The present disclosure relates to an application apparatus for mixing a plurality of components for producing a multicomponent mixture, in particular a polyurethane foam, and for introducing and/or applying the multicomponent mixture into and/or onto an object, in particular a lithium-ion battery, comprising: a mixing tube having a first closed end and a second end for discharging the multicomponent mixture from the mixing tube, wherein the mixing tube has a mixing space, a plurality of injection units arranged on the mixing tube, each configured to inject one of the plurality of components into the mixing space, a mixer arranged in the mixing space, configured to mix the injected components with one another, and a moving device configured to move the mixer between the first end and the second end. Furthermore, an application system comprising the application apparatus and a method for mixing a plurality of components for producing a multicomponent mixture and for introducing and/or applying the multicomponent mixture into and/or onto an object is disclosed.

Baffled donut apparatus for use in system and method for forming gypsum board
A system and method for introducing a slurry mixture for making gypsum board is disclosed. The system includes, for example, a mixer, a foam injector, and a canister for mixing and moving a slurry mixture of foam and gypsum slurry. Also included in the system is an apparatus having a funnel body constructed and arranged to further mix the slurry mixture. The funnel body includes a number of baffles projecting from its inner wall towards a center and that are spaced around the inner wall. The baffles induce turbulence into the slurry mixture as the slurry mixture moves towards its outlet, thus further mixing the mixture and reducing the flow rate of the slurry mixture before its exits from the outlet for forming the gypsum board.

A method for preparing a foamed sclerosant composition. One method includes introducing a liquid sclerosant composition into a foaming space of an interior of a container, the foaming space containing a mixing component having a magnetic part. Rotation of the mixing component is achieved by generating for a first holding time a rotating magnetic field at a first speed and after the first holding time generating for a second holding time the rotating magnetic field at a second speed greater than the first speed.

The present invention allows measurement of a precise amount of gas by preventing sudden flow rate fluctuations of gas. A gas supply system 1a for a mixing-discharging apparatus 90 to mix gas and paste material includes a regulator 2 adapted to control pressure of gas supplied to the mixing-discharging apparatus, a flow meter 3 adapted to measure flow rate of the gas, a gas storage portion 4 adapted to store the gas, and a valve 5 adapted to open and close a gas introduction path 11 to the mixing-discharging apparatus 90. The flow meter 3 is placed in front of the gas storage portion 4 and behind the regulator 2 with respect to a flow of the gas.
