Dice Tipping Game and Method
A dice tipping game and method utilizes a set of dice comprising a group of pictorial icons. The server rolls the dice and the dice faces are tallied. This tally represents the percentage gratuity to be paid to the server based on the value of the meal or service. One of the pictorial images has a value of zero, another one of the images has a value equating to an additional percentage added to the tally, and a third image represents an opportunity to roll the dice again for a more favorable tally. One or more optional die with faces representing cash values may be added to the set of dice to provide an additional tip amount to the server above and beyond the total percentage rolled.
Vaporizer device
A vaporization device that includes an entertainment mode or modes including one or more game modes. The vaporization device may enhance the user experience. The entertainment mode may be engaged by a sequence of predetermined manipulations of the vaporization device. The entertainment mode may include one or more interactive games using the device, and/or one or more display modes. The interactive games may include a pattern-following game, a memory game, a triggered output game, or a chance game. The entertainment mode may also include games that may be played by one or more persons. The entertainment mode may modify the operation (e.g., heater control, appearance, user interface, etc.) of the device while still permitting the vaporization of vaporizable material.

A stacking cup is provided including a side wall having a rim on a first end thereof defining an upper opening; a bottom portion defined on a second end of the side wall such that the sidewall and the bottom portion define a vessel having the upper opening; at least one engaging element defined on the bottom portion the engaging element being configured to engage a portion of a rim of another cup such that the other cup is securely held by the engaging element.

Implementations of edible structures may include: at least four walls, each wall having an inner side and an outer side, at least one flexible interior wall support coupled to the inner sides of the at least four walls where the width of the at least one flexible interior wall support is less than the height of any of the at least four walls, a roof having two or more roof sections, wherein the roof is configured to rest on the at least four walls, each roof section having an inner side and an outer side, and at least one flexible interior roof support coupled to the inner sides of the two or more roof sections, wherein the at least one flexible interior roof support is not directly connected to the at least one flexible interior wall support.
CONTAINER UTILIZING ANGLE ELEMENTS
A container, including a number of angle elements. Each angle element includes a) a horizontal puzzle member including a male knob at one end and a female lock at the other end; and, b) a vertical member including a vertically extending male adjunct at one end thereof and a vertically extending female adjunct at the other end thereof, the vertical member being integrally orthogonally connected to the horizontal puzzle member. The angle elements are configurable, i.e. can be assembled, to form a container by: engagement of the male knobs of the plurality of angle elements with female locks of adjacent angle elements; and, engagement of the vertically extending male adjuncts of the angle elements with female adjuncts of adjacent angle elements. The container may include corner angle elements and additional types of angle elements such as intermediate angle elements, curved angle applications, L-shaped angle elements, etc.
Smoking implement container and spinner combination assembly
A smoking implement container and spinner combination assembly includes a housing having a bottom wall and a perimeter wall. The housing has a top side having a first opening and a second opening extending therethrough. A first compartment is positioned in the housing and has an interior is aligned with the first opening. A second compartment is positioned in the housing and has an interior aligned with the second opening. The first and second openings are closable. A disc is rotatably mounted on the housing. The disc has an outer surface having indicia thereon dividing the outer surface into a plurality of sections. Each of the sections has an action indicia thereon. A pointer is mounted on the housing and extends over the outer surface to indicate one of the sections after rotation of the disc terminates.
Lockbox puzzle game
A lockbox game is presented herein. The game includes a locked container with one or more prizes therein. The locked container, with the cover locked, is provided to a participant along with a series of puzzles. The participant is required to solve the puzzles in order to collectively reveal a lock code that can be used to open the locked container and retrieve the one or more prizes therein. The game can be presented in a number of different versions, including a stationary or tabletop version and a travel version. A mobile application may be used to display puzzles, convert puzzle solutions to portions of the lock code, or reveal locations to which the participant must travel during the game.
Portable indoor-outdoor board game
The invention comprises a game with a playing surface containing cups for receiving balls thrown by a player. In the skill portion of the game, a player scores points by accurately throwing the balls into the cups. If the player misses any of the cups, in a chance portion of the game, the playing surface is sloped to direct the ball to fall into compartments which provide additional benefits or to incur penalties. When playing the game with the baseball theme, a player may score runs by successfully throwing the ball into cups on the playing surface positioned at the first base, second base, third base, or home plate positions. Runners advancing past home plate score runs. Outs may be recorded for missing the cups. If the ball misses the cups, but falls into randomized compartments, the player may receive additional benefits or incur additional penalties.
Dynamic memory game
This memory game is made more exciting and challenging by using plurality of matching pairs of cards or 3-D objects inside stack-able boxes with lids. Boxes are arranged in plurality of stacks. Open lids of two boxes to find a match. Except for top box in a stack, to open a box: lift boxes on top of it and place them on top of another stack first. This process relocates boxes dynamically during play. After collecting matching objects from two open boxes: this game provides options to keep none, some, or all empty boxes in play. Empty boxes left in play also get relocated during play adding more challenge.
