Installation and support method including a tower crane for supporting a high-voltage line electric cable
A support installation includes support members for supporting an electric cable, a tower crane, a mast and a jib linked to an upper portion of the mast. The jib and the mast respectively extend according to a jib direction and a substantially vertical mast direction. The support members are secured to the jib and disposed at a plurality of locations distant according to the jib direction. The support members extend transversally to the jib direction to protrude laterally from the jib. The jib is cantilevered when the support installation is in the service configuration.
Modular, adaptable and foldable apparatus for a climbing crane
Crane-support apparatus for mounting a tower crane onto a side of a high-rise building under construction, enabling ascending of the tower crane according to the upwards progression of the building construction, including a chassis configured to support a climbing frame of the tower crane mast, and at least one reinforcement element. A distal end of the chassis is hingedly attached to the distal end of the reinforcement element. In a deployed, support mode, the chassis is aligned in a horizontal position, and the reinforcement element is aligned in a slanted position. In a folded, mobilization mode, the chassis and the reinforcement element are configured to be pulled by at least one lifting cable at the distal end of the chassis and the reinforcement element with the chassis and the reinforcement element hingedly folded and aligned in vertical positions. A method for using the apparatus in both modes is also provided.
Rescue device for containers of damaged container ships
The invention relates to a rescue device for a container (7) having container corners (9) loaded onto a damaged ship (110), comprising a crane (50) arranged on a carrier (20, 21, 22), wherein the crane (50) has a front support arm (51), over which a load cable is guided, whose section leading away from the support arm (51) is connected to a container (7) to be unloaded, and the length of which can be changed. The invention is characterized in that the carrier (20, 21, 22) has at least one locking mechanism (204, 205) located opposite the crane (50), by means of which the carrier (20, 21, 22) is temporarily fastened in a releasable manner at the container corners (9) of at least one of the containers (7) fastened on the deck (1) of the damaged ship (110).

Crane and cable drum unit for same
A crane (2), more particularly a mobile fast-erecting crane, having at least one supply connection to which a supply line (16), more particularly a power cable, can be connected, wherein the supply line can be wound on a cable drum (15), which can be mounted on a drum mount (10) on the crane, with the cable drum being mounted to rotate on a drum support frame (18), which has running gear (18) for moving the cable drum over the ground and which has releasable mounting means, shaped to match the drum mount of the crane, for separably mounting the drum support frame on the drum mount of the crane. The invention further relates to a cable drum unit for winding a supply line (16) of a crane (2).
CRANE HAVING A COLLAPSIBLE JIB
The invention relates to a crane comprising a tower and a jib, wherein the jib rests on the tower and is fixed on the tower when the crane is in an inoperative position.

Apparatus and method for lifting and sliding a structure attached to the wall
An apparatus for lifting and sliding a structure to be attached to a wall of a building, including a lifting platform extending outwardly from the building, and a synchronous lifting and sliding system which is arranged on the lifting platform. The lifting platform has two platform beams extending outwardly from the building, and a lifting beam placed on the platform beams. The synchronous lifting and sliding system has a hydraulic lifter arranged on the lifting beam, a hydraulic jack connected to the lifting beam, and a controller. A connecting rod is connected to one end of the hydraulic jack, and several installing holes are arranged at regular intervals on the connecting rod. The distance between the adjacent installing holes of the connecting rod matches a stroke of the hydraulic jack. An installing ear-plate is provided on the platform beam to connect with the connecting rod.
Prefabricated reusable concrete pedestal element
Disclosed is a base assembly for supporting a crane pedestal. The base assembly comprises four base units, each having a first end and a second end, and each base unit being of an L-shape with an outside beveled corner. Fastening devices connect each base unit at their first and second end to respective first and second ends of another of the four base units. The four base units are dimensioned so that, when connected by said fastening devices, they form an octagonal-shaped base structure. The four base units are also dimensioned to support four pads that each rest on a face of each unit adjacent to its beveled corner when the four base units are assembled in the octagonal-shaped base structure. Also disclosed is a method for assembling a base assembly for supporting a crane pedestal and a fastening device for connecting the ends of two units together.
