising at least two wheels (104), which also comprises: a means (13, 14) for measuring a value of a physical quantity representative of a movement of the wheeled device; a means (15) for detecting a propulsion event, as a function of a value of a physical quantity representative of the movement measured, this event corresponding to a foot propulsion action of the device by a user; and a motor (105) configured to drive in rotation at least one said wheel during a predefined period of time referred to as pulse duration after a foot propulsion event has been detected.
TECHNOLOGIES FOR TRANSPORTATION
A platform that does not have any trucks coupled thereto and configured for a rider to ride thereon; a mount coupled to the platform, wherein the mount is configured to freely rotate 360 degrees about a first axis relative to the platform; a motor coupled to the mount and configured to operate at a rotational speed; a roller coupled to the motor such that the motor can drive the roller about a second axis distinct from the first axis relative to the platform; a power source coupled to the platform and powering the motor; a controller powered by the power source; and an IMU coupled to the platform or the mount and powered by the power source, wherein the IMU obtains a reading while the roller is rolling as the rider rides on the platform and sends the reading to the controller such that the controller adjusts the rotational speed.
Powered foot-deck-based vehicle with intuitive control
In an aspect, a powered foot-deck-based vehicle is provided, and includes a foot-deck to support a rider. At least one wheel is rotatably coupled to the foot-deck to enable travel of the foot-deck over a travel surface.
