Cartridge for a mixing and dispensing system
A cartridge for a one or two-component mixing and dispensing system includes at least one flexible film bag as a cartridge wall, a rigid front part that is in particular integrally formed with the at least one flexible film bag and that is arranged at a front end section of the at least one film bag, the rigid front part including at least one outlet opening. The cartridge for a two-component mixing and dispensing system has a first flexible film bag as a cartridge wall and a second flexible film bag as a cartridge wall, and a structure surrounding the cartridge.
SPUIT TYPE HETEROGENEOUS CONTENTS MIXING CONTAINER
Disclosed is a spuit-type heterogeneous contents mixing container. The spuit-type heterogeneous contents mixing container includes an outer container for containing a first content therein; an inner container for containing a second content therein, the inner container having at least a portion inserted into the outer container and being formed with a vertical guide groove; a sealing plate detachably coupled to the inner container to prevent the first and second contents from being mixed; a rotation cap rotatably coupled to the outer container; a rotation member rotated together with the rotation cap and formed with an oblique guide portion; an operating member disposed to be movable vertically in the inner container and provided with a guide protrusion; and a spuit part for sucking and discharging the first and second contents contained in the outer container.
Mixing device and methods thereof
A mixing device and methods of utilizing the same. More specifically, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a mixing device that may be used to make medications and specialized pharmaceuticals for administration via intrathecal infusion therapy, or the like. A mixing device may comprise an upper chamber, a lower chamber having four compartments for accepting an amount of medication, wherein the upper chamber and the lower chamber may be coupled and may be used to mix and make medication accessible via a Luer Lock adapter, termination, or the like, wherein the device is in compliance with USP 797 standards.
Apparatus for dispensing a mixture of a diluent and an additive for sanitation, cosmetic or cleaning applications
An apparatus for dispensing a mixture of a diluent and an additive for sanitation, cosmetic or cleaning applications. The apparatus includes a mixing unit for creating a mixture of the diluent and the additive, a diluent supply supplying the diluent to the mixing unit, an additive supply supplying the additive to the mixing unit, an outlet for dispensing the mixture. The diluent supply includes a pump arranged to increase the pressure of the diluent before the diluent enters the mixing unit.
STATIC MIXER, DISPENSING ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF DISPENSING MULTI-COMPONENT MATERIAL FROM A DISPENSING ASSEMBLY
A static mixer for mixing a multi-component material includes mixing segments arranged one after another along a longitudinal axis. Some of the mixing segments include elongate inlets arranged substantially parallel to one another and elongate outlets arranged parallel to one another, with a respective elongate inlet connected to a respective elongate outlet via a respective passage forming a flow path. The elongate outlets arranged such that an elongate extent is rotated by an angle of rotation of at least 45 about the longitudinal axis with respect to an elongate extent of the elongate inlets, with the elongate outlets being connected to inlets of directly adjacent mixing segments. A blocking element blocks a part of the flow paths between the elongate outlets and the elongate inlets.
APPARATUS AND A METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF A PLAY, CRAFT AND/OR TOY COMPOUND
There is provided an apparatus and a method for producing a play compound and the play compound itself which, in one embodiment is a compound which sufficiently fluid to be pliable and is typically cold and slimy to the touch. The apparatus and a method provide a powder and liquid to a user, which can be a non-skilled person and thereby allow the mixing of the powder and liquid together by that person to form the play compound outside of a factory environment whilst ensuring that the play compound which is formed has the desired characteristics. Most typically the user which performs the mixing can be the end user, such as a child, who will play with the compound and so the formation of the play compound forms a new part of the play experience.
Mixing device, in particular designed for mixing bone cement
A mixing device, in particular for bone cement, in which at least two ampoules provided with a septum are pushed onto needles, in parallel to each other, for discharging the liquid.
SELF-FOAMING READY TO DRINK BEVERAGES
A container stores a main liquid component that contains a dissolved gas, preferably nitrous oxide, separately from a foam initiator component that is at least one of a powder, a liquid or a concentrate. A dispensing part of the container, such as a dispensing lid, can contain the foam initi-ator component. The foam initiator component is dispersed and dissolved into the main liquid component to form a foaming ready to drink beverage. The foam initiator component comprises a portion of the ingredients of the ready to drink beverage. Combination of the foam initiator component with the main liquid component not only results in foam generation in the contain-er without any mechanical energy input additional to the opening of the container but also forms the ready to drink beverage.
Storage and mixing device for bone cement with a pressure pump
A storage and mixing device for two-component polymethyl methacrylate bone cements having a cylindrical interior of a cartridge that is delimited on a front side by a cartridge head, a plunger arranged to be axially movable in the cylindrical interior of the cartridge and spaced from the cartridge head, a powdery first parent component of the bone cement, that is contained in the interior between the plunger and the cartridge head, a feed-through arranged in the cartridge head or in the cylinder barrel of the cartridge between the plunger and the cartridge head. The feed-through is connectable to a fluid line, a receptacle for a monomer liquid, wherein the fluid line connects the feed-through to the receptacle in a liquid-permeable manner, and a press-out device pushable into the receptacle, so that monomer liquid is pressable out of the receptacle into the fluid line. The plunger (2) is spaced from a back side of the cylindrical interior, located opposite the front side, so that, by moving the plunger in the direction of the back side, the press-out device is pushable into the receptacle and a reduced pressure is producible in the interior of the cartridge between the plunger and the cartridge head.
Cartridge for feeding a stereolithography machine, stereolithography machine comprising said cartridge and stereolithography method employing said machine
A cartridge for a stereolithography machine, comprising a supporting structure suited to be removably associated with the stereolithography machine, a container provided with an access opening and associated with the supporting structure, and a first reservoir associated with the supporting structure for containing a first material, liquid or pasty, suited to solidify following exposure to a predefined radiation. The cartridge also includes a second reservoir associated with the supporting structure for containing a second material, liquid or pasty, different from the first material, a conveyance associated with the supporting structure to convey the first material and the second material from the reservoirs towards the container.
