A high-pressure filter is provided, which belongs to the field of filter device technologies, and comprises a trough, a filter disc, a power device, a spiral stirring device, and a compressed air storage tank. A sealed housing is disposed outside the trough, and an inner wall of the sealed housing is connected to an outer wall of the trough to form a sealed cavity. The compressed air storage tank is in communication with the sealed cavity, and compressed air is supplied to the sealed cavity to form a high pressure environment in the sealed cavity. Therefore, a pressure difference is formed between the interior and the exterior of the filter disc to improve the filtering efficiency.

A dewatering system for removing solids from an influent includes a filtration assembly and a feed pipe upstream thereof. The dewatering system includes a solids receptacle downstream of the filtration assembly, and an effluent collector adjacent to the filtration assembly and in fluid communication with the filtration assembly. The dewatering system includes a sensor to sense a characteristic of an influent, an effluent and/or a solid. A control system is operatively connected to the sensor to receive a sensor signal therefrom and to generate an adjustment signal based on the sensor signal to improve the efficiency of the dewatering system.

The present technology is directed to fluid filtration systems having enhanced momentum cleaning devices for filter belts and associated systems and methods. In some embodiments, for example, a filtering system includes a fluid channel having a continuous-loop filter belt positioned therein. The filter belt can be configured to trap contaminants while allowing fluid to pass through the filter belt. The system further includes a first cleaning device proximate to the filter belt and a second cleaning device proximate to the filter belt and downstream of the first cleaning device. In particular embodiments the first cleaning device is a scraping blade that presses against the filter belt and the second cleaning device is one of a wave form, vibrational, or mixed-phase stream energy delivery device.

The present invention relates to a scraper device to assist with metering of material that may accumulate between the discs of a disc assembly. The scraper device includes a fixed mounting plate, a fixed retainer plate and a scraper material. The fixed retainer plate includes a shoulder. The scraper material includes an aperture through which the scraper material is removably fastened between the fixed mounting plate and the shoulder of the fixed retainer plate. The scraper device may further include a fastener to removably fasten the scraper material between the fixed mounting plate and the shoulder of the fixed retainer plate.

A rotary vacuum filter for separation of bisphenol A-phenol adduct crystals from a crystallization liquor is provided. The rotary vacuum filter includes a filter drum with a perforated sector on a lateral surface of the filter drum; a non-polymeric filter cloth attached to the filter drum and covering said perforated sector; and a vacuum pump in fluid communication with an interior surface of the perforated sector. Methods and uses of thereof are also provided.
