Spreader for lifting intermodal container

A spreader for lifting an intermodal transport container includes a main beam extending in a longitudinal direction, the main beam formed of a first, upper C-beam of a relatively thicker material thickness and a second, lower C-beam of a relatively thinner material thickness; and an indicator configured to provide an indication if a distance in a transversal direction between a pair of twist-locks is set in a wide-body position when lowered onto respective lifting castings provided with top openings separated by a transversal distance corresponding to a standard position.

Hose guiding device for a crane tool
20190193997 · 2019-06-27 ·

The invention concerns an arrangement for the guidance of flexible lines that run from a crane arm (3) through its end section (2) to a tool (4), that is suspended at the crane arm through a link arrangement (5) and a frame that is a component of a rotator (6) for rotation around a vertical first axis (A) and in a cardan manner around second (B) and third (C) horizontal axes,

For the discrete and protected passage of hoses, it comprises a first holder (35) in an opening (3A) of the end section (2), a second holder (38) in a central region of the rotator (6), a first hose package (1A-1D) that extends between the said first (35) and second holders (38), a penetration (26) in a central region of the rotator (6) and permitting hydraulic fluid to pass through the rotator (6) and onwards to a lower part (18) of the same at least one of the said second (B) and third (C) horizontal axes comprises an open joint.

Crane with saw attachment mechanism

A crawler type crane having a base carrier unit having a control unit associated therewith and an upper portion assembly having a boom portion coupled at end to the base carrier unit and to a jib portion at an opposed end. The boom portion includes one or more selected boom sections that are articulatable relative to each other. The crane also includes a multi-function attachment unit that is coupled to the jib portion and has a grappling unit for grasping a work piece and a saw attachment unit for cutting the workpiece. The crane can also include a first fluid regulating device coupled to the jib portion for regulating a fluid to the jib portion and to the multi-function attachment unit and a second fluid regulating device coupled to the boom portion for regulating a fluid to the winch element and to the multi-function attachment unit.

Hoisting device

A hoisting device includes a trolley travelling along a support structure, and a hoisting member to be lowered and lifted therefrom by means of hoisting ropes, as well as a current supply cable between the trolley and the hoisting member, wherein the structure of the current supply cable is made to assume a spiral shape such that in an uplifted position it forms an at least substantially flat-spiral structure wherein turns of the spiral structure lie in turns of increasing diameter.
