Cleanable filter
Cleanable filters and methods of cleaning filters are described in the present application. The cleanable air filter includes a housing and a filter element installed in the housing. The filter element is configured to filter an operating fluid in a given application. The filter element is cleanable in-situ in the installed condition in the housing. The cleanable air filter further includes a cleaning fluid applicator configured to apply a cleaning fluid to the filter element while the filter element is in the installed condition in the housing such that the filter element is cleanable without being removed from the filter housing.
Filter device for the filtration of gases contaminated with particles
A filter device is for the filtration of gases contaminated with particles, such as welding gases, in particular produced in manufacturing processes using 3D printers in a production room (52). The filter device has a filter circuit having at least one filter element (55, 56), which filters the particles from the gas. At least a part of those particles get from this filter element (55, 56) into an assignable receptacle (59). The particles within a back-flushing process get into the respective receptacle (59). At least one further filter circuit has at least one further filter element (NF1, NF2 that filters a fluid having the particles obtained at the back-flushing process.
Filter device for the filtration of gases contaminated with particles
A filter device is for the filtration of gases contaminated with particles, such as welding gases, in particular produced in manufacturing processes using 3D printers in a production room (52). The filter device has a filter circuit having at least one filter element (55, 56), which filters the particles from the gas. At least a part of those particles get from this filter element (55, 56) into an assignable receptacle (59). The particles within a back-flushing process get into the respective receptacle (59). At least one further filter circuit has at least one further filter element (NF1, NF2 that filters a fluid having the particles obtained at the back-flushing process.
LAUNDRY DRYER
A laundry dryer according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a drying drum having an opening formed at the front side thereof; a front cabinet erected at the front side of the drying drum, and having an input hole formed at a portion corresponding to the opening; and a filter assembly mounted at the back side of the front cabinet corresponding to the lower side of the input hole, and through which humid air discharged from the drying drum passes, wherein the filter assembly can comprise: a case having an exhaust hole formed at the back side thereof; a blocking filter coupled to the upper side of the case; a lint filter unit penetrating the blocking filter so as to be slidably inserted or withdrawn in a vertical direction; a cleaning nozzle disposed at the front or rear of the lint filter unit; and a filter housing accommodated inside the case and disposed at the lower side of the lint filter unit.
CLEANABLE FILTER
Cleanable filters and methods of cleaning filters are described in the present application. The cleanable air filter includes a housing and a filter element installed in the housing. The filter element is configured to filter an operating fluid in a given application. The filter element is cleanable in-situ in the installed condition in the housing. The cleanable air filter further includes a cleaning fluid applicator configured to apply a cleaning fluid to the filter element while the filter element is in the installed condition in the housing such that the filter element is cleanable without being removed from the filter housing.
FILTER CARTRIDGE COMPRISING A FLOW GUIDING DEVICE PROTRUDING FROM A FILTER ELEMENT, FILTER SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLEANING A FILTER CARTRIDGE
The disclosure relates to a filter cartridge for removing impurities from a stream of raw gas to be filtered, including a cylindrical filter element which is made of a filter material and in which a filter insert is inserted, an interior space being formed between the filter element and the filter insert, the filter material being designed to be cleaned when a stream of compressed air is applied against a flow direction of the stream of raw gas, a cap designed as a flow guiding device being provided for guiding the stream of compressed air, wherein the cap is arranged such that it projects beyond an axial length of the filter element in the axial direction. The disclosure further concerns a filter system for removing impurities from a stream of raw gas to be filtered. In addition, the disclosure relates to a method for cleaning such a filter cartridge.
MEMBRANE METHOD PROCESSING SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR HIGH-CONCENTRATION SALT-CONTAINING ORGANIC WASTE LIQUID INCINERATION EXHAUST GAS
A membrane method processing system and process for a high-concentration salt-containing organic waste liquid incineration exhaust gas is described. The system consists essentially of a waste liquid incinerator (I), a gas-solid separator (II), a heat exchanger (III), an air blower (IV), an anti-caking agent storage tank (V), a membrane method dust cleaner (VI), an induced draft fan (VII), a check valve (VIII), and a desulfurization tower (IX). The present invention introduces the dust collecting membrane into the tail gas treatment system and utilizes the small pore size and high porosity of the dust collecting membrane to prevent inorganic salt particles from entering the internal of the filter material and agglomerating there. When the humidity of the gas entering the dust collector increases during the dust removing process, the anti-caking agent is also introduced into the tail gas treatment system to change the surface structure of the inorganic salt crystal to prevent the crystal from agglomeration.
Air Filter Cleaning Wand
An apparatus and a method are provided for an air filter cleaning wand for flushing contaminants from an intake air filter of an automobile engine. The air filter cleaning wand comprises a proximal flange, a conduit, and a distal end portion. The proximal flange is configured to receive a nozzle of a water hose. An interior of the conduit is in fluid communication with the proximal flange. The distal end portion comprises a plurality of longitudinally aligned vents in fluid communication with the interior of the conduit. Upon passing water through the water hose and into the conduit, pressurized water streams exit the vents along the distal end portion so as to flush contaminants from the air filter. The air filter cleaning wand advantageously is comprised of a material which is sufficiently durable and temperature resistant to retain its configuration during operation when coupled to pressurized water sources.
System and method for filtering a gas-solids mixture
A system for filtering a gas-solids mixture, comprises: a housing; a separating body dividing the housing in a raw gas chamber and a clean gas chamber, the raw gas chamber being accessible via an inlet for the gas-solids mixture and the clean gas chamber comprising an outlet for discharging a cleaned gas; a number of filter elements suspended from the separating body; lower ends of the filter elements being connected to a support grid, the support grid comprising a number of arms; one or more cleaning elements provided on the arms of the support grid for cleaning thereof.
Air filter cleaning wand
An apparatus and a method are provided for an air filter cleaning wand for flushing contaminants from an intake air filter of an automobile engine.
