METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR IN-LINE MIXING OF HYDROCARBON LIQUIDS
Methods and systems of admixing hydrocarbon liquids from a plurality of tanks into a single pipeline thereof. The system may include two or more tanks positioned at a tank farm each containing a hydrocarbon liquid therein. The system may include two or more first main pipes, each connected to one of the tanks. The system may include two or more main valves, each connected to one of the first main pipes. The system may include two or more second main pipes each connected to a corresponding main valve. The system may include two or more mixing jumpers, each connected to a corresponding first main pipe, each mixing jumper to, when a corresponding main valve is closed, control hydrocarbon liquid. The system may include a mixing pipe, connected to the second main pipes and the mixing jumpers, configured to transport hydrocarbon liquid from one or more of the tanks.
HYDROGEN GAS MIXING DEVICE
There is provided a hydrogen gas mixing device that includes a hydrogen generation part configured to generate a hydrogen gas; a mixing gas supply part configured to supply a mixing gas; a gas mixing part configured to mix the hydrogen gas and the mixing gas; a dilution gas supply part configured to supply a non-combustible dilution gas; and a valve circuit configured to, at an abnormality occurrence time, dilute the hydrogen gas with the dilution gas by connecting a first path for the hydrogen gas supplied from the hydrogen generation part and a second path for the dilution gas supplied from the dilution gas supply part.
Mixing valve
The disclosure concerns a mixing valve for mixing two coating agent components (e.g. master batch and hardener) to form a multi-component mixture, with two coating agent inlets for supplying the two coating agent components and with two coating agent valves for controlling the coating agent flow through the two coating agent inlets, as well as with a coating agent outlet for discharging the multi-component mixture in a specific outflow direction. The disclosure provides that at least one of the coating agent valves is formed as a rotary slide valve having two plane-parallel valve discs which are rotatable relative to each other about an axis of rotation.
Additive delivery control systems and methods
A modular flow monitoring package (MFMP) is provided for use in an additive delivery system. The MFMP may be manufactured as an add-on to be added to an existing additive delivery system, or may be incorporated into a cartridge or container structure. The MFMP includes a flow sensor for sensing flow of a base fluid and user actuator position sensors for sensing the position of one or more user actuated additive flow adjustment levers. A visual display, which may comprise an array of multi-color LED's may convey information to a user that is relevant to a user's use of the additive delivery system or the user's nutritional needs. Such information may include a current dosage of additive, being delivered, whether a recommended dosage of additive has been consumed, remaining life of a cartridge or supply of additive, and other data relative to health or performance monitoring.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BIO EMULSION FUEL USING VEGETABLE OIL
A bio emulsion fuel manufacturing apparatus and method using vegetable oil is provided, including an oil tank unit configured to refine a vegetable oil introduced from an oil inlet by using a coagulant agent and a centrifugal decanter; a water tank unit configured to pretreat a water introduced from a water inlet by using a water tank catalyst; a mixed oil unit connected to the oil tank unit and the water tank unit, and configured to produce a mixed oil by using an inline mixer; and an ionization catalyst unit connected to the mixed oil unit and configured to convert the mixed oil to a bio emulsion fuel by using an ionization catalyst group.
Method for controlling a pump system and pump system
A method for controlling a pump system as well as to a pump system with multi-component material being dispensed under pressure using a mixer and a spray gun of the pump system, component material being pumped using at least two pumps of the pump system, said component material being stored using liquid tanks of the pump system each allocated to the pumps, said component material being dosed using dosage valves of the pump system each allocated to the pumps, said pump system being controlled by means of a control unit of the pump system, said dosage valves each being regulated using an electric regulating device of the control unit each allocated to the pump, a mixing ratio of the component materials being regulated using a control device of the control unit, said regulating devices being regulated by means of the control device.
Additively manufactured gas distribution manifold
Methods and apparatuses for additively manufactured tubular passages, additively manufactured manifolds, and additively manufactured heaters are provided.
Tap and aerator apparatus
A tap apparatus including a container coupling portion including a liquid inlet portion, a body portion, and a plug valve portion. The body portion includes a liquid outlet portion, wherein the liquid outlet portion is in fluid communication with the liquid inlet portion of the container coupling portion. The plug valve portion is configured and arranged to be seated within the body portion, wherein the plug valve portion is configured and arranged to be moved relative to the body portion between an open position, in which a liquid is free to flow from the liquid inlet portion and out through the liquid outlet portion, and a closed position, in which liquid from the liquid inlet portion is prevented from flowing out through the liquid outlet portion. The body portion also includes a plurality of flow channels provided in an interior surface thereof.
Individualized flow regulation system and method
A liquid dispenser for dispensing an effluent mixture comprises a manifold inlet connectable to a pressurized liquid source, at least one individual diluent outlet in fluid communication with the manifold inlet, and at least one backflow preventer and eductor system in fluid communication with the at least one individual diluent outlet. A flow regulator is in fluid communication with the at least one individual diluent outlet and the at least one backflow preventer and eductor system, located upstream of the at least one backflow preventer and eductor system and downstream of the at least one individual diluent outlet. The flow regulator is preferably individualized for the at least one backflow preventer and eductor system and interchangeable within the dispenser to facilitate a plurality of volumetric flow rates to the at least one respective backflow preventer and eductor system.
