FILTER DEVICE
A filter device having a filter housing (14), in which a replaceable filter element (18) is accommodated, and having a filter head (26) for securing the filter housing (14) to a third component, such as a tank wall (10) of a storage tank, is characterized in that the filter housing (14) is mounted on the filter head (26) in an articulated manner by means of a bearing (28) providing more than one degree of freedom.
Apparatus and method for filtering cryogenic fluid
An improved filter apparatus for a cryogenic fluid includes a filter and a support. The filter includes a mesh having an internal space and an open end. The support is associated with the mesh for maintaining a volume of the internal space above a predetermined value. In operation cryogenic fluid enters the internal space through the mesh and exits the open end thereof.
Filter device and filtration apparatus
A rod having a substantially-cylindrical shape with both ends being covered is provided to a lid body, which covers an upper end surface of a case having a bottomed substantially-cylindrical shape, the rod protruding in the case. A first hole is formed in a portion of a side surface of the rod, which is exposed to the inside of the case. Further, an air vent pit (passage) is formed in the lid body, and a second hole is formed in a portion of the side surface of the rod, which is exposed to the inside of the air vent pit. A moving member moves along the rod from a first position at which the moving member does not cover the first hole and a second position at which the moving member covers the first hole.
Wastewater treatment system outlet filter cleaner
The present development is a septic tank or wastewater treatment tank outlet filter cleaning device. More specifically, the device is an outlet filter cleaner for a slotted filter used to reduce solid waste transfer into a septic tank effluent. The device comprises a central shaft with at least one cleaning disc, wherein the cleaning disc comprises a body which is mounted on the shaft and wherein a plurality of fingers protrude from the body, preferably in locations substantially identical to the positions of the openings in the wall of the tube.
IMPROVED FILTRATION DESIGN FOR IMMERSION COOLING TANK SYSTEMS
A filtration system for a tank includes a filter housing, at least a portion of which is disposed in a tank and in fluidic communication with a dielectric fluid within the tank; at least one filtration element, disposed within the filter housing; and a fluid pump, at least a portion of which is disposed within the filter housing and immersed in the dielectric fluid, the fluid pump in fluidic communication with the at least one filtration element.
Particle separation system and method
A method including the steps of moving fluid through an inlet into a vessel, the vessel being at atmospheric pressure and having at least one side wall and a bottom wall forming an internal chamber within the vessel. The method further includes moving the fluid into and through a filtration unit utilizing a downstream pump, the filtration unit creating a flux of less than or equal to about 0.05 gallons per minute per square foot (GPM/ft.sup.2), and moving the fluid processed by the filtration unit to an outlet and out of the vessel.
FILTER APPARATUS
A liquid is made to flow into a filter case from a tangential direction at any point on a side surface of the filter case and produces a swirling flow. Bubbles collected in a center of the swirling flow are retained by a retainer plate, thereby removing the bubbles from the liquid. A filter element filters the liquid from which the bubbles were removed.
WATER-SUPPLY DEVICE
The invention is configured for water-supply and comprises the vertically oriented hydraulic accumulator; the inlet and outlet connections; the connected to the hydraulic accumulator filter with the removable cartridge, located in the casing; the hydraulic accumulator is made in the suspended manner and equipped with the commutator with a flange for the attachment to the hydraulic accumulator, located in its lower part; the commutator is made with the channels, connected with the inlet and outlet connections, and with the holes for the controlling and regulating equipment attachment; and the filter casing is installed on the thread at the commutator. The technical effect—the size is reduced and the structure of the device is simplified due to minimizing the number of transition and connecting parts, while simultaneous improving the conditions for the monitor and control of water supply modes from one work place—from the commutator, which is the set of equipment for the device control automation in general.
FILTER MODULE FOR GRAVITY-BASED WATER PURIFICATION DEVICE AND GRAVITY-BASED WATER PURIFICATION DEVICE INCLUDING SAME
A filter module for a gravity-based water purification device is provided. A filter module for a gravity-based water purification device, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a support frame including a loop-shaped edge member, which includes an empty space of which both sides are open, and a dividing member, which is coupled to the edge member so as to enable the empty space to be divided into a plurality of storage spaces; a pair of filtering members which are formed in a plate shape having a predetermined area, and which are coupled to the support frame so as to enable filtered water to be produced from raw water moving from the outside toward the plurality of storage spaces; and water-collecting ports for discharging, to the outside, the filtered water stored in the plurality of storage spaces, wherein the plurality of storage spaces communicate with each other through at least one communication passage formed at the dividing member.
LIQUID FILTER ARRANGEMENT AND METHODS
A filter cartridge can be used in a filter assembly for a system in an in tank filter for a hydraulic return filter. The filter assembly includes a safety construction to ensure that a cover is not place over the bowl of the filter assembly, without a filter cartridge mounted therein. The safety construction includes a lock arrangement on the cover member arrangement, cooperating with a flange on the tank. Methods of servicing use steps to lock and unlock the lock arrangement.
