Fluid handling containers, systems, and related methods
An apparatus (10) receives an at least partially flexible vessel (14) adapted for receiving a fluid. The apparatus (10) may include an overpack (12) and a partition (16) removably positioned in an interior of the overpack (12). The partition (16) may extend generally transverse to a sidewall (12b) and generally aligned with a floor (12c) of the overpack (12) to form a compartment for receiving the vessel (14). The partition (16) may also form part of a carrier (17) for the vessel (14). A filling station for filling containers (10) is also disclosed, as are related methods.
Fluid management controller
A fluid management controller includes a processor, a wireless interface, and a memory. The wireless interface is configured to communicate between the processor and one or more fluid management components. The processor is configured to authorize control of the one or more fluid management components over the wireless interface. The memory is encoded with instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to provide dispense authorizations to the one or more fluid management components and record fluid dispense information from the one or more fluid management components in the memory.

Fuel dispenser communication
Various systems, devices, and methods are provided for facilitating communication between a forecourt controller and a fuel dispenser. In certain aspects, a fuel controller translator is provided for translating commands transmitted between the forecourt controller and the fuel dispenser. For example, where the forecourt controller transmits commands that are compatible with the payment terminal, but not with the fuel controller, the fuel controller translator can translate the commands received from the forecourt controller into a format compatible with the fuel controller. Conversely, the fuel controller translator can translate commands received from the fuel controller into a format that is compatible with the forecourt controller.

METHODS AND SYSTEM FOR FILLING A SUPPRESSANT CONTAINER
Systems and methods for filling and pressurizing a container with liquid suppressant and nitrogen gas. A pressurized receiving container of nitrogen gas is provided at a predetermined gas pressure and liquid suppressant is added to the pressurized receiving container. The predetermined gas pressure provides a sufficient amount of nitrogen to saturate the added liquid suppressant and provide an operative head space pressure within the receiving container without the need for mechanized mixing.
