A water bottle system for adding an additive, which may be flavoring, to the line of flow without contaminating the main reservoir. The system may include a water bottle with a lid feature that may maintain a flavor that may be infused into the water within the water bottle. The infusion of the additive may be adjusted by a user to have the desired concentration of additive to a user's liking. The additive cartridge may be reusable or disposable depending on a user's preference.

Systems and methods related to fluid pumping

A mixing chamber includes a container for receiving a first and a second component; an obstacle structure, which is designed such that, under the effect of a centrifugal force or magnetic force acting on the mixing chamber, it moves through the first and second components in the container and mixes them with each other; and a connection piece, which is connected at one end to the container and at the other end to the obstacle structure.

MIXING SYSTEMS AND METHODS

A mixing assembly, device, system and method for operating are provided which includes a powder assembly holding a first container containing a powder, the powder assembly having a powder dispensing means for dispensing a predetermined quantity of the powder, a liquid assembly holding a second container containing a liquid, the liquid assembly having a liquid dispensing means for dispensing a predetermined amount of the liquid, and a mixing bowl for receiving the predetermined quantity of the powder and the predetermined amount of the liquid.

DEVICE FOR MIXING FIRST COMPONENT WITH SECOND COMPONENT AND METHOD OF MIXING FIRST COMPONENT WITH SECOND COMPONENT

A device for mixing a first component with a second component includes a housing forming a first chamber for the first component, a second chamber for the second component, a separation element for separating the first chamber and the second chamber, and an activation element for creating a breakthrough through the separation element. The activation element is integrally formed with the housing and a predetermined breaking area is formed in the housing to create an outlet for withdrawing a mixture of the first component and the second component.

Automated mixing system for cartridges containing materials

Current cartridge-style mixers due not have the ability to measure mixing performance nor determine the need for maintenance based on performance. Risks of non-homogeneous mixing and insufficient maintenance can exist with cartridge-style mixers. A mixing system comprises a mixing apparatus, a first switch, a magnetic switch, and a controller. The mixing apparatus is configured to receive a cartridge and to mix a material. The mixing apparatus comprises a linear actuator configured to translate the cartridge or plunger in a vertical direction and a spindle configured to rotate a plunger. The first switch is configured to measure a number of strokes per unit of time of operating the linear actuator. The magnetic switch is configured to measure a speed of the spindle. The controller is configured to receive one or more mixing parameters, actuate the spindle and the linear actuator, and actuate a light to indicate if there was sufficient mixing.
