Cable drive unit
This invention relates to a cable drive unit (1) for use with a free stall cleaning system (101). The cable drive unit (1) includes a base frame (3), a support frame (5) being displaceable with respect to the base frame (3) via a corresponding displacement assembly (7), and a drum (9) pivotably mountable about the support frame (5) and displaceable therewith for receiving a cable (11) to be wound about said drum (9). Also described is a kit for assembling a cable drive unit (1) and a free stall cleaning system (101). The invention further includes a method of winding a cable (11) of a free stall cleaning system (101) about a drum (9) via the present cable drive unit (1).
Aircraft mounted hoist system having a multi-stranded wire rope cable
A hoist system includes a wire rope cable having a first end and a second end. The wire rope cable further including multiple strands twisted into a helical shape. The hoist system further including a lifting mechanism configured to attach to the first end of the wire rope cable. The lifting mechanism including at least one of a rotating drum and a set of frictional rollers. The hoist system further including a motor configured to rotate the lifting mechanism; and a housing configured to house the lifting mechanism, the motor, and at least part of the wire rope cable.

Multifunctional system for the self-recovery of wheeled vehicles
A multi-functional system for the self-recovery of a wheeled vehicle. The system includes: a dished adaptor plate permanently fixed to a driven wheel of a vehicle by capturing beneath the wheel retaining bolts or nuts; a drum plate driven in rotation directly by the adaptor plate or indirectly via a driven plate driven in rotation by the adaptor plate and by a torque-transmitting appliance situated between the driven plate and the drum plate; complementary attachment elements provided on the drum plate and the drum permitting the rapid attachment of the drum to the drum plate; a tow cable fixed to and wound around the drum and led off to a secure anchor point such that subsequent driving of the wheel in the appropriate rotational sense applying tension to the tow cable, thereby assisting in recovery of the vehicle.

Motor vehicle door lock
A vehicle door adjustment unit for a motor vehicle sliding door, having a deflection device for deflecting a rope for automatically opening and/or closing the motor vehicle sliding door. The vehicle door adjustment unit comprises the rope and a first deflection roller and a second deflection roller, in particular having a U-shaped or V-shaped rope receiving profile, wherein a first deflection axis of the first deflection roller and a second deflection axis of the second deflection roller are substantially oriented perpendicular to one another.

Crane
A crane includes a crane body, a boom, a hoisting winch, and a rope holding device pressing a rope wound around a drum of the hoisting winch against the drum. The rope holding device includes an oscillating arm whose proximal end is attached to a base of the hoisting winch using a support shaft and distal end oscillates in a direction close to or away from the drum, and a rope presser which is attached to a distal end of the oscillating arm, extends in an axial direction of the drum between a pair of flanges, and abuts against the rope wound around the drum. A weight member, which biases a distal end side of the oscillating arm in a direction close to the drum by the gravity with the support shaft as a fulcrum, is provided at the proximal end of the oscillating arm.
Hoisting accessories for wind turbines, kits and methods
The disclosure relates to hoisting accessories for wind turbines. The hoisting accessory is configured to be rotatably attached to the rotor hub and is further configured to assume a hoisting configuration and a passive configuration, wherein in the hoisting configuration, a wind turbine blade can be hoisted and mounted substantially vertically to the rotor hub, and wherein in the passive configuration, the rotor hub carrying one or more wind turbine blades can be rotated. The present disclosure also relates to kits including such hoisting accessories and methods of hoisting wind turbine blades.
