Working machine

A base assembly for a working machine. The base assembly comprising a ground engaging structure, an undercarriage connected to the ground engaging structure, and a connector for connecting the undercarriage to a superstructure that mounts a working arm. A drive arrangement is provided for moving the ground engaging structure to propel, in use, the base assembly and a connected superstructure. The drive arrangement includes a prime mover and a transmission and the drive arrangement is housed within the undercarriage. An electronic control unit (ECU) is provided for controlling the drive arrangement and/or the ground engaging structure.

Fifth wheel hitch hoist

Mounted support arms affixed to a fifth wheel pinbox and formed to receive booms provide a sturdy framework for a winch mounting plate. The winch actuates a hitch-hoisting cable which may be attached to a truck hitch to lift it from the bed of a truck and then lower it to a storage location. The hitch hoist may have two mounting arms, two booms, and a winch on a plate with width variability built into the bolting slot patterns. The booms extend from the mounting arms near the winch plate to form an obtuse angle between the booms and the arms. From the horizon, the angle may be viewed to be that of approximately forty-five degrees (45°). An axle is affixed near the end of the booms and holds a cable wheel which guides a cable and hook to raise and lower the hitch with the winch.

Crawler crane and method for fine-tuning a basic operating position of such a crawler

A level-controllable crawler crane includes two crawler supports with rotating crawlers, which crawler supports are connected by a transversal bridge. A superstructure of the crawler crane includes a crane jib pivotable about a vertical axis and connected to the transversal bridge. A pivotable articulation connects the transversal bridge to the crane superstructure. At least one of the crawler supports is connected to the transversal bridge by a double link having a lower and an upper link. The lower link is articulated on the crawler support by a crawler support lower pivotable axis and on the transversal bridge by a transversal bridge lower pivotable axis. The upper link is articulated on the crawler support by a crawler support upper pivotable axis and on the transversal bridge by a transversal bridge upper pivotable axis. A drive pivots the links about the pivotable axis associated therewith.
