Magnetic screwdriver device

A magnetic screwdriver device includes a pad without magnetism, a driving shaft, and a driven shaft. The two shafts, magnetically attracted to each other, are disposed on opposite sides of the pad. The driving shaft is used to transmit a torque to rotate the driven shaft. When the torque exceeds a predetermined value to overcome a friction force between the driven shaft and the pad, the driven shaft would be stopped.

A cap attachment-detachment device includes an operation portion that moves in an up-and-down direction, and grips and rotates a cap so as to attach the cap to or attach the cap from a container. The operation portion includes a first grip claw, a second grip claw and the pressing member. The first grip claw and the second grip claw are provided to be opposite to each other and configured to be capable of applying an obliquely upward force inwardly to an upper portion of a side surface of the cap. The pressing member is configured to be capable of coming into contact with an upper surface of the cap.

Rotary-type capping machine
11059710 · 2021-07-13 · ·

A rotary capping machine for containers with screw caps includes a central and fixedly mounted support around which a rotary carrier having capping arrangements can be driven to rotate rotation by a first motor. The capping arrangements have capping tools that can be lifted and lowered and that can be rotated by a second motor. Each has, on its underside, a capping head for receiving screw caps. The support central includes a bottom support, the top end of which is connected to a middle support that forms a bearing section and that has a rotary bearing. The middle support releasably connects to a top support, which releasably connects to a head plate. The drive gear's rotation axis and that of the first motor are parallel to the machine axis. The drive gear meshes with a crown gear formed on the rotary carrier. The second motor's drive gear is parallel to the machine axis and meshes with a crown gear formed on the control element.

Gripper for a bottle capping machine

A gripper for capping machines intended for screwing a cap onto a container adapted to being capped, in particular has a threaded neck for being capped. The gripper has a body capable of revolving on the axis of rotation, and at least two levers adapted to taking at least two different positions. The first position in which it is possible to insert a cap between the gripper levers and the second position in which the cap is locked between the gripper levers at least rotationally. At least one moving guiding shackle hinge-is mounted to the body and at least one lever which is slidingly mounted to the gripper body by means of a guide enabling movement of the lever in a horizontal direction, perpendicular to the axis of the gripper, and the end of the guiding shackle is slidingly and rotatably mounted to the at least one lever.

ROBOTIC END EFFECTOR FOR GRIPPING AND TIGHTENING CONTAINER CAPS
20210009394 · 2021-01-14 ·

A gripper on an end effector of a robotic arm tightens caps onto a containers. Two or more such grippers cooperate to grip a cap and position it over the container. The cap is threaded to the container by rotating the cap while holding the container. The curved surface on the gripper conforms to and engages the periphery of the cap. The curved surface has plural apertures formed in it. The gripper has plural interior, partial-cylindrical compartments accessible via removable wall of the gripper. A resilient material, such as a fluoropolymer elastomer in the form of a cylinder fits into the compartments and extends partially through the apertures on the curved side to present plural resilient ribs to frictionally hold the cap during threading. When the resilient material is worn, it may be may be quickly replaced by removing the wall.

SPINDLE-SHAFT UNIT FOR A DEVICE FOR THE ROTARY CLOSING OF CONTAINERS WITH A SCREW CLOSURE
20200391988 · 2020-12-17 ·

A spindle-shaft unit for closing a containers with a screw closure includes a spindle that is rotatable and axially movable relative to a housing and a bearing unit arranged between the housing and the spindle. The bearing unit comprises a sliding bearing that interacts with the spindle and a further bearing that interacts with the sliding bearing. The spindle is arranged at the sliding bearing such as to be displaceable and non-rotatable relative to the sliding bearing. The further bearing secures the sliding bearing so as to be rotatable and non-displaceable relative to the housing.

In some embodiments, a sealing and pressure dosing apparatus may be provided. The sealing and pressure dosing apparatus may include a sealing machine having one or more of a driven turret, a sealing head, a pressure sealing member, and a pressure sealing chamber. The sealing and pressure dosing apparatus may also include a pressure dosing system which may be integrated with the sealing machine.

Closure head for closing a container having a container closure
10787353 · 2020-09-29 · ·

A closure head for closing a container with a container closure, for example for closing a container with a screw closure in a beverage filling system is described. The closure head includes a gripping mechanism for gripping the container closure with at least one gripping arm that can be pivoted about a bearing, and a holding jaw disposed on the gripping arm for holding the container closure. The holding jaw is locked on the gripping arm by means of a pre-tensioned pressure pin.

Magnetic screwdriver device

A magnetic screwdriver device includes one pad without magnetism, one driving shaft, and one driven shaft. The two shafts, which have magnetic attraction between each other, are disposed on opposite sides of the pad respectively and attract to each other. The driving shaft is used to transmit torque to actuate the driven shaft rotation. When the torque out of predetermined value overcomes the friction force between the driven shaft and the pad, the driven shaft will be stop.

Ejection head for an ejection device of a sealing machine for sealing a container
10759551 · 2020-09-01 · ·

An ejection head for an ejection device of a sealing machine for sealing a container includes a supporting element with a supporting axis and a sliding end, and a sliding element for sliding the supporting element along a sliding profile of the sealing machine. The sliding element is arranged at the sliding end and a force acting essentially in the direction of the supporting axis is capable of being transmitted via the sliding element to the supporting element. So that the sliding element and the sliding profile are subject to reduced wear, the sliding element is a rotatable rolling element, so that in the operating state the supporting element is capable of being unrolled over the rotatable rolling element along the sliding profile.
