WINDING MACHINE AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING DRIVING OF WINDING MACHINE
A winding machine wherein a motor control means is able to control driving of a drive motor in a balancer mode, and the balancer mode includes a first balancer mode in which driving of the drive motor is controlled based on a first torque command value with an assist torque that assists the operating force added thereto, and a second balancer mode in which driving of the drive motor is controlled based on a second torque command value that does not assist the operating force, and a lifting/lowering position range is set to a first position range where control is performed in the first balancer mode regardless of the direction of the operating force being in either the winding up or winding down direction, and a second position range where control is performed to select whether control is performed in the first balancer mode or in the second balancer mode.
HOIST
A hoist comprising: an upper hook; a support shaft that includes a hook-side large-diameter portion inserted through an insertion hole of the hook at a center portion, end large-diameter portions at both ends, an intermediate portion between the hook-side large-diameter portion and the end large-diameter portion, and a strain deformation portion that is provided at the intermediate portion; a main frame that includes a pair of support holes and is suspended and supported by the upper hook via the support shaft with the end large-diameter portion on one side inserted in the one support hole and the end large-diameter portion on the other side inserted in the other support hole; and a load measurement means that is attached to the strain deformation portion and measures a shear load acting on the strain deformation portion, wherein at least a portion of the intermediate portion is inserted in the support hole.
ELECTRIC CHAIN BLOCK
An electric chain block comprising: a main body part; a bucket-mounting bracket including a bucket-mounting part to which a chain bucket for housing a load chain is mounted, wherein: the main body part is provided with a side surface chain entry/exit port, and a shaft recessed part in which a shaft hole for inserting a linking shaft for mounting the upper hook to the main body part opens, and which is recessed from the side surface; the bucket-mounting bracket is provided with a fixing flange part, and a bucket-mounting part which projects to an opposite side to the fixing flange part: and the shaft recessed part is provided with a mounting seat which the fixing flange part is brought into contact with in a direction crossing a first wall surface in which the shaft hole opens and fixed to by a fixer (e.g., a fixing means).

Enhanced Lift Assist Device
An Enhanced Lift Assist Device is described. The device allows a user to lift and manipulate large, heavy or bulky items by applying force to the item as opposed to traditional control methods such as buttons. This force based system provides ease of movement of the item, making it appear much lighter than it actually is. The Enhanced Lift Assist Device also includes an adjustable base that allows for change of orientation of the device that may include leveling or self-leveling functionality, allowing the device to be operated in non-traditional environments that require leveling or operational adjustments for proper functioning.

RACK SYSTEM FOR HOUSING AT LEAST ONE IMMERSION CASE
A rack system which includes a rack frame and at least one reservoir for housing at least one rack-mounted immersion case is disclosed. The rack frame is configured to slidably accommodate racking and de-racking operations of the at least one rack-mounted immersion case. The at least one collapsible reservoir, which is configured to store a fluid therein, is fluidly connected to the at least one rack-mounted immersion case, has a first portion fixedly connected to the at least one rack-mounted immersion case, and a second portion fixedly connected to the rack frame. The at least one collapsible reservoir is configured to respectively collapse and expand along a racked space and a de-racked space, the racked and de-racked spaces being defined between a backplane of the at least one rack-mounted immersion case and a backplane of the rack frame, the de-racked space being larger than the racked space.
ELECTRIC CHAIN BLOCK
A chain inlet/outlet, from which a load chain on a load side is hauled in or paid out, has a first guide groove having a first longitudinal groove and a first lateral groove. The chain inlet/outlet also has a second guide groove that is provided on a deeper side of a body part than the first guide groove is and has a second longitudinal groove and a second lateral groove. The first guide groove has narrowed parts that determine, when each link of the load chain is pulled in, into which of the first longitudinal groove and the first lateral groove the link is introduced, and expanded groove parts having a width larger than the groove width of the narrowed parts and provided on the outer side, farther away from the center of the chain inlet/outlet than the narrowed parts.
