FILTER CARTRIDGE AND/OR MULTIPLE-DIAMETER MULTIPLE STAGE FILTER COALESCER SEPARATOR
A filter cartridge with easier extraction provided by a roll-out clearance region for a radial seal is provided. The filter cartridge may be a two stage filter with the seal being located between stages and usable in a filtration vessel having a central separation wall with one or more riser pipes. Also, a new vessel is disclosed with multiple diameters for first and second stages of the housing with a larger second stage diameter as compared to the first stage, which can reduce door size and/or cause fluid flow velocities to be slower at the second stage relative to the first stage.
Filter device
When a lid covers an opening portion formed at an upper end of a filter case with a bottomed substantially cylindrical shape inside which a filter element is disposed, the internal space between the lid and the filter case is formed. A bypass flow path connecting the internal space and outside space is formed in the lid, and a relief valve disposed moveably between a position closing the bypass flow path and a position opening the bypass flow path includes an air bleeder formed from a porous material.
FILTER APPARATUS
The invention relates to a filter apparatus (10) comprising a plurality of filter elements (20) which can be received in a filter housing (12) having a filter inlet (50) for a fluid to be filtered and a filter outlet (52) for the filtered fluid, characterised in that a pressure control device (42) has at least one control plate (58) which, located inside a connection chamber (14), laterally passes over individual upper element openings (54) of the filter element to be backwashed (20), in a predefinable sequence, covering the opening to an increasing degree and then exposing the opening again, and in that a discharge opening (46) of the backwash device (44) is, at least in part, fluidically connected to a lower element opening (56) of the filter element (20) to be backwashed, as the pressure control device (42) moves towards the upper element opening (54).
Ring filter element and liquid filter device
A ring filter element, e.g., for a liquid filter device, is disclosed. The ring filter element includes an upper end disc, a lower end disc, and a filter material arranged in between the upper end disc and the lower end disc. A pin eccentrically arranged on the lower end disc that projects in an axial direction is provided for closing off a drainage channel. At least one support contour is disposed on the lower end disc adjacently to the pin. The at least one support contour projects from the lower end disc in the axial direction for supporting on a filter housing.
WATER-FILTRATION DEVICE
A water-filtration device filtrates water, has a main-filtration path and a bypassing-filtration path, and comprises a filter head, a water filter, a guiding assembly and an adjusting valve movably mounted at the filter head. The guiding assembly is mounted at the filter head and connected to the water filter. An O-ring of the adjusting valve can block an end of a bypassing portion of the guiding assembly. In the main-filtration path, water entering from a water inlet of the filter head does not pass through the bypassing portion, thereby completely passing through filter materials in a first filtrating room and a second filtrating room of the water filter. Water in the bypassing-filtration path passes through the bypassing portion and the filter material in the first filtrating room. The O-ring does not reach into the bypassing portion, thereby reducing wear and damage to the O-ring, and avoiding water leakage.
Filter assembly for plate heat exchangers and method of cleaning a working medium in a plate heat exchanger
A filter assembly for a plate heat exchanger comprising inlet and outlet ports for passage of a working medium and a cooling or heating fluid, respectively, wherein the filter assembly is dimensioned to fit into the inlet or outlet ports, wherein the filter assembly comprises a proximal flange and a distal flange and at least one filter tube attached at respective ends to the proximal flange and the distal flange, respectively, wherein the at least one filter tube is adapted to receive an elongated filter element and further comprises a plurality of inlet holes arranged on a circumferential surface thereof, and wherein the distal flange comprises at least one through-going outlet aperture in fluid communication with the interior of the at least one filter tube.
FILTER SCRAPER
A filter apparatus and method for cleaning filter elements. The filter elements, each including a filter body with an external surface enclosing a filter passage, extend along a longitudinal axis of a vessel housing. A scraper element is disposed about the external surface of each filter body and travels along the longitudinal length of the filter body via a rotational screw to remove deposits. A lower air inlet is included on the vessel to loosen deposits on the filter surfaces, such as during or prior to scraping.
FILTER FOR REMOVING SEDIMENT FROM WATER
A system for removing sediment from water is disclosed. The exemplary embodiments described herein disclose a system with a chamber having a deck positioned inside to divide it into an upper chamber and a lower chamber. The deck may have a plurality of holes to hold filtration elements and also may have a ridge or a skirt or both. The filtration elements may be filter cartridges with multiple elongated filter elements that extend down into the lower chamber.
Multiple cartridge fluid filter canister
A multiple cartridge fluid filter canister for mounting operatively in a standard filter housing includes spaced part upper and lower support plates that engage respective ends of a plurality of elongate filter cartridges that extend between the upper and lower support plates. The upper support plate carries an upper positioning element that depends from the upper support plate for engaging an upper end of a respective filter cartridge. The lower support plate carries a corresponding lower positioning element that extends upwardly from the lower support plate to engage a lower end of the filter cartridge. Annular seals surround the upper and lower positioning elements for respectively interengaging and sealing the upper and lower ends of the filter cartridge to restrict fluid flow between the cartridge and the upper and lower support plates. The upper and lower support plates define one or more inlets and outlets that communicate with corresponding fluid flow inlet and outlet lines in the filter housing.
MACHINE FOR PROCESSING LIQUID OR SEMI-LIQUID FOOD PRODUCTS
A machine for processing liquid or semi-liquid food products, includes: a frame including a front wall and a lateral wall; at least one container for containing the product to be processed; a stirrer mounted inside the container; a thermal treatment system, operatively connected to the container to heat the walls thereof; a dispenser connected to the container to allow extracting the product to be processed, the dispenser being mounted on the front wall of the frame. A supporting rod, having a longitudinal axis, is coupled to the lateral wall and movable in rotation about an axis perpendicular to the lateral wall, between a rest position and an operatively active position. A shelf is rotatably coupled to the supporting rod. The supporting rod supports the shelf. The shelf is movable in rotation about the longitudinal axis between an inoperative position and an operative position.
