A method of playing a game between two or more players. The game comprises game-tokens, and playable-tokens comprising a plurality of action-tokens. The action tokens comprise a sequence of first action-tokens, and a sequence of second action-tokens wherein each second action-token corresponds to the identifier of a respective one of the first action tokens. The method comprises: providing one of the game-tokens to each player of the game; dealing a respective plurality of playable-tokens to each player; and playing in turn, by each player, a playable-token of the player's respective plurality of playable tokens if permitted by rules. According to the rules: a first action-token is playable against one of the game-tokens if the action-token is first in the sequence of first action-tokens, a subsequent action-token is playable against one of the game-tokens if the subsequent action-token follows or corresponds to a previous action-token most recently-played against the one of the game-tokens, at least one action-token played against one of the game-tokens is disregarded when the subsequent action-token played at least by the player of that one game token corresponds to the previous action-token. A player loses or is at risk of losing their game-token if the subsequent action-token is last in the sequence of first action-tokens, and a player is out of the game if the player loses their game-token.

A card sensor of the shoe generates rank data indicating an identified rank of each card drawn from the shoe. Each player position is marked with a unique identifier matching a rank of a subset of the cards. The game controller receives the rank data for a set of four drawn cards from the shoe and, in response to determining that at least two of the four drawn cards have a rank that is equal to the unique identifier of one player position and that a secondary wager has been registered for that unique identifier, provides a visual indication of a payout to a player at the player position.

A special deck may be a deck that includes cards configured to provide an advantage to the player (e.g., in a blackjack game, restricted deck may only include high value cards if being used for a player hand or only low value cards if being used for a dealer hand).

The unitarily formed expandable spinal implant includes an upper portion, a lower portion, a proximal wall, a first distal wall portion, a second distal wall portion, and a separator connected by at least one point of attachment to the spinal implant. A separation tool breaks the separator free from the at least one point of attachment, and moves the separator within the implant to force expansion thereof from the unexpanded configuration to the expanded configuration.

The method and system accesses a marketplace database using the card name data and electronically retrieves card purchase data therefrom, the card purchase data relating to a commercial transaction for a collectible card referenced by the card name data. Therein, the method and system generates an electronic offer display indicating the collectible card and the card purchase data and transmits the offer to a viewer application associated with a streaming application for displaying the electronic offer display in conjunction with the video stream.

A sensor for detecting the opening/closing of the lid is provided under the lid to detect the opening/closing of the lid, thereby detecting replacement of the shuffled playing card set. A control unit further includes a function of storing security items in connection with a shuffled card ID.

A gaming system for card games is provided. The gaming system includes a plurality of gaming cards and a processor. Each of the gaming cards has a recognition code. The processor is configured to: generate a correspondence between the recognition codes of the gaming cards and a plurality of card faces; obtain an image of the gaming card placed in a recognition area captured by an image capturing device; recognize the recognition code in the image to generate game data according to a recognition result and the correspondence; and generate a game screen to be displayed by a display according to the game data.
