Screw capping devices for a test tube
A screw capping device for a test tube is provided. The device comprises a grasping unit configured to grasp a test tube cap and a rotating unit. The rotating unit includes a clamping assembly and a rotating assembly. The clamping assembly includes a test tube chamber used to accommodate a test tube body. A test tube pad with an inclined plane is disposed at the bottom of the test tube body. The rotating assembly includes a rotating shaft configured to drive the test tube chamber to rotate. The clamping assembly further includes a cage and cylindrical rollers. Gradient cavities are formed between the cage and the test tube chamber. The cylindrical rollers are located in the gradient cavities. The cylindrical rollers abut against and are pressed against the test tube body from a state where there is a gap between the test tube body and the cylindrical rollers.
CAPPING CHUCK ASSEMBLY FOR A FILLER, A CAPPER AND A FILLER HAVING A CAPPING CHUCK ASSEMBLY
A capping apparatus includes a capping chuck assembly having (i) one or more peripheral ejector projections to facilitate ejection of an upside down cap and/or (ii) a single collet style cap gripper with an adjustment assembly to facilitate handling of different cap sizes.
CAPPING SYSTEM
The invention relate generally to a tightening mechanism for a bottle filling and capping system, and a bottle neck configuration. More specifically, the invention includes a machine for tightening plastic caps onto the threaded necks of plastic bottles, and bottle neck configuration that facilitates the capping process, both of which result in a simple and effective capping operation. A conveying assembly moves the bottle in a circular path where the neck of the bottle and the cap are brought together by moving the bottle under a cap that is loosely held at a particular elevation and angle by a feeder mechanism. The conveying system constricts the rotational movement of the bottle, and a neck support stabilizes the neck of the bottle vertically, as the cap is pressed onto the neck initially by a roller. A capping station in a bottle filling line is comprised of a spring biased toothed finger that engage the peripheral edge of the caps as the bottles are conveyed through the machine. Depending on various factors such as the number and circumferential length of the threads on the cap and bottle a second roller and second toothed finger will be used to complete the tightening process. When a capped bottle exits the capping station, the cap is fully engaged with the bottle in that it is tightened and in its final position relative to the bottle.
OUTSERT FOR ALUMINUM WINE BOTTLE
An aluminum bottle outsert comprising an inner surface having a constant diameter portion and an outer surface having a threaded portion wherein the inner surface constant diameter portion is axially coextensive with the outer surface threaded portion.
End effector and robot having the same
An end effector configured to open and close a screw-type lid for closing an opening of a container body, is provided, which includes a container gripper configured to grip the container body, a lid gripper configured to grip the lid and be movable on a screw axis of the lid, a rotating part configured to rotate the lid gripper, a guiding part configured to guide the lid gripper being rotated by the rotating part to move on the screw axis, and a detector configured to detect that the lid gripper is moved to one of an opened position and a closed position of the lid. According to this, the end effector capable of appropriately opening and closing the screw-type lid while gripping the container body can be configured.
TEST TUBE CAPPER-DECAPPER FOR STANDARD TEST TUBE RACKS WITH A DISPLACEABLE CAP GRIPPER
The present disclosure relates to a test tube capper-decapper device comprising an arrangement for switching an array of cap grippers comprising at least three cap grippers between a one-dimensional array of cap grippers and a two-dimensional array of cap grippers, an arrangement for being comprised within a test tube capper/decapper device, whereby it is made possible to switch an array of cap grippers comprising at least three cap grippers between a one-dimensional array of cap grippers and a two-dimensional array of cap grippers by action of a switch on the array of cap grippers, whereby the versatility of the test tube capper/decapper device can be increased.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FILLING AND SEALING CONTAINERS
An apparatus (100) for filling and sealing containers comprises a carousel (401) with a plurality of stations (106) revolving about an axis (104), each station (106) comprising a holder (108) adapted to accommodate a container (110), a filling tool (126) for dispensing a fluid product in the container, and a sealing tool (200) for applying a closure (202) to the container (110); at each station (106), the holder (108) is mobile in a radial direction (R) of the carousel between a first, retracted position substantially aligned with the filling tool (126), and a second, extended position substantially aligned with the sealing tool (200).
CLOSURE HEAD FOR CLOSING A CONTAINER HAVING A CONTAINER CLOSURE
A closure head for closing a container with a container closure, for example for closing a container with a screw closure in a beverage filling system is described. The closure head includes a gripping mechanism for gripping the container closure with at least one gripping arm that can be pivoted about a bearing, and a holding jaw disposed on the gripping arm for holding the container closure. The holding jaw is locked on the gripping arm by means of a pre-tensioned pressure pin.
Outsert for aluminum wine bottle
An aluminum bottle outsert includes an annular inner surface configured to be received and supported on an upper neck portion of an aluminum bottle. The outsert also includes an annular outer surface that has a threaded portion adapted to receive a wine bottle screw top capping assembly.
Bottle capping chucks
The capping industry has many variations in each cap that is placed on containers. It is very critical that a capping chuck have the ability to adapt quickly and easily to each and every cap that is available. The present invention uses the flexibility in its construction to grasp all variations to the caps without the need for expensive and time consuming shut downs. The present capping chuck meets these ever expanding changes within the industry.
