The present technology provides an adsorbent material that includes a silicate composition, wherein the silicate composition includes a crystalline phase; wherein the silicate composition may have an interconnected porous scaffold having a total mercury (Hg) pore volume of about 0.005 cc/g to about 0.25 cc/g for pores having a diameter of about 20-10,000 Å and a total nitrogen (N) pore volume of about 0.02 cc/g to about 0.1 cc/g for pores having a diameter of about 20-600 Å.

A high-strength zeolite molding includes 10 parts by weight or more and 40 parts by weight or less of clay relative to 100 parts by weight of zeolite, and having a compressive strength of 20 N or more, in which the zeolite contains at least one zeolite that has Si/Al.sub.2 of 300 or more and 100000 or less and a water adsorption amount of 10 (g/100 g) or less under conditions of 25° C. and a relative pressure of 0.5, and the clay contains at least one clay that has a solid acidity of 0.15 mmol/g or less as determined by a NH.sub.3-TPD method. A method for producing includes kneading, molding, drying and disintegrating a product and then firing at 400° C. or higher and 700° C. or lower.
A MOLDING COMPRISING A TI-MWW ZEOLITE AND HAVING A SPECIFIC LEWIS ACIDITY
The present invention relates to a molding comprising a zeolitic material having framework type MWW, wherein the framework structure comprises Ti, Si, and O, wherein the zeolitic material further comprises Zn and an alkaline earth metal M, the molding further comprising a binder, wherein the molding exhibits a specific Lewis acidity. Mesoporous poly (aryl ether ketone) hollow fiber membranes and use thereof in mass transfer processes
A process for the efficient transfer of molecules between phases employing mesoporous poly (aryl ether ketone) hollow fiber membranes is provided. The method addresses the controlled transfer of reactants into and removal of reaction products from a reaction media and the removal and separation of target molecules from process streams by membrane-assisted liquid-liquid extraction. A number of possible modes of liquid-liquid extraction are possible according to the invention by utilizing porous poly (aryl ether ketone) hollow fiber membranes of Janus-like structure that exhibit a combination of hydrophilic and hydrophobic surface characteristics. The method of the present invention can address the continuous manufacture of chemicals in membrane reactors and is useful for a broad range of separation applications, including separation and recovery of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
Magnetic polymer adsorption material, preparation method therefor and application thereof
A magnetic polymer adsorption material, preparation method and use thereof, which relate to the field of magnetic polymer materials. The preparation method comprises: (1) preparing magnetic nanoparticles; (2) dissolving the magnetic nanoparticles in a pore-forming agent, adding N-vinylpyrrolidone, divinylbenzene and an initiator respectively, and mixing uniformly; (3) adding an emulsifier and a dispersant into an aqueous solution; adding a part of the oil phase solution prepared in step (2) at the temperature below 60° C., and adding the rest of the oil phase solution when the temperature rises to 60° C. or above, reacting with stirring, precipitating and filtering the reacted solution, washing and drying the precipitate, and finally obtaining the magnetic polymer adsorption material. The material has the particle size of 2-100 μm, the magnetization of 5-19.5 emu/g and the specific surface area of 210-950 m.sup.2/g, and can be applied to the adsorption of inorganic and organic matters in solutions, the controlled release of inorganic and organic matters, and the separation of different substances.
Preparation Method for Super Absorbent Polymer Film
The present disclosure relates to a preparation method for a super absorbent polymer film. Specifically, it relates to a preparation method for a new type of super absorbent polymer film, which is thin and exhibits excellent absorption performance. In addition, the super absorbent polymer film of the present disclosure has excellent flexibility and excellent mechanical properties, is free from scattering or leaking, and does not require an auxiliary substance such as pulp, so that products can be made thinner and the manufacturing process and costs may be reduced.

The present invention relates to superabsorbent polymer and a method for preparing the same. The present invention can provide a superabsorbent polymer in which a hydrophobic material having an HLB of 0-6 and a surface cross-linking agent are mixed into a base resin prepared in the presence of water dispersible silica, thereby having improved rewetting characteristics and permeability through surface-modification of the base resin.
