Method and apparatus for aerating liquid
A liquid aeration apparatus is a vessel with a neck and an opening that is interconnected to a body. The opening receives a quantity of liquid that is thinned as the liquid is transferred from the neck to the body. The liquid is then collected in the body of the vessel. The body includes at least one tripping mechanism that induces turbulence to the liquid.
Venturi device and method
An improved venturi device and method for facilitating the mixture of fluid substances, such as wine and air. The device may be combined with a dispensing valve to further promote functionality. The improved venturi device is especially effective in drawing a second fluid into the primary flow of a first fluid, and when combined with a dispensing valve it obviates the need for a venturi independent from a valve to accomplish mixing at low flows and low liquid head pressure.
Wine aerating devices
Wine aerating devices and methods of aerating wine are shown. A wine aerating device can include an actuator, a piston movable between first and second positions, a pumping chamber coupled to the piston, and a bubble generating material coupled to the pumping chamber. Upon application and release of a force on the actuator, the piston can move between the first and second positions to inject a metered amount of air from the pumping chamber out through the bubble generating material to generate air bubbles into a container of wine.
Kitchen appliance apparatus
There is provided a kitchen appliance apparatus for using air in the kitchen, comprising a housing, wherein in the housing a pump system is provided which pump system comprises, a primary port (106), a secondary port (107), a single direction air pump (101) having an inlet (102) and an outlet (103); wherein the pump system is operational in a first pump mode in which air can be sucked in via the primary port; the pump system is operational in a second pump mode in which air can be blown out via the primary port; and is operational in a third pump mode in which the pump system is alternatingly sucking in and blowing air via the primary port.
Self-supporting wine and spirits aerators
A liquid aerator includes a porous diffuser; a stem connected to the porous diffuser; and a manual air pump accepting an end of the stem, the manual air pump configured such that the aerator can be set onto a supporting structure with the stem and the porous diffuser extending upwardly from the manual air pump.
Wine bottle aerator
A wine aerator includes a gas conduit having a proximal end in fluid communication with a distal end, wherein the gas conduit passes through a seal and wherein the distal end is configured to be insertable into an inside of an uncorked wine bottle. A gas source is connectable to the proximal end of the gas conduit and is in fluidic communication with the gas conduit, wherein the gas source comprises an air pump having an adjustable flow rate of at least 0.1 liters per minute up to a maximum of 20 liters per minute. A bubble-generating aeration element is disposed at the distal end of the gas conduit and in fluidic communication with the gas conduit. The bubble-generating aeration element comprises a porous material having an average pore size of at least 1 micron up to a maximum of 500 microns.
DECANTER AND AERATOR
A combination wine decanter and aerator system includes a base with an integrated and removable coaster. The decanter is received on the base to assist with stabilizing the decanter. The decanter includes an opening that removably receives the aerator. The aerator includes a deflector plate and an aerator body that cooperate to define at least a two-stage tortuous flow path through the aerator and into the decanter. The decanter may include a raised bottom surface that adds a third stage to the tortuous flow path and further aerates wine in the decanter. The aerator can be removed from the decanter and received on the removable coaster when not in use.
ROTATABLE AND STABLE CONTAINER
Aspects of the present invention comprise a container that is stably rotatable. In embodiments, a container may rotate about a central axis, wherein the container comprises at least one feature at the central axis that facilitate rotation and at least one other lateral feature that provides stability to the container to reduce the occurrence of tipping or spilling while the container is moving.
MICRO BUBBLE GENERATING MECHANISM
The invention discloses a novel micro bubble generating mechanism, and relates to the technical field of wine treatment, the novel micro bubble generating mechanism comprises a micro bubble generator body, a water molecule bubble generator, a high-speed rotating blade, an air pressure conversion mechanism and a high-grade stainless steel high-density gauze, one end of the micro bubble generator body is provided with an inlet, and from one end to the other end of the micro bubble generator body itself there is provided with in sequence the water molecule bubble generator, the air pressure conversion mechanism and the high-grade stainless steel high-density gauze. Through the arrangement of the micro bubble generating mechanism, a traditional decanting mode is broken.
AERATOR AND CONTAINER-AERATOR ASSEMBLY
An aerator comprises a tubular member, an air recovery conduit and aeration members. The aeration members comprise an aeration conduit that projects from the outer surface of the tubular member.
