Portable lifting apparatus
A portable lifting apparatus is provided. The apparatus has a modular frame comprising a first frame member and a second frame member, which in combination support a load-bearing beam having a lifting device secured thereto above a lifting surface. The first frame member, the second frame member, and the lifting device are each removably secured to the beam such that the apparatus may be disassembled into constituent components for transport or storage. Each frame member may be configured to disassemble into constituent components comprising a base and two or more support rails. The apparatus may further comprise a counterbalance. The counterbalance may serve to balance load distribution when the apparatus in use and act as a storage receptacle for the first and second frame members, the beam, and the lifting device when the apparatus is disassembled.
Systems for controlling a vehicle lift to prevent operation without proper storage of supplemental supports
A system for controlling a vehicle lift that operates to linearly displace a vehicle with respect to a floor. The system includes a supplemental support configured to be positioned between the vehicle and the floor when the vehicle is in a raised position, a support receiver configured to receive the supplemental support, a sensor configured to detect a presence or absence of the support within the support receiver, and an electronic control unit including a processor and a memory unit that is coupled to the processor. The electronic control unit configured to determine whether the supplemental support is positioned within the support receiver based on an output of the sensor, and in response to determining that the supplemental support is not positioned within the support receiver, prevent the vehicle lift from operating to linearly displace the vehicle with respect to the floor.
Pneumatic wheel lift synchronization
A self-synchronizing wheel lift system configured to lift a vehicle using compressed air. The lift system comprises a plurality of pneumatic wheel lifts and a lift control system. The lift control system is configured to automatically synchronize the heights of the wheel lifts during vehicle lifting without causing any of the wheel lifts to completely stop during vehicle lifting.

Lifting Platform for Motor Vehicles
An exemplary lifting platform for motor vehicles has four supporting arms that are pivotally mounted on a lifting device, especially on two lateral lifting columns, and the free ends of which are movable under support points of a motor vehicle being raised. The supporting arms form a first pair and a second pair of supporting arms. At least the supporting arms of the first pair of supporting arms are adjustable in length and are implemented in the form of rigid supporting arms, which are pivotable solely about their articulation points on the lifting device. The supporting arms of the second pair of supporting arms are in the form of double-jointed arms having an additional articulated joint and, in the retracted state, are typically at least twice as long as the supporting arms of the first pair of supporting arms.
Vehicle with a low gravity center and aerial work platform
The present invention relates to the field of engineering mechanics and more particularly, relates to an engineering work vehicle, and most particularly, relates to a vehicle with a low gravity center and aerial work platform. The vehicle includes a vehicle frame, a power system, a fuel tank, and a hydraulic tank all of which are mounted at a side of the frame. Correspondingly, the embodiment of the invention also provides an aerial work platform which provides better off-road performance and grade-ability, can work in complicated environment, and owns a longer horizontal reach and larger working range. Moreover, maintenance and repair cost is decreased, lifetime is extended, integrity is higher and appearance looks better.

An improved method for the set-up and control of a lift system
Method and related system to set-up and control a system for lifting loads, preferably motor vehicles, includes causing the user to be positioned at each column to be registered as belonging to the system and to provide an activation command in the user interface of each column to register it as belonging to the lifting system, the user interface providing no information to the user about the position of that column in relation to the other columns and to the load. The user then moves each registered column to any of the operating positions for lifting the load; by acting on the user interface of one of the registered columns, assigns to that column the role of command column; and commands, by acting on the user interface of the command column, the simultaneous lifting/lowering of at least one or all the columns of the lifting system.
Portable Auto Rack
A portable auto lift includes a plurality of vehicle engaging arms configured to selectively engage and support a vehicle, a frame coupled to and supporting the plurality of vehicle engaging arms a moveable carriage coupled to and supporting the frame and the plurality of vehicle engaging arms; a vertical support post configured to receive the movable carriage that supports frame and the vehicle engaging arms, the vertical support post further including a vertically adjustable portion for selectively vertically adjusting the height of the vertical support post; and a hydraulic system for selectively moving the moveable carriage along a length of the vertical post, including selectively moving the carriage along a length of the vertically adjustable portion. The vertically adjustable portion maybe pivoted, removable, or telescoping.
Pallet shelfing apparatus
A pallet shelfing apparatus for shelf racking of a pallet in a shelf structure, configured to operate in loading, unloading, and hibernate/transport modes. A transporter thereof transports and positions the platform. On a platform configured for loading and unloading the pallet from a selected shelf of the shelf structure, at least one deployable pallet carrying structure is mounted and configured for carrying, reaching and engaging the pallet. At least one deployable anchor, for temporarily stabilizing the pallet shelfing apparatus against at least one hold is deployed in the loading or unloading mode, to engage the at least one hold for stabilizing, and features the at least one hold located off ground, off ceiling, or inside the volume confined by the convex hull of the shelf structure. This volume may be disposed between the platform and at least one of the at least one hold, while in the loading or unloading mode, at least before changing mode into the hibernate/transport mode. The at least one deployable anchor is configured to change the elevation of the at least one deployable pallet carrying structure, after the carrying structure initially engages the pallet.
