Removal of urea and ammonia from exhaust gases
The invention relates to a method for recovery of urea dust and ammonia from a gas stream by contacting said gas stream with an aqueous sulphuric acid solution, thus forming an acid solution of ammonium sulphate and urea, characterized in that the acid solution is concentrated to a melt comprising less than 5 wt % of water, which melt is subsequently transferred into solid particles comprising urea and ammonium sulphate.

PROCESS FOR REDUCING FOSSIL CO2 EMISSIONS
A process for operating an oxidizable combustion gas cleaning unit in a metallurgical plant, including the steps of: (a) passing an oxidizable combustion gas from a metallurgical reactor, in particular a blast furnace gas from a blast furnace, in a packed bed scrubber arrangement through a packed bed in countercurrent with a washing water or in a spray scrubber arrangement to remove cyanide compounds, in particular hydrogen cyanide, and to increase the removal of chloride compounds, in particular hydrogen chloride, from the combustion gas by solubilizing the cyanide and chloride compounds in the washing water, (b) collecting the washing water containing solubilized cyanide and chloride compounds at a bottom end of the packed bed or spray scrubber arrangement, and (c) collecting a cleaned oxidizable combustion gas at a top of the packed bed or spray scrubber arrangement, wherein a base is added to the washing water before step (a).

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR UPGRADING BIOGAS
A method for providing renewable natural gas (RNG) includes removing hydrogen sulfide and/or carbon dioxide from biogas to provide partially purified biogas, which may be stored in a mobile storage tank. The partially purified biogas is transported to a biogas upgrading facility, at least partially by truck, rail, or ship. At the biogas upgrading facility, the partially purified biogas is further purified to provide the RNG, which can be injected into a distribution system (e.g., natural gas grid) and/or provided for use in transportation.
Plasma exhaust purification
The invention relates to an improved method and to an improved device for degassing polymer melts and for neutralizing the thus produced pollutants, characterised by the following characteristics: said pollutants are guided to a plasma source after removal from the degassing area and prior to adding to a filter step or a separator, said plasma source being built and/or formed such that in said plasma source, the pollutants are transformed, entirely or partially, in a plasma aggregate state.

Emissions reduction for CO2 capture
Systems and processes for reducing carbon capture emissions are described. The process involves introducing a radical species into a decarbonized combustion gas. The radical species react with residual amines or unwanted compounds in the decarbonized combustion gas, thus reducing the concentration of residual amines or unwanted compounds in the exhaust gas. The system includes a carbon capture absorber with non-thermal plasma generator configured to provide radical species reducing the concentration of residual amines or unwanted compounds in the exhaust combustion gas.
