DUAL GEOMETRY HINGED MAGNETIC PUZZLES
20230356067 · 2023-11-09 · ·

Dual geometry puzzles are formed of a continuous loop of polyhedrons connected by hinges. The polyhedrons include first type polyhedrons having a first geometry and second type polyhedrons having a different second geometry. Each of the polyhedrons includes at least one magnet disposed proximal to at least one face thereof. Eight of the twelve polyhedrons are the first type polyhedron, and four of the twelve polyhedrons are the second type polyhedron. The puzzles may be configurable between a first inverted configuration and a second inverted configuration. A first face of each of the first type polyhedrons may be congruent with a first face and a second face of each of the second type polyhedron.

Electronic Game Table

The electronic game table is a table setup, along with an app, that facilitates the play of role-playing games and other board games by players either in present, or connected remotely. The movements of pieces by players in person are recognized by the table, and the events are sent to the app. On the other side, remote players make changes to the board through the app, which contacts the physical electronic table, and the table automatically moves the corresponding pieces as the app directs. In addition, the table has built-in speakers to give audio output to physically-present players, and a OLED screen embedded in the table top as to give visual response to the users or otherwise simulate the playing board.

CUBICAL 3-D MAGNETIC PUZZLE WITH MOVABLE SECTORS
20220296993 · 2022-09-22 ·

Disclosed herein is the 3-D puzzle implemented as a cube consisting of eight movable sectors configured to move about a central cross-piece created by three axels that are perpendicular to each other. Each movable sector includes three movable elements positioned orthogonally to each other. Each movable element has an outer edge surface attached to a holder. The holders of the three movable elements form a central cross inside the movable sector. The central cross allows the three movable elements to assume positions where the movable element is extracted or retracted relative to the hosting movable sector. Each holder of the movable element has a magnet positioned inside. The central piece of the 3-D cubical puzzle is formed by a central cross made of three orthogonal axes with flat ends configured to fix the movable elements in a static position and to move from one static position into another.

The present disclosure relates to an ensemble comprising four distinct modules and focuses on the illusionist market. It is an illusion machine that creates the illusion of randomness, when it is actually a deterministic event. The first module includes an element that is in fact a set of elements (spheres or the like) and comprises elements printed in 3D, or by another form of production. The second module consists of an element very similar to the first one, with the difference that it comprises a magnetic core (or any material allowing a similar effect). The ensemble also comprises a third module, a ball globe that should not be completely made of ferromagnetic metal. The fourth module is the trap for the elements. In the proposed device, a trap is used, which is also printed as an integer object, without the need for joint welds, with a built-in magnet.

This invention is unique because it appeals to all of the learning types. It is tactile and didactic giving players a social emotion opportunity to interact with one another while learning. We are constantly given new information to learn however the opportunity to practice using or new information is limited to standard forms such as answering questions and writing answers. This approach improves the chance for retaining the information learned. The self produced storybook or journal gives the player a self produced learning tool created in their own unique way increasing the chance of their reusing the tool to practice. This tool deepens their understanding of the information and their ability to retain the information.
