MAIN HOIST SYSTEM OF ROTARY DRILLING RIG, AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR
A main winch system of a rotary drilling rig includes a main action loop, a pilot control loop, and a feedback control loop. The main action loop includes an engine, a hydraulic pump, a main control valve, a balance valve, a main winch motor, and an oil tank. The pilot control loop includes a pilot handle, a solenoid valve I, a pressure relay, and the main control valve in the main action loop. The feedback control loop includes a solenoid valve II and the hydraulic pump and the main control valve in the main action loop. In response to a lifting action of the pilot handle for the main winch, under the control of a button, the solenoid valve II is energized continuously, and the solenoid valve I is energized and de-energized according to a given rule.

System for controlling the operation of a hydraulic winch
A system for controlling a winch assembly having a hydraulic motor, a drum, a cable, and a cable tension sensor. A controller is configured to access a winch load threshold defining a hold zone and a reel zone, and one of the hold zone and the reel zone including loads greater than the winch load threshold and another of the hold zone and the reel zone including loads less than the winch load threshold. The controller is further configured to determine whether the winch assembly is operating within the hold zone or the reel zone, and generate a zero flow command while the winch assembly is operating within the hold zone to prevent rotation of the hydraulic winch motor, and generate a pressure differential command while the rotatable winch drum is operating within the reel zone to permit rotation of the hydraulic winch motor.

LINE PULLING SYSTEMS AND DEVICES
The disclosed technology includes a line pulling system having a chassis configured to support a line pulling drum. The line pulling drum can receive a line and a motor can be configured to rotate the line pulling drum in a first direction to cause the line to wind around the line pulling drum and in a second direction to facilitate removal of the line from the line pulling drum. The line pulling system can include a driven element, a driving element, and a coupling ring that can be configured to transition between an engaged position and a disengaged position. When in the engaged position, the coupling ring can couple the driving element to the driven element to cause a torque applied by the motor to be transferred to the line pulling drum. When in the disengaged position, the coupling ring can uncouple the driving element from the driven element.

Crane winch device and crane
There is provided a crane winch device allowing a suspended load to freely fall due to a load thereof. The crane winch device includes a winch drum around which a rope for suspending the suspended load is wound, braking brake unit that brakes the winch drum, speed-increasing unit that performs speed-increasing assist of the winch drum in a direction of free fall acceleration when a braking force of the brake unit is smaller than a first threshold, and an adjustment unit that adjusts the first threshold.

Drilling machine for foundation piles comprising an electric energy recovery winch
A self-propelling drilling machine includes: an undercarriage. a rotary tower, a mast, a kelly bar supported by the mast, a drilling tool fixed at one end of the kelly bar, and a winch associated with the kelly bar to move the kelly bar upwards or downwards. An electric rotary machine is configured to operate as an electric motor suitable for rotating the winch and as an electric generator during the lowering of the kelly bar that causes a rotation of the winch. The machine includes a power supply unit operatively connected to the electric rotary machine.
Winch assembly for assisting the movement of a tracked vehicle and control method thereof
A winch assembly comprising a support structure, a drum revolving about an axis; a cable wound around the drum; an actuator assembly coupled to the drum to wind or unwind the cable and configured to receive a first control signal, indicative of a desired pressure of a pump of the actuator assembly, and/or a second control signal, indicative of a desired displacement of the pump; and a winch control device coupled to the actuator assembly to control the winding and unwinding of the cable and configured to determine the first control signal and/or the second control signal according to a measured speed of travel signal indicating the measured speed of travel of the tracked vehicle, a measured pulling force signal indicating the pulling force measured on the winch assembly, and one or more signals selected from the following group of signals: cable speed signal, wound cable length signal, desired pulling force signal set manually by an operator, signal from the measured angle of the arm of the winch assembly with respect to a direction of travel, and measured pressure signal indicative of a pressure measured in a high pressure branch of the hydraulic circuit of the actuator assembly.
