LIQUID SALES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
There is provided a liquid sales management system that includes a liquid supply system and a sales information management system in a store, and a management server that performs information communication with the liquid supply system and the sales information management system. The liquid supply system includes a dispensing device that dispenses a liquid to a drinking container, an actual flow rate preparation part that determines an actual measured flow rate of the liquid dispensed into the drinking container from the dispensing device, and a transmission and reception part. The sales information management system is a system that sends sales information to a communication line. The management server includes a consumption analysis part that determines a difference between an apparent liquid amount and the actual measured flow rate, as a non-sale amount of the liquid.
Kit for the In Situ Production of a Fermented Target Beverage by Addition of a Liquid Diluent
The present invention concerns a kit of parts for the in situ production of a fermented target beverage by addition of a liquid diluent (3), said kit of parts comprising: (c) A first chamber (1) containing concentrated beverage extracts, and (d) A second chamber (2), fluidly separated from the first chamber, containing ethanol of at least 80 vol. % purity, Characterized in that, the ethanol of the second chamber contains CO.sub.2 or N.sub.2 at saturation concentration at a temperature of 25 C. and at a pressure of at least 2 bar (=1 bar over atmospheric pressure). The present invention also concerns a dispensing apparatus and a method for the in situ preparation and dispensing of a fermented target beverage, using the foregoing kit of parts.
BEVERAGE CONTAINMENT AND DISPENSING SYSTEM
Apparatus, and methods for constructing and implementing beverage containment and dispensing systems are provided herein. An example apparatus includes a thermally-insulated container, an adjustable pressure regulator positioned within the thermally-insulated container, a stopper component, and one or more tubes connected to the adjustable pressure regulator and to the stopper component. The example apparatus also includes an external housing within which the thermally-insulated container is contained, and a user-controllable faucet component affixed to the external housing and connected to the adjustable pressure regulator through the external housing and thermally-insulated container via at least one conduit.
WINE DISPENSING SYSTEM
A system for dispensing wine at a controlled temperature from a dispensing apparatus. The wine dispensing system includes a tank for holding and storing an intermediate fluid and a multi-tube heat exchanger disposed within the tank. The multi-tube heat exchanger is connected to a source of wine and to the dispensing apparatus. The multi-tube heat exchanger has a Reynolds Number of less than 2500 and a limited volume. An apparatus is provided for constantly monitoring and maintaining the intermediate fluid in the tank at a preselected and generally constant temperature.
Nitrogen generator and uses thereof
A system and method to supply nitrogen gas is provided. Ambient air is compressed and stored in a storage receiver and then nitrogen is separated from the compressed air in a nitrogen membrane separation unit. The separated nitrogen is stored in a nitrogen storage tank under pressure and released through a pressure control valve. The system is confined to a small footprint and is useful as a nitrogen source where conventional compressed nitrogen tanks are a safety or space issue. Systems to prepare nitrogen infused beverages are also provided.
Tank-in-tank container fill level indicator
A tank-in-tank fill level indicator, making use of noninvasive tank-in-tank measuring techniques. A vibration device, such as an exciter or resonator, vibrates the outer tank at its natural frequency of vibration, thereby inducing the vibration of the inner tank and a beating effect as a result of the interaction of the vibrations of the two tanks. A vibration detection device, such as an accelerometer, detects the resultant beating effect of the two tanks' induced vibrations. A data processing device, such as a microcontroller, processes the detection data to obtain the liquid volume. A display, wired or wireless data transmission device, or combination thereof, is then used to provide tank or container fill-level information.
Container fill level indication system using a machine learning algorithm
A liquid container refill management system including a machine learning algorithm and method of training the same, the system and method making use of noninvasive tank-in-tank measuring techniques. The system can comprise of a container fill level indicator. The container fill level indicator can be capable of detecting a vibration response signal on the outer surface of a container, wherein the system is capable of transmitting the response signal to a remote data processor for processing using a trained machine learning algorithm. The trained machine learning algorithm can be trained by the process of selecting model inputs and outputs to define an internal structure of the machine learning algorithm, applying a collection of input and output data samples to train the machine learning algorithm, and verifying the accuracy of the machine learning algorithm by applying input data samples and comparing received output values with expected output values.
HYDROGEN BASED COMPOSITIONS
An antioxidant composition and a container containing such a composition, which may confer a health benefit or an aesthetic benefit to a human. The composition includes a substantially aqueous solvent, the solvent having dissolved therein carbon dioxide gas and hydrogen gas. The composition may take the form of a medicament, a beverage, an infusion, or a topical.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR BEVERAGE PRESERVATION
A receptacle for storing, pressurizing, and dispensing packaged beverages. The receptacle includes an airtight chamber with a removable lid, wherein the joint between the lid and the chamber is also airtight. A gas valve allows for the inflow and outflow of gas, and a tap port and tap stem allow the beverage to be dispensed without breaking the seal of the chamber. A pressure relief valve allows for more rapid depressurization. The chamber can be used at high and low pressures, such as a partial vacuum, to prevent oxidation of a number of open beverages, such as beers, wines, and sodas. A pressure gauge port coupled with an optional pressure gauge allows a user to verify the appropriate pressure for the type of beverage being preserved. The gas valve may be disposed on a base of the receptacle, as may the pressure relief and/or the pressure gauge port.
Tap system
The invention relates to a tap system comprising a container (3), in which at least one filler line (14) for introducing a carbonated beverage leads to at least one drinking vessel (7) arranged inside the container, wherein a regulated positive pressure is generated inside the container (3) during the filling of the at least one drinking vessel (7). The pressure filling of the container (3) allows the atmospheric surroundings of the drinking vessel (7) to be placed under pressure instead of placing the drinking vessel (7) itself under pressure.
