A chemical mixer tool for use in a storage drum is described. The chemical mixer tool typically comprises a mixer housing assembly in which one end of a mixer shaft is secured, the distal end of the mixer shaft having at least one collapsible impeller assembly removably attached thereon. The chemical mixer tool is configured to be removably secured to the top portion of the storage drum, with the distal end of the mixing shaft extending into the interior of the storage drum.

The present invention relates to a magnetic mixer capable of minimizing mixing of foreign substances, which are generated in components of the magnetic mixer, of a liquid to be mixed, having a simple structure for cleansing a structure supporting an impeller shaft, and capable of securing a sufficient output when a large-scale mixing system with an impeller shaft is configured; and a mixing system including the same.

A viscous fluid reaction apparatus is described. The viscous fluid reaction apparatus comprises a glass reaction vessel. The viscous fluid reaction apparatus further comprises a gas-tight inlet assembly and a gas-tight stirrer assembly. The gas-tight stirrer assembly comprises a stirrer opening adapter, a stirrer coupling comprising a stirrer shaft seal connected to the stirrer opening adapter, a stirrer shaft comprising one or more stirrer blades located at a blade end of the stirrer shaft, and a motor coupling connected to the stirrer shaft. The viscous fluid reaction apparatus further comprises a motor connected to the motor coupling. The stirrer shaft passes through the stirrer coupling and the stirrer opening adapter such that the stirrer blade(s) are disposed in the glass reaction vessel at a blade height and the stirrer shaft is configured to rotate without compromising a gas-tight seal formed by the stirrer shaft seal.

A vertical motion mixer has a drive mechanism with two axes of guidance for vertical motion. A reciprocating yoke is fixedly secured to the driving shaft for the mixer, without any guide bearing for the mixer driving shaft. The mixer drive unit is of compact and simplified design with minimal moving parts, and including drive gearing with planetary gears to minimize wear during reciprocating movement.

A method of installing a flexible bioprocess container in a bioprocessing system having a rigid housing with an interior compartment and extending between a top and an opposing base. The method includes coupling a first surface of the flexible bioprocess container to a moveable platform positioned within the interior compartment of the rigid housing; coupling a second surface of the flexible bioprocess container to the base of the rigid housing; and moving the movable platform relative to the rigid housing and toward the top of the rigid housing so as to at least partially expand the flexible bioprocess container within the interior compartment of the rigid housing.

The present set of embodiments relate to a bioproduction system, method, and apparatus for mixing a fluid. The bioproduction mixing system includes an offset helical assembly having a stabilizer and impeller for mixing a fluid within a flexible compartment The bioproduction mixing system is designed for efficient mixing of the fluid and for use with a variety of different impellers that can be located at different locations according to the volume and shape characteristics of the flexible compartment. The bioproduction mixing system is optimized to eliminate stagnation zones while maximizing bulk fluid flow.

A slurry mixer for a battery electrode capable of maximally simplifying a configuration of a high-speed stirring body to minimize a rotational load, such that a stirring time of the slurry may be greatly reduced and productivity may be increased, preventing a powdery material from being accumulated on an upper side face and an upper surface of a low-speed stirring body, preventing a deterioration in a performance, failure and a reduction in a life span of a high-speed stirring shaft and bearing, and uniformly stirring mixed materials located at inner corners and a bottom of a container, thereby further increasing stirring efficiency.

Various embodiments disclosed herein pertain to methods and apparatus for agitation of stored beverage containers to enhance the flavor of the beverage. Embodiments disclosed herein include devices that permit rotation of a beverage container supported by a weight sensor, and also rotation of one or more beverage containers in a stack. Also disclosed are devices for pivoting a container back and forth to create internal sloshing. Also disclosed are devices that permit agitation of a smaller beverage container stacked on top of a larger beverage container.
