Filter cartridge provided with means for draining water and a relative filter group
A filter cartridge for filtering fuel comprising a filter wall having a tubular conformation, a first support plate fixed to an end of the filter wall and a second support plate fixed to the opposite end of the filter wall, a support core coaxially inserted internally of the filter wall and provided with radial openings for passage of the fuel, in which the support core exhibits, at an upper end thereof, a housing seating of a hydrophobic wall having a tubular shape which is positioned coaxially internally of the core, the hydrophobic wall comprising a support shank, configured such as to be housed in the housing seating and provided with at least a portion of a bypass conduit which enables placing an internal volume of the filter wall in fluid communication with an outlet hole of the cartridge.
Enhanced filter support basket
A filtration vessel is provided with improved sealing surfaces and alignment methods. The sealing surface is provided by a perforated sleeve within the filtration vessel. An alignment mechanism is provided which allows for improved servicing of the filtration vessel.
Multiple Cartridge Fluid Filter Canister
A multiple cartridge fluid filter canister for mounting operatively in a standard filter housing includes spaced part upper and lower support plates that engage respective ends of a plurality of elongate filter cartridges that extend between the upper and lower support plates. The upper support plate carries an upper positioning element that depends from the upper support plate for engaging an upper end of a respective filter cartridge. The lower support plate carries a corresponding lower positioning element that extends upwardly from the lower support plate to engage a lower end of the filter cartridge. Annular seals surround the upper and lower positioning elements for respectively interengaging and sealing the upper and lower ends of the filter cartridge to restrict fluid flow between the cartridge and the upper and lower support plates. The upper and lower support plates define one or more inlets and outlets that communicate with corresponding fluid flow inlet and outlet lines in the filter housing.
FILTER ELEMENT
A filter element, comprising two sets of cover plates, and the cover plates are provided with water inlets; a plurality of first through holes and second through holes are respectively distributed on outside of a first fixing sleeve and a second fixing sleeve, the first fixing sleeve and the second fixing sleeve are detachably connected between the cover plates, the first fixing sleeve is composed of a plurality of first fixing sleeve components, and the first fixing sleeve components are detachably connected, an accommodating cavity is formed between the first and second fixing sleeve; folded filter paper is arranged inside the accommodating cavity. In this technical solution, the first fixing sleeve, the second fixing sleeve and the cover plates are detachable structures, which can reduce the transportation volume and save transportation and storage costs; users can easily replace the filter element, and the use cost is low.
Filter housing with removable multi-cartridge holder
The present invention is directed to a filter housing with a removable filter assembly having an elongated shell assembly, a removable head assembly, and a removable filter assembly. The shell assembly has an inlet section, an outlet section, and a filter assembly opening. The removable filter cartridge includes a top tube sheet, a bottom tube sheet and a plurality of filter cartridges. The filter cartridges provide the only fluid passage through the bottom tube sheet, which otherwise sealing engages a ring assembly within the shell assembly proximate to the outlet section.
Filtration device and filter element
A filtration device including: a casing; a first partition wall which partitions the inside of the casing into a first raw fluid chamber and a filtered-fluid chamber; cylindrical filter elements provided inside the filtered-fluid chamber and of which the inside communicates with the first raw fluid chamber to let fluid pass through from inside toward outside to filter the fluid; a second partition wall provided on the other end of the filter elements to form a second raw fluid chamber; a wash pipe connected to an end of the filter element to let fluid flow from the raw fluid chamber in the axial direction to wash the filter elements; and a wash fluid drain pipe which discharges trapped substances, wherein the other end of the filter element connected to the wash pipe is always open to the raw fluid chamber.
FILTER DEVICE
When a lid covers an opening portion formed at an upper end of a filter case with a bottomed substantially cylindrical shape inside which a filter element is disposed, the internal space between the lid and the filter case is formed. A bypass flow path connecting the internal space and outside space is formed in the lid, and a relief valve disposed moveably between a position closing the bypass flow path and a position opening the bypass flow path includes an air bleeder formed from a porous material.
RETURN FILTER
A first discharge tube having a substantially cylindrical shape with openings at both ends is inserted through an outflow hole of a filter case and provided protruding toward the bottom surface of the tank. A second discharge tube having a substantially cylindrical shape is provided so as to cover the first discharge tube. The second discharge tube includes a first end that comes into contact with a bottom surface of the filter case, and is provided protruding from the bottom surface of the filter case toward the bottom surface of the tank. A tip end of the second discharge tube is covered by a bottom surface cover, and a plurality of discharge holes are formed in a region near an upper end of a side surface.
FILTER DEVICE
An upper plate of a filter element includes a first rotation stop portion on an upper surface that faces a head, the head includes a second rotation stop portion on a lower surface that faces the upper plate, and one of the first rotation stop portion and the second rotation stop portion is a protruding portion and another one of the first rotation stop portion and the second rotation stop portion is a recessed portion and a protrusion. The protrusion is provided along a wall surface at part of the recessed portion, to protrude in a direction opposite to a depth direction of the recessed portion.
Filter cartridge, filter assembly, and methods
A filter cartridge includes a tubular core movably oriented within an inner liner and having a projection having a flow passageway. The core is free-floating and movable between a first position, in which the core can move along a longitudinal axis of the core, and a sealed position, in which the core is sealed to an inner liner of the cartridge. In the sealed position, the flow passage through the projection can provide an air flow passage of air within an inner cavity to outside of the filter cartridge. Other arrangements include a filter cartridge with a free-floating core, which forms a fuel bypass between the core and a standpipe.
