NANOBUBBLE GENERATION SYSTEM USING FRICTION

The present disclosure relates to a nanobubble generation system using friction in which a frictional force is applied to bubbles included in a gas-liquid mixed fluid so that the atomization of the bubbles is induced and nanobubbles are generated. The nanobubble generation system includes: a chamber including an inlet, an outlet, and an internal space S configured to atomize bubbles included in a gas-liquid mixed fluid; one or more strikers each including a plurality of protrusions provided on a body thereof to simultaneously apply impact to the gas-liquid mixed fluid that flows into the chamber and swirl the fluid in order to cause the gas-liquid mixed fluid to rub against an inner wall of the chamber, the strikers being provided on the driving shaft; a plurality of friction elements provided on the driving shaft in order to apply frictional force to the gas-liquid mixed fluid; and a driving mechanism including the driving shaft and configured to rotate the striker and the friction elements, wherein the friction elements are arranged on the driving shaft to be spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval, and peripheral surfaces of bodies of the friction elements directly face the inner wall of the chamber with a predetermined distance therebetween.

MULTIPHASE INTERFACE REACTOR

The present disclosure generally relates to a reactor, in particular to a multiphase interface reactor applicable to chemistry, chemical industry, food, medicine, cosmetics and other fields. The reactor comprises a reaction cylinder; at least one feed port opened in the reaction cylinder; a stirring device, at least a part of the stirring device being located inside the reaction cylinder; at least one cylinder including a first cylinder and a second cylinder, wherein, the reaction cylinder, the first cylinder, and the second cylinder communicate with each other; an annular space is formed between the reaction cylinder and the second cylinder, so that at least part of a reaction product is allowed to enter the annular space from the reaction cylinder, and enter the first cylinder from the annular space; and at least one discharge port arranged on the first cylinder.

The present disclosure generally relates to a reactor, in particular to a multiphase interface reactor applicable to chemistry, chemical industry, food, medicine, cosmetics and other fields. Impeller including one or more turbulators, for a bioreactor system

An impeller, for example, a Rushton impeller for a bioreactor system is disclosed. The impeller includes a hub, optionally including a slot, a plurality of blades, and one or more turbulators. The plurality of blades is disposed along a circumferential direction of the hub and spaced apart from each other. Each of the plurality of blades is coupled to at least a portion of a circumference and/or a top surface of the hub. Each blade of the plurality of blades includes a pressure face and a suction face. The one or more turbulators is disposed on at least a portion of the suction face, the pressure face, or both, of a blade of the plurality of blades.

Impeller including one or more turbulators, for a bioreactor system

An impeller, for example, a Rushton impeller for a bioreactor system is disclosed. The impeller includes a hub, optionally including a slot, a plurality of blades, and one or more turbulators. The plurality of blades is disposed along a circumferential direction of the hub and spaced apart from each other. Each of the plurality of blades is coupled to at least a portion of a circumference and/or a top surface of the hub. Each blade of the plurality of blades includes a pressure face and a suction face. The one or more turbulators is disposed on at least a portion of the suction face, the pressure face, or both, of a blade of the plurality of blades.

Stirring element device

A stirrer device, especially for the mixing of a fluid with at least one other fluid, includes at least one fluid dispersing unit able to turn about an axis of rotation, having at least one exit opening for at least one fluid discharge, and the stirrer device has at least one optimization unit, which in at least one operating state increases at least a differential pressure at the exit opening.

A hydro turbulator system includes a volute that has a top duct and a bottom duct that allow fluid to enter and exit the volute. An impeller system including a first impeller and a second impeller is positioned within the volute. The first impeller and the second impeller are axially aligned. A motor is operationally connected to the impeller system so that the first impeller and the second impeller rotate upon operation of the motor. Rotation of the first impeller and the second impeller creates successive zones of high pressure and low pressure to agitate and condition fluid within the volute.

High-gravity rotating bed device having new structure and application thereof

A high-gravity rotating bed device, including a motor, a rotor and a housing. The rotor and the motor are entirely arranged within the housing. A load-bearing plate is provided within the housing. The load-bearing plate divides the housing into a reaction chamber and a balance chamber. The motor is arranged within the balance chamber. A transmission shaft of the motor passes through the load-bearing plate and is fixedly connected to the rotor arranged within the reaction chamber. A gas inlet, a gas outlet, a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are arranged on the housing. An externally communicating pipeline is arranged on the balance chamber. Also disclosed is an application of the present high-gravity rotating bed device under high-pressure conditions in operations such as mixing, transferring and reacting.

A system for oxygenating a biological culture includes a container bounding a compartment and having a top wall, a bottom wall, and an encircling sidewall extending therebetween; a tubular member projecting into the compartment of the container and terminating at a terminal end; a gas supply coupled with the tubular member and being configured to blow gas through the tubular member; and a mixing element disposed within compartment of the container at a location between the terminal end of the tubular member and the bottom wall of the container, the mixing element being configured to mix the liquid.

PROCESS FOR ETHYLENE POLYMERIZATION WITH IMPROVED ETHYLENE FEED SYSTEM

The present disclosure relates to a process for the preparation of polyethylene by polymerizing in a slurry ethylene and optionally one or more C.sub.3 to C.sub.10 alpha-olefins. In some embodiments, the polymerization is carried out in a cylindrical polymerization reactor equipped with an agitator for mixing the contents of the reactor and inducing a flow of the slurry, the ethylene is fed into the reactor by an ethylene injection system comprising one or more injection nozzles which project through the bottom reactor head or through the reactor wall and extend from 0.02-0.5 times the inner diameter D into the reactor, and the ethylene exits the injection nozzle with an exit velocity from 10-200 m/s.
